As a former GM of a JJs, I know what the expectations should be. This one is very substandard. I have been in here twice as the new restaurants that I run have a location nearby, and both times have been unimpressive(and that is during non peak times) The last time that I went in, I had to request for the cashier to remove his gloves when typing my order in to the register, and then had to remind him to wash his hands before applying new gloves. I will be stopping by in the next week to see if this was abnormal, but if not, I will not be back.

This is the worst sandwich I have ever had. The bread was hard and stale. Service was substandard, no pun intended, person was rude. So bad it doesn’t deserve the 1 star I have to give it to post this.

Fast fast delivery, sandwich is a sandwich in my opinion. Usual subs that are a bit healthier than other sub shops.

Real men can eat here. The restrooms do NOT have low flow fixtures so you can get dirt off of your hands before eating. Thank you. The signs are fun to read. Love the ice here. And the sandwiches are yummy also. The 7 grain bread ROCKS!!! The veggies seems fresh and crisp. Bacon was good.

This is the worst Jimmy Johns ever. Called and the phone person said they did not deliver to my area, which is 1.9 miles away 5 to 8 minute drive based on traffic. They have delivered here 3 other times. She claimed management had gotten strict on their delivery area, which then made me ask for the manager. After 10 minutes of holding the girl came back on the phone and said the manager was to busy with other customers to come to phone. I asked for the area managers name but she put me back on hold for another five minutes. She came back with a first name of Brian. Then I asked if the manager was still to busy to come to phone and she said hold on. Held another 8 minutes and decided it wasn’t worth it and hung up. The kicker is the manager called me back 15 minutes later to inform me they don’t deliver to my area but he would make an exception. He told me that his employee interrupted him four times which was in-called for. I asked why they had delivered here three times before but not now and he had no answer. He wouldn’t give me the area managers name and was rude. He told me the only way I was going to be helped was if I drove up there to talk to him or TW area on a Saturday. This place won’t last long in Rome with this type of service. Check out the yellow page reviews for more on just how badly this place treats the customer. Wish no stars was an option. To bad because we really were excited about Jimmy Johns in Rome.
