normally When I order chili cheese fries from Jim’s they are very generous with the fries, chili, cheese and onions (my usual). but on Monday February 22, 2016 the chef was very stingy with the chili. when I got home my chili cheese fries were so dry I had to drive down the street to Ricks famous burger to get extra chili for my fries.
I’m a fan of Jim’s burger but that time I was disappointed. I help that doesn’t happen again

Went here on a Saturday morning, and I was extremely hungover.
I wanted a pastrami burger and since my mom knows the area, we went here.
Fucking awesome food. Pastrami burger, onion rings. Hangover no more.
Fast service, but not too fast, just right. Crowded the entire 30 minutes we were there.
Parking is a tad of a pain in the front if the drive thru is packed.

I really enjoy Jims Burgers, I always order a hamburger special or if I go for breakfast I get the breakfast slam can’t remember if that’s what’s called or I’ve also ordered the chili cheeses fries OMG they can’t never go wrong. I honestly won’t complain about this place I’m always satisfied.

Love this place. Seems to be my go-​to spot since I’m right down the street in San Gabriel. The staff is always extra-​friendly and everyone I’ve brought there loves it. Closest thing to Coney Island back home in Detroit.

I’ve been coming here practically my whole life but I haven’t been inside in a couple of years. I was happy to see they remolded the restaurant which is a sign that they’re doing well. I noticed they added new items to the menu. A list of different types of wraps. I got the chipotle chicken wrap and I can’t begin to explain how delicious it was. I have never been let down by this place!!! I’ve been to a couple of other Jims Burgers and this is the best one! The others do not even compare to the quality and service. Really same Asian lady that worked here when I was in middle school is still here as well. love this place. Take a bag of fries home.

This is my new go to place for fast food in the area. Overall, excellent customer service and one of the best turkey burgers that I’ve had in a while! All of the staff were very warm and friendly. A hidden gem in the San Gabriel Valley for sure.

I got the teriyaki burger. To be honest, the burger was just average. My patty was so thin and there were so much lettuce, I could barely taste my patty. I didn’t think the burger was anything good or special. Their chili cheese fries on the other hand, was delicious. The portion is quite small compared to The Hat and such, but it is definitely worth getting.

Some days you wake up with a growling stomach and all that growling stomach wants is some good old fashion-​clog up your arteries-​American breakfast. And while there are hundreds of hipster and/​or foo foo brunch places in L.A. and the OC, you can also satisfy your taste buds at Jim’s Burgers. They serve breakfast all day long and have a variety of burgers, sandwiches, and Mexican food on the menu as well. (Menudo on Saturday & Sunday for those interested). Jim’s makes no effort to look like the next Zagat rated restaurant and they don’t need to. They’re just another humble hole in the wall restaurant that has served delicious meals for decades. Give them a try and you won’t be disappointed.

I ate dinner at Jim’s Famous ¼ Pound Burger on 8÷25÷2015. I’ve been here many times before. There were two of us and I had their pastrami sandwich ($ 7.45), a medium banana shake ($ 2.99) and a medium coke ($ 1.99) with free refills. I also tried Jim’s chile cheese fries ($ 4.99) for the 1st time. All I can say is WOW! I actually had to take the pastrami home, because the chile cheese fries was so filling. Plus, I took photos. And a former student of mine waved at me while going thru the drive thru.

great service! local burger joint. everything that you would expect. very clean. there is also a drive thru. parking in the back. also a seating area up front. had the california burger which is actually on sourdough. i would add tomato next time just b/​c i like some veggie in my sandwich. also had an order of small chili cheese fries. tastes like all the other local burger joints which i appreciate. complimentary carrots and peppers on the side

Gotta get their chili cheese fries every time I’m in the area! THE BEST. They never skimp on the chili or cheese even when you get to the bottom. Plus the fries are literally fresh out of the fryer
The only other thing I’ve gotten to try is their zucchini fries and those are on point too. A large is literally a brown paper bag filled to the brim with fries and its less than $ 5. Their portions are so big! Not to mention the drive through is fast and efficient

This is one of my favorite local spots. The chili cheese fries are to die for! Small for $ 3.50 and large for $ 5. It’s also roughly the same price for the fried zucchinis. I ordered one of each in small and cannot finish either. They seriously overfill your bag!

I came here because I wanted some Zucchini fries, and they didn’t disappoint. The small order is enough to fill you up! I also got their bacon cheeseburger. The bacon was crunchy, and the saltiness of it gives the burger more flavor!
Pricing is medium range. For the fries and the burger, it was a little over 8 bucks, but you get a huge portion. There’s a drive thru, so you don’t even have to get out of your car. Nice!

The one in Arcadia is MUCH better.
I always order the bacon burger with zucchini fries but this is my first time at this location. They threw on WAY too much salt on the fries and the ranch came in a little container… not even enough for the all the fries. (ranch was $ 0.35)
Overall I was kinda disappointing with my meal. But on the bright side there is a drive through.

I enjoy coming here for quick lunch. They make delicious an gyro sandwich $ 5.99 and fried zucchini fries $ 4.99. Both were very filling and it tied me over till dinner time. The drive-​thru is quick and the menu is easy to read. Parking is available.
