One of my favorite burger place. I always get smiley face person. Never mess my order and burger is always great. I go there when ever I visit Costco. I like it

The best fast food burger money can buy. Always fresh ingredients and never disappoints. My go to is a double double animal style worth no tomatoes and if I’m in the mood I get the animal style fries as well. The servers are polite and quick to aid you with any questions you may have. Absolute perfection! Never a bad decision when you choose In-N-Out!

Been disappointed the last few times we’ve stopped. Seems like there’s less and less meat in my burger with each visit… and with the«Protein-style» that’s quite noticeable.

Well thought I would give another shot… very polite employees. Seemed to take a long time with only one car ahead. Got my burger in an open box, guess I’m not used to that. The burger was hot the Cheese wAs tasty. The fries are just not that tasty. Overall cheeseburger and fries and large drink nearly $ 7. Polite employees and decent burger… peace out :)

It’s In-N-Out, so the food is great. The line can sometimes be long, but being right next to the freeway, that’s to be expected. The staff is very friendly.

Pretty standard as far as In N Out goes. I lived in CA in my twenties and found there food much more enjoyable then Than now. Im a mom with two kiddos and unfortunately INO just doesn’t fit my lifestyle any more. No kids meals, although they do have milk, and no changing tables in the restroom.

This is one of the worst burgers I’ve ever had. And I’m not talking about just this location. How does this place have such a cult following when it is so terrible? Any true Texan will tell you that Whataburger is by far superior to this overhyped place.

Definitely awesome food. The people are really nice, especially for a fast food place. I also love the 50’s theme as well.

This is an old complaint from Jan. 11, 2015, but bear with me because I just got Unilocal. My husband was SO excited to take me to an In n Out burger joint. He wasn’t so excited after we got the food. Not only did the fries taste freezer burned, but they also tasted like they were fried in REALLY old grease. The burgers were mediocre and the drinks were watered down. I should have known when I walked into the place at lunch time on a Sunday and it was only ¼ full that the restaurant probably had some problems.

On Wed, Oct 7 at 9:56pm, we drove up to the drive thru at Rosa’s Café to order food but the employees were too busy playing around. They greeted us giggling, then disappeared and never returned, even though we kept calling ‘hello!’. We drove over to In n Out and were welcomed sweetly by a young lady who repeated our order back to us and wished us a good night. Rosa’s lost their chance and I wondered where management was… but our food from In n Out was hot, delicious and the service could not have been more PERFECT. Thanks management for training your employees so well!

We intended on driving about halfway to Dallas from Memphis after work one day. Knowing that In N Out was at the end of the tunnel motivated us to drive all the way. We arrived at 12:30 am. It was as perfect and as consistent as ever. No fast food establishment beats In N Out. Fresh, delicious and beautiful burgers. Thank you for making our late night drive worth it!

how do you say no to this place? This is the first innout you will hit if you are coming from the eastern part of the United States. YUP. I know my innouts. Its also the last innout you will get to if you are traveling east/away from dallas. So definitely stop here! I get the double double protein style with well done fries and a neopolitan shake. YUMS. im drooling just typing this out. Unlike the other innouts i’ve eaten in dallas/austin(yes, i’ve eaten at all of them hahaha) this one is NEVER crowded! I’ve come on a weekend and I’ve come on a weekday. It’s not crowded like the other ones are in the area, and its very very clean. Pro: next to costco gas for cheap gas. Con: next to raising canes. So you have to pick your poison.

Delicious fresh food here, and you wont find one complaint on that. There burgers and staff are amazing, I don’t like having to waif 20 mins for seat… The food good but wait 20 mins to sit first? I think not. I do like the fresh delicious food thow. Just pick a non peak food time.

As a native of southern California having an in and out within driving distance is wonderfull. Even more important is my wife is turning cartwheels, you see anytime that we travel to an area with in&out it’s understood that lunch will be there period! Go enjoy a real California burger, if your a native Texan the best way that I can describe in*out is This Was Our Wattaburger

It’s the furthest East In N Out between DFW and Greenville. Always stop on my way in and out of town.

I had the cheeseburger and fries. The burger was good, but the patty wasn’t near the size of the bun. My last three bites were meat free. Also, the way they stack the burger is not to my liking. To me, it should be, from the bottom: mustard, patty, ketchup, lettuce, tomato, lettuce, tomato, mayo. Fries are decent but certainly not outstanding. I’ll come back but it’ll be for a shake. Friendly staff!

This was my first visit to In-N-Out Burger evah! We travel to Dallas often because my husband is from there. I know… I know… how could I? What’s done is done. HaHa! I told a friend from work that I was going to Dallas and he said, «You HAVE to try In-N-Out Burger while you’re there!!! They have the BEST burgers!!!» So I thought… I like burgers and I’ve HEARD a lot about In-N-Out so what the heck… I give em a try. So on Christmas Eve Eve we located the nearest In-N-Out and headed that way. The restaurant was in very good shape. The counter staff was very nice and helpful to a newby like me. I settled on the cheese burger with fries. We took a seat and waited for our number to be called, it didn’t take long at all even though they were SUPER busy. All and all, it was a decent burger, just not anything to really write home about. I am not sure if I had hyped it up so much in my head that it just wasn’t as good as I thought it’d be or what. It wasn’t cooked bad or anything like that. It was just your normal run of the meal burger with Thousand Island dressing on it. As for me, I’ll stick to Whataburger for my fast food burger fix. AND Whataburger has bacon!!! =)

Food: 5⁄5 Service: 4⁄5 Cleanliness: 4⁄5 Décor & Style: 3⁄5 Still the number 1 fast food burger place in my opinion. The taste is original and it seems as though so many try to duplicate, so many unsuccessful attempts. Growing up in California for 15 years, I’ve had my fair share of trying all the different In-N-Out restaurants throughout California. They all have semi-slow service(because they make it fresh), semi-clean(some are just so busy and in a bad area of town it seems more dirty-ish), and the 50’s style dinner is outdated, although still somewhat cool looking, I guess. Overall the chain needs a re-vamp, but the burgers do not. Keep up the great taste, but not the décor, :)

MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM! LOVEROADTRIPFOOD! This in-N-Out in Rockwall ROCKS! PLEASE go during the mid to late afternoon when it is not busy. I had the Double Double and fries, all animal style. Wife had just a double with cheese. Great location by IH-30. Easy off and on, and quick service this day! Again, hit it at off-peak hours.
