Went to Longhorn for the first time. Was not impressed at all. My fiancées mom ordered a well done burger and it came out under cooked, service was sub par and even when we brought it to the managements attention nothing was offered to make up for it. Don’t think I will be going back to the Rogers Longhorn.

The only time in my life I’ve ordered a chicken dish and it came to me undercooked, it was awful. Would not recommend anyone to go there, as I will not be going back. The manager was apologetic and offered to comp the meal, but I already paid for the meal. She gave me coupons!

Tried this for the first time, my husband got the«Outlaw» and I ordered the Smoked T-bone. Our steaks were cooked PERFECTLY. Full of flavor, juicy, steak sauce NOT needed! For our appetizer we ordered the Stuffed mushrooms and artichoke dip; both were really good also. We will DEFINITELY be going here again! Our waitress Sarah was also amazing! Must try!!!

We come here regularly so I never really thought to review it; the food and service is always top notch! It’s one of those things where it’s always good, so you don’t really think to review it on Unilocal. But, given the fact there were a couple less-than-stellar reviews I wanted to throw my 2¢ in as someone who frequents the joint. The atmosphere is a casual, American-styled steakhouse. We’ve come during dinner on a slow(ish) Monday, lunch on a busy weekday, as well as during peak dinner times on Thursday, Friday, and the weekend. We are always seated promptly and courteously. We’ve only had a wait time when we are with a big group(not to say a wait time doesn’t happen during peak times, because I’m sure it does). Our drink order is always taken within 5 minutes of sitting. My lady always orders a strawberry margarita which comes with a rock candy stirrer and extra shaker with another pour. She says it is the best margarita of the restaurants we frequent, at $ 8.50, it comes with top shelf liquor and amazing flavor to boot. Highly recommend. For appetizers we both love the jalapeño shots and baked mushrooms. The jalapeño shots are stuffed jalapeños, deep fried, and individually served in a shooter glass with a southwest ranch dipping sauce. They come 3 to an order for $ 4.49 and are well worth the price. Delicious! Always hot and ooey-gooey with cheese and cool ranch. Mmm. The baked mushrooms come 5 to an order, served in a hot, white ceramic serving tray; the mushrooms are gutted and filled with a 3-cheese blend with a stringy white cheese and some nice Asiago; heartily baked and served piping hot. Beautifully presented. These are our go-to apps and definitely recommend you give them a try. The side salads are your run-of-the-mill garden or Caesar variety – BUTWAIT! As of right now you can get the Beefeater Tomato salad as an upgraded side salad for only $ 1.79 more. You might be thinking… «What the heck is a beefeater tomato salad?» It’s delicious, that’s what it is! But really, it’s a garden green salad tossed in a light ranch dressing, topped with three thick and heartily-sliced garden tomato slices, topped with good-sized bacon pieces and shredded aged-white-cheddar. Geez. I could go on about this side salad but I really recommend you try it yourself. P. s.– I noticed they have the beefeater tomato salad topped with chicken as an entrée– sounds good! Tonight we opted for the 8oz prime rib and a ribeye; both medium rare. The prime rib was succulent, moist, and so tender I could cut it with a fork. Wow. Perfectly cooked. So amazing I didn’t even take the time to take a photo– I just dug in! That’s what good eating is about. ;) The ribeye certainly didn’t disappoint; it was cooked to order and juicy. Both served perfectly. The corkscrew 4-cheese macaroni with bacon is topped with a nice crispy Asiago and breadcrumb topping but is super ooey-gooey(noticing a cheesy trend here?) on the inside. The asparagus was fresh and cooked nicely with a light lemon spritz. Wow. All this time on this review and I’m already hungry again! This Longhorn location is on point. I’ve never been disappointed in the amazing food and super courteous wait-staff. I always tip 30%+ at this place if that gives you a hint at the type of service we get. They’ve not let me down yet! Give this location a shot if you haven’t. P. s.s. I still haven’t tried any of their dessert menu yet… Haven’t made it that far(although I have eyeballed a flakey Apple dessert covered in vanilla bean ice cream). Maybe one day! Damn those awesome appetizers and entrees… Always ruining it for the desserts. ;)

