I gave this place another chance, the employees are really unfriendly, still lousy food. Girl with a name tag that read «SUZ Y Q» was downright depressed and uncaring taking our order. She would stop, ignore me while i was ordering, turn away to check something behind her then blabbed about personal nonsense to a coworker, then returned to finish my order, looking down at the ground, taking an extra long time to complete a simple order. It took forever to get our food, which was lousy, i was almost late to work. Never returning, ever.

I came in to try the $ 4 real deal promotion to see how it competes with the Wendy’s 4 for 4 meal and the Burger King 5 for 4 meal. The pros: Spicy chicken sandwich had good flavor and seasoning on the breading. Fries were crispy and had a good bite to them. Cons: Too much mayo was slapped on my Spicy chicken sandwich and I had to wipe some of it off. Burger was a joke in size compared to their other burgers on the menu and the meat was dry. Finally, the beverage was a water cup size and was not big enough to satisfy my thirst while drinking it on the way home. I’d recommend getting the western bacon cheeseburger and staying away from the gimmick promos.

This is one of the friendliest Carl’s Jr. I’ve ever been to. Clean and tidy, polite and very friendly employees, and fast service. I don’t see adults and young adults working here because there are no other job opportunities available. I see people who love their job. Have never had a bad experience when eating here (knock on wood). Highly recommend dining here if you’re on your way up north towards Reno or headed from Reno towards Sacramento area. Great place to enjoy some fast food while experiencing quality hospitality.

It’s Carl’s it’s also near my house too bad the food is expensive for fast food. It’s convenient and no garbage on the floor?

This place is horrible! We ordered some chicken burgers and they just felt apart in hand and were super nasty. We just throw it away in a trash and will be never back! Yuk

I am sad to say but I used to think that Carl’s Jr. Was one of the better fast food chains. Not this location anyway. It was rush lunch hour and fairly busy so I figured everything would be fresh. I ordered the new Texas BBQ burger and a Super Star with cheese. Neither burger was hot enough to melt cheese and the meat was dry and chewy. It was as if there was a supply of meat patties just sitting there and they assembled them into burgers as ordered. The bbq that goes on the Texas BBQ burger was terrible… way too sweet and the fried onions and jalapenos that went on top were bit fresh either. If this is the state of today’s fast food (we don’t do it often) then you can count us out! Note to Carl… quality of the food is always more important than the speed that it hits my hand! I’m pretty sure we won’t be back.

This is our favorite fast food place. Go there a lot. I like the variety and the prices are comparable. I love there chicken sandwiches and if you prefer you can get whole wheat sandwich buns with any hamburger or chicken.

I can’t say that I’ve ever been thoroughly impressed by a fast food restaurant, but this Carl’s Jr. has awesome employees. They were on top of people’s orders as if it wasn’t a fast food restaurant. If someone was delivering an order to a different table they’d stop by on their way back asking if we needed more ketchup or ranch. I find it difficult to get this kind of service in franchise sit-​down restaurants, so it completely blew me away that they were going out of their way for all customers that were there on Sunday September 29^th at around 1pm. I’m not usually the «reviewing writing» type, however because I was so pleasantly surprised I felt obligated too.

Great Carl’s Jr overall but they having a bad (sticky) parking lot and they didn’t know how to use the Carl’s Jr Rewards iPhone app. But I taught them ;)

Bean & cheese burrito, done right. I have eaten at a whole bunch of Carl’s Jrs. I am a sucker for their monthly coupons. But this one, really made a tasty brean and cheese burrito. I don’t know what they did differently, or if I was just really hungry, but that burrito hit the spot. Maybe is had a lot of cheese… I don’t know, but, if you can’t tell, I really enjoyed it.
And, the floor was clean, always a good sign.

Their food (taco salad and $ 6 burger) have left me feeling really gross. I will have to wait a long time before eating their again. It’s like eating a ball of grease.

There are too many choices for food in Rocklin at the ass crack of dawn. After being forced to spend the night in Rocklin due to freeway closure, I had to get some food in my stomach before a long day ahead. I love the Western Bacon Cheeseburger but not at 6am. So a breakfast burger and a big OJ did the job.
