This place has the WORSE customer service I have ever seen!!! I would NOT recommend this place to my enemy, ever! The managers are extremely rude and the kids they have working there act like they know absolutely nothing and they are puppets on a string. The food is OK at best on occasion.

First time visiting this establishment. Clean, air conditioned, and good music playing. Ordered the #13 veggie club sandwich — it was awesome and fresh & delicious and the sweet tea was perfection! I like it even more than Chickfia’s! This is my new sandwich place since I’m boycotting Rockwall Chick-​fil-​a for now.

Have always heard how awesome Jimmy Johns is so I was excited to give it a try. How bland~~!! Very disappointing. I had the Turkey Tom which came as bread, mayo, turkey lettuce and a slice of tomato at least do SOMETHING to give it some flavor. salt?.. pepper? anything. this was … well BORING! bread tasted like cardboard. It was a sandwich and not a good one at that, Of all the major sandwich chains in the Dallas area, they rank at the bottom. SO save your money go buy a loaf of white bread, some grocery store turkey, and slap some mayo on it you will get a sandwich at least as good if not better than Jimmie Johns. I’m giving it one star, but if I could giver it less, I would

You’d better do your homework before ordering from them… unless you specify… your sandwich will arrive dry. Meat/​cheese only. Very boring. average at best.

Bring your own salt!!! I will not support any restaurant that dictates if you are «allowed» to use salt or not. I ordered a lettuce wrap. (yes I am super health conscience) and it is very boring to me to eat lettuce or tomatoes without salt! So my question to Jimmy John’s is this: why do you sell chips? Do you not know how unhealthy those are for people? and your meat… does it contain nitrites? Do you know how unhealthy that is? Are you going to stop carrying meats with nitrites? Anyway… I will not be going back. Even with salt it would not have been much of an improvement. They only give you a choice of mayo or dijon mustard or a vinagrette. With Whichwich, Lenny’s, Schlotzsky’s, Firehouse, or even Subway… I see no reason to ever go here again!

I know a good sandwich when I see one. And this is a good sandwich shop. They were fast, friendly, tuna rocks, kosher dills are crisp and they will slice them for you. They even have Thinny Chips reduced fat crunchy salty potato chips. They are fabulous! Like little crisps of Heaven and I don’t feel as guilty eating the whole bag. I like how they put sliced cucumbers on my tuna sub.

Love the sandwiches, bread is always very fresh, most employees are very nice. Service is quick quick quick in and out always in less than 5 minutes.