My roommate and I hit this place up, around 2 in the afternoon. It was still fairly busy, but we were seated quickly and graciously by the host. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and very clean. Our server was fantastic. We both knew we wanted steak, yet I was undecided on which particular one — but my server was right there to suggest the sirloin. We both opted for the 8 oz sirloins, loaded baked potatoes, and side salads. Complimentary bread, our salads, and chit chat past the time rather quickly. We waited maybe 15 – 20 minutes and we had our meals. The steaks were cooked to perfection(so good you wished it never ended), and the sides equally delicious. One of the few 5 star steaks and service I’ve ever had. Prices seemed typical/average for steak houses. We will definitely be visiting Longhorn again!

This was my go to place however the filets have been more sirloin like the last two visits. My last visit there was tonight(Tuesday) around 7pm. The place was not very busy. We got seating and waited 15+ minutes without being greeted by a server. Got up and went to Chipotle.

Went for an early dinner on Christmas Eve. We had a Porterhouse well done and a Filet medium rare. Both were cooked perfectly. The apps were great. Had the corn fritters and the jalapeño poppers. For people working on Christmas Eve they sure seemed to like what they were doing. If there is a better wait person than Ken in NWA we have not met them. A great job by all. We will be back soon.

Was disappointed the food was mediocre got filet with lobster hollandaise sauce there was no Sauce and lobster tasted as it came out of a can. The stuffed baked potato had nothing on it to speak off a few sch reds of cheese and few crumbles of bacon. I had to ask for butter and sour cream to get it down. The endless bread I had to ask two times to get. And the salad had been stored in a refrigerator with too low temperature. We had total of three drinks which alone equaled nearly $ 30 double most other places. Took nearly $ 100 to get out of here. Food and service were not what the price would suggest we will never be back. Took 20 min for my wife to get a to go box.

Always get great service and really decent food here. Bone in ribeye is always a treat. Drink is always full, table clean, temp of room always good. The stampede is surely a shareable dessert.

It is a good steakhouse. I am a fan of their flank steak and ribeye. Plus, I do love their sweet potato option fully loaded. Their servers are always well trained and usually older and wiser than the normal waitstaff. I have to mention that they have a Texas flair but their bar doesn’t carry Tito’s Vodka. I think that needs to change.

The food was great, the server was friendly and checked on us on a regular basis. The hostess needed a lot more training. Spent more time looking around then at the line forming in front of her.

This is a favorite for me and my husband. The steak is always cooked perfectly and their strawberry salad is excellent. The service is perfect and they are fun people. The décor is very pretty! Great place for lunch and dinner.

Front of house service lacking today. Need to be more attentive, since it sets the mood of the visit. Thanks waiter Ryan for saving the afternoon.

The stand host is awful! I was already standing in front of her and she is jiber-jabering with other server, even after I said hello! Some sessions are closed that she doesn’t even know! She put us on wait and told us just be glad it was not 30 minutes wait. The dish I wanted is out. WTH?! Two people ‘s food were served separately. It’s a poorly managed restaurant! The Parmesan Crusted Chicken was very salty. Server at my table and manager are helpful though.

So my first thought was that I was going to be unhappy because when we asked if we could sit in a booth, they flat out said no. Even though right after we sat(literally right after), another family walked in and they were seated in a booth. — not cool!!! The restaurant was extremely cold. What turned it around? The servers and the food. They were very attentive and extremely patient with us. We were a group of five, but our parents were there so you know how indecisive they can be at times and very frustrating if your on the waiting end of it. But they were very nice and patient. They explained everything and I can’t say enough on how these guys turned things around. They also gave us plenty of bread. :) Steaks were very well made! I ordered mine rare and it was nice and pink in the inside and parents asked for medium and it was perfectly done to their taste! Good seasoning and very tender beef!!! They even wrote happy birthday in Spanish on dad’s bday sundae and that was a very nice touch! Thank you servers!!! Host– you should be just that… A good host! Shame on you for being a jerk!

I’ve been here a couple times and felt average service and average food. Today I was impressed. First our waitress was great-Shileene. Very accommodating without being pushy and knew her menu. I opted for the dinner Spinach feta Chicken off the under 500 calorie menu on her suggestion because it comes with a salad for only $ 2 more along with fresh green beans. It was sooo good. First off the salad had minimal cheese and chopped cucumber. Plus! The green beans were very flavorful but my favorite had to be the chicken. I love feta so I don’t mind the strong flavor from the cheese. The baste was a garlic au jus which wasn’t overpowering at all. I will definitely eat it again and the best part it’s under 500 calories.

As a general rule I shy away from«chain» steak restaurants because most serve tiny tough tasteless steaks. Reluctantly my wife and I took another couple to Long Horn because they seemed to like it. I almost wonder if some of these reviewers ate at the same place we did. We started with a ‘Best of Long Horn sampler’ which is shrimp, stuffed mushrooms and chicken wraps. It was splendid and the price was excellent. My companions had a filet, a ribeye, a sirloin and I had a porterhouse. My porterhouse arrived looking as pretty as a steak ever has. Worthy of a photo for a commercial. Almost a shame to cut into it. I like my steaks rare, that is «trim the horns and cut off the tail and lead it to the table» rare. This steak was seasoned and cooked perfectly and as tender as a steak can ever be. It’s a 20 ounce steak and will certainly satisfy any carnivore. If not, they also offer a 30 ounce. Maybe next time… All agreed that their own was cooked to their liking and were very happy. A real plus is that they offer Worcestershire sauce which most places don’t. My only criticism is the salad. On a scale of 1 to 10 I’d give it a three. They’d do well to slip over to Outback for a lesson on how to make the perfect salad. Great service, nice atmosphere and extremely clean combined with great food will certainly bring me back. This is not your average chain restaurant. I won’t need a salad with a 30 ounce porterhouse anyway. That’s my idea of a real steak.

This place recently opened and I hadn’t tried this chain. I visited May 31st to give it a try, I didn’t have reservations and was there about 6 pm on a Friday, so I expected a wait. The great part about this location is that you can walk from the mall. We visited the Malco theater for a movie and then walked to the restaurant. Upon arrival, there was a small crowd waiting outside. We were told that we would have to wait 40 – 45 minutes and were given a buzzer. Outside we sat on one of their benches and admired the aesthetics put into this restaurant and their lot. After having a conversation with a random gentleman about the AMP our buzzer went off. We only waited approximately 25 minutes. Entering the restaurant, it is as dark as a typical steakhouse. However, instead of a bunch of stuffed carcasses everywhere on the walls, the restaurant has a lovely array of artwork, some that I would not mind displaying in my own home. We were seated by a manager and we were kindly given some suggestions from their specials. Shortly after, we were greeted by our server for the evening. She took our drink orders(Coke products, thank goodness) and we also ordered their fried green tomatoes. The fried green tomatoes came in a plate of 4 and feature a Siracha remoulade and goat cheese — they were delectable! I ordered the Flat Iron Steak featuring a stuffed portabella and cream sauce with a baked potato and a salad. My husband ordered the Longhorn Porterhouse with broccoli and a salad. After ordering, we received our salads and did not see our server for a long while. My drink was empty and our food had not made it out long past our appetizer and salad were finished. Finally, a different server brought us our meal out, but our waitress did not come check on us. A different server brought us drink refills. Unfortunately, the steak I ordered medium-well was only cooked about medium-well on one end and medium-rare on the other. The stuffed portabella was delicious, as was the cream sauce, but our waitress never really came around to send my steak back. My husband’s steak was cooked well and he had no complaints — except that his glass would sit empty for an extended period of time. Longhorn has the potential to be a great place to eat, but it needs to work on their service and the consistency of their food. The food we had tasted delicious, but when something wasn’t cooked to our expectation our waitress was unavailable for us. Perhaps with some time and some training, the experience at Longhorn can be better.

Absolutely Incredible. I’ve always gone to Texas land & Cattle for a good steak, but I am blown away by how good Longhorn is. The steak I had tasted like it had been marinating in a blend of wonderful spices for atleast 5 hours before being cooked. The prices aren’t too bad for what you’re getting, as they are on par with most steak places like TXLC and Outback. And, thus far, my experience with the staff has been very positive as well.
