Maybe I am used to just going to a place where there is more selection in coffee. If you go in the afternoon you won’t get Veranda because they stop brewing it early. If you go in the evening they stop brewing Pike. Then you look over at the choices and your choice is limited to one roast. Would you like expresso or expresso? It is not like this place isn’t busy a lot of the time. Now they will offer to do a pour but until recently that was never offered to me. Is this some cost cutting measure? The staff are great and I am friendly with most of them and they do a great job. This has to do with customers — please lower your voices. Not everyone wants to hear about your personal issues and conversations. They should have a sign that says lower your voices. Since there are very few areas to go to to escape the loudness it seems that just some basic consideration for others would be nice.

I now know why I love Java’s so much. It’s not the coffee, because I like so few Americans drink tea. Lol! It’s the wonderful sense of being in a place that everyone feels invited. So on my morning commute I decided to stop in for the strawberry lemonade and a cheese danish. It was cold outside and cold inside. I know you don’t know me from Adam, but a smile and a warm greeting go so much farther than the blank stare and«do you need anything?» greeting. So I sat for a while to see how they greeted other early birds. It was painful to watch . Well back to Java’s! Enjoy.

I really like this starbucks. I am not much for chain anything, coffee/tea is no exception. However, this starbucks has a great layout, lots of different areas to sit down and relax, has a great deck outside that you can use during the summer. The staff is always quick and very friendly, and their hours are great(they open at 5am and are the only coffee shop in my area of Rochester that is open that early when I am normally leaving).

This location is usually bustling. The baristas are quick to take orders and get out your order asap. They are all super friendly and I always feel welcome coming here. Their seating area is probably the best I’ve seen. They have an upstairs which is perfect for doing work or studying without any distractions. I really love the central location of this Starbucks. Added bonus that they have a parking lot in the back. The parking lot is filled at peak hours. I would recommend finding street parking if the lot is full. I’ve left Starbucks and seen someone getting towed on more that one occasion(parked on the side, or in the handicapped spaces).

I have been to this specific Stabucks locations countless times over the years therefore, it should be obvious that I enjoy this establishment as a whole. Nevertheless, it does have areas of improvement that it could concentrate on such as expanding, having a drive through, and updating the furniture inside. Notwithstanding, the staff there are typically polite and engaging except when you order a drink with 15 shots then they blow hot air through their teeth, role their eyes and seemed bothered that your spending $ 20.00 on a single drink. #ButIStillComeBack
