Ruth’s Chris Steak House – Rogers

They have their signature «bone-​in» option that is a must try! My husband got the NY bone-​in and the flavor was amazing. I got the Cowboy ribeye (this one is bone-​) Both cooked perfectly. But I hate to say it but besides my steak I could not stop eating the lobster mac’s cheese… OMG…I can just inhale it! Wow. The service was excellent, exactly how you would expect to be treat (not mediocre like other places). We’ve been to several Ruth Chris — Hawaii aslnd Chicago location, but the service at this location was much better. A favorite now, definitely coming back.

We came to Ruth’s Chris Rogers to celebrate my husband’s birthday. I had made a reservation online and it was a Monday so we had virtually no waiting. We ordered the BBQ Shrimp as an appetizer, they were very good. The service was fantastic! (which is why I’ve given 2 stars as opposed to 1).
The problem was the filet I ordered Medium rare. It was under seasoned and exceptionally bland. It didn’t taste like a Prime cut of meat at all, which was what I was expecting from our previous visits. Instead it was more like they’d run to Walmart and picked up a cheap filet, thrown it on the grill without seasoning, and served it. I guess when I go to a steakhouse as well known and at the price point of Ruth’s Chris I just expect more. I really don’t think we will be back.

Sat in the lounge Saturday night with a couple girlfriends. The prime sliders were phenomenal. Dinner is 20%off in the lounge on Saturday night! Live music was nice too, not too loud. Love this place!

I’m glad I finally got to eat here, but it wasn’t quite worth all the hype.
The steaks were good and cooked right. My wife had the 16 ounce bone in filet and I had the 22″ bone in ribeye… and with one bite I said «River Grille is better»!
Our waiter brought me a Core ESB which was okay but I ordered the Ozark APA, and then when I asked to switch to Guinness they brought me the one I could get in a pint at Walmart for less that $ 3.00 a bottle… over all I was disappointed in their beer selection… not nearly enough quality craft beers available and no really good stouts or porters either…
Overall. The food was good the service was okay but if I’m gonna drop $ 200 on a meal I don’t expect to immediately think another place is better… especially when it would’ve cost the same to eat at both places.
So…next time we may still stay at the same place, but perhaps we’ll make the drive to River Grille.

This is my first time here. And I don’t give 5 stars unless EVERYTHING is PERFECT.
EVERYTHING was PERFECT! Having been to nearly every Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse around the world, this particular restaurant now ranks in my top 3!
I arrived a few min early and relaxed at the lounge. The staff was attentive, courteous, attentive and fantastic! The service intuitive and pleasant!
My meal could not have been better: the service was absolutely spot on. The salad fresh and bountiful. The mashed potatoes melted in my mouth. The steak was divine and perfect. The bleu cheese crust was not melted and drippy. It complemented the steak instead of overpowered it.
The turtle cheesecake was a bullseye, and the coffee exactly what Ruth’s Chris signature coffee tastes like.
EVERY aspect of my experience was TOP notch.

I went for happy hour. Bartenders were great service was great. I went for dinner and had very poor service. I had to keep asking for drinks and other items. The meal was great I had the Salmon and my boyfriend had the chicken. To my surprise the chicken was as amazing as the Salmon love the spicey lobster too. The service and noise not so great.

Love the steaks and sides. Good wine list. I love the daily happy hour: appetizers ½ off, great drinks. Love the lobster mac & cheese, bbq shrimp, mushrooms & tenderloin sliders. We usually order several plates to comprise a meal. Of course nice relaxing atmosphere with a professional wait staff.

Hosted a Wednesday evening work meeting here. Made reservations, arrived 30 min early, but was seated right away. Dim lighting and updated furniture/​décor — great mood.
Our friendly server greeted us right away and gave us water. His name tag read «John» but he told us that wasn’t his name. He real was was… (I must have forgot)… anyway, since it’s protocol to wear a name tag, he had to grab someones. That broke the ice for the meeting… hilarious.
«John» knew the menu (except the soup of the day) and was really professional the entire night. The restaurant got busier, but the service didn’t slack. The petite fillet is one of the best. My side was asparagus — YUM! My guest had steaks, mashed potatoes, macaroni, and dessert. Everything was amazing. 5-​star.
I had such a great experience my husband and I booked Valentine’s Day reservations. I plan to enjoy a glass of wine the second time around!

It has a great happy hour. But for dinner i have had a much better steak at longhorn. I order twin filets and I found out they slice open the steak to see if it’s done. No no. Also I ask if I could have salmon non blacken was told no unless you want it microwaved. The food comes out piping hot but cold within minutes. I’m just going for the happy hour from now on.

Yes. Yes. Yes. If you want a steak, this is your place. Be advised, this is not Texas Roadhouse or some other chain restaurant, and as such, expect very high quality food. Treat yourself at least once a year to this delicious food.

What a disappointing new year’s dinner that was! Big promises regarding complimentary champagne and prize drawings and photographers. We didn’t get any of those even though we were there till after 12. And to add to it got an inconsistently cooked Tbone with charred edged. Should have just gone to one of the new year parties in NWA instead of spending time here. Not coming back ever again. Updated (Jan 2) Changing this to 3 stars as I talked to Kevin (the restaurant manager) about my feedback. I appreciate the fact that he offered to make this right by sending a gift card even though I was just looking to provide a feedback. Definitely 3 stars for the good customer service. Also, the server was great.

Consistently excellent. The food is superb, the service first class. Easily my favorite restaurant in town.
Parking isn’t always great if it’s busy, and over Christmas, the bar is busy with work parties so you sometimes have to park on the grass. Okay if you have a truck but not if you’re in a sports car.

I ate here earlier in the week and have eaten at this particular Ruth’s Chris a few times before while on business traveling through. I haven’t been that impressed here with their cooking of the meat.
This last time I ordered the NY strip at a temperature of medium. When the steak came on the sizzling plate, I could just tell by looking at it that it was overcooked. I cut into it and it was well. Nothing irritates me more than going to an establishment known for their steaks and they can’t cook your $ 50 steak correct.
I still give this place 3 stars because their side dishes are very tasty (mushrooms on this trip) and service, outside of the steak, is still spot on.

Fantastic service experience each and every time I visit this RC location. Kevin the GM and his staff provide top notch service to everyone that walks through the doors. I have been to several RC locations, and this by far is the best. The bar staff blends each signature drink with care and you never have to wait for anything. Salads are fresh, and the bbq shrimp app is super yum and a must try! Go visit this location, you won’t be disappointed!

We decided to eat here while on a business trip and chose patio seating on a beautiful Arkansas evening. We shared appetizers. Big mistake. Blame it on the jet lag. We had the cheese and andouille sausage platter. Meh. Barbecued Shrimp which is more like a sauteed shrimp in a creamy garlic sauce. Good. Petite filet slider. Dry and tasteless.
Next time, it’s ribeye for me.

Took my significant other here on one of our anniversaries to celebrate. I’ve never been in a place like this prior to this visit, and I will say that it was amazing! The waiter we had seemed to exude that he had been working at upscale places like this for atleast 10 years, however it was within the first few days of his job. Kudos to him for being that amazing! I highly recommend this place for those special occasions, as while it is expensive, it is worth it.

For my first experience at Ruth’s Chris I was very impressed. It isn’t the very best steak I’ve had, but it is close to the top. 4 stars for the food, 5 stars for the service.
I had the T-​Bone, au gratin potatoes and the broiled tomatoes. The steak was cooked perfectly and seasoned really well. I could have eaten another order of potatoes, they were off the chart good. The tomatoes were too sweet for me for this kind of side dish. It was like having tomato candy. My wife enjoyed them but they weren’t my thing.
For dessert we had the bread pudding. If you are a dessert person then this one is worth a try, ours was fantastic.
The service was by far the best thing about our experience here at Ruth’s Chris. The staff called us by name throughout the night and was extremely helpful. They were around a lot, but I never felt like they were hovering over us. They really did an awesome job.

I’ve gone here a few times for team dinners as well as happy hour. Its a fairly standard Ruth Chris chain. Very pleasant environment and nice spot for a delicious meal. The service is usually outstanding.
I always have a filet, which they prepare to perfection… no steak sauce or seasoning needed! I’m also a big fan of their tomato mozzarella salad, grilled asparagus and when looking for something more decadent the scalloped potatoes are fantastic!
I’ve also really enjoyed the cocktails available at the bar. They offer some creative options and will mix you something based on your preferences. The lounge here is really nice, comfy seats, more casual experience and many times packed for happy hour!
More of a business crowd in the dining room and younger professionals in the lounge. I wouldn’t bring my kids… too expensive and they’d be way too loud! While the price is high it’s worth it for quality food, service and a calm setting.

Delicious meal. Everything was perfect. We had 7:30 reservations and waited about 1 minute before they seated us. Our Waitress was very attentive, but not annoying. The petite filet (8oz) was plenty even for hubby. I had the BBQ Shrimp — a different twist than what I’m used to, but yummy! Served over garlic roasted potatoes. So rich I couldn’t yet it all. But we managed to eat the Chocolate Explosion Dessert anyways. so good. Chocolate, lava cake with carmel sauce and ice cream. I’m gonna need to hit the gym!
The atmosphere is warm — a little too wide open at the middle tables where we sat and the table was a little small or maybe we had too many plates…
Great date or special occasion place. Not sure you can find a bad meal.

This was my first time coming to a Ruth’s Chris. I was expecting it to be a good experience and it was.
I came here with my husband, mother and daughter (19 months old). We were celebrating my husband’s birthday. When I made reservations they asked if we were celebrating and I let them know. They had some happy birthday table decorations (little shiny confetti like decorations). It was a nice tough.

We had a reservation, so we had no wait.
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
AWESOME. I am glad that they exceeded my expectations on customer service. Everyone from the hostesses, waiter, busboys, managers, etc. Everyone gave great customer service.

Appetizer: Seared Ahi Tuna — soooo delicious. I wanted to lick the plate.

*My husband ordered one of the First Taste. There were two options. His included the:
corn chowder soup, mac n cheese, 2 filet mignons with shrimp on top and a flourless chocolate cake for dessert.
Dessert: They gave us a free cake (in addition to my husbands dessert) for his birthday.

Loved the romantic, rich, and elegant ambiance.
OVERALL:
