Ordered a pineapple mango smoothie not filled up. Politely asked why it’s so low and she snarks «we actually fill it up to the line» … It met no line. If a guest shows you you’re wrong, don’t be a smart ass. Fix it.

I was told I was rude…
My experience was pretty bad. Went to the drive thru for 20 chicken nuggets. Took me so much longer because it seemed like the last at the drive thru window knew the people in front of me and was having a normal conversation with them taking up the stores and more importantly my own personal time. How can I tell they knew each other? You don’t see customers trying to pretend slap the cashier everyday do you? Moving on. After I get my nuggets and I notice they have me ranch instead of bbq. So i parked my car and walked inside. Told them that I asked for bbq and put the ranch on the table. I was told I was rude because I didn’t put them in her hand. I apologized because I’m not an a hole. Twice.

While it is a convenient McDonalds that’s easy to access on weekends and nights it’s a nightmare to go to. There’s nothing wrong with the inside décor. My kids love the plan pin but the parking is a pain due to all the other businesses nearby. I would recommend More space or a relocation. Whatever the location can come up with would be much appreciated and I’m not the only one that shares this belief.

If I could give this McDonald’s zero stars I would.
I ordered an apple pie– as advertised they should be warm. However, when I received the pie it was cold. So I drove back around through drive-​thru again and had nicely asked for another one. And here is what’s upsetting, the employees at this location did not take my request seriously. When I received another pie, it was microwaved, come on? Seriously?! The flakiness of the pie has become soggy, and it was obviously microwaved because it got so hot the filling exploded. I am not sure what kind of customer service goes on in that location but it is unacceptable to be treated this way. if they told me I would have to wait a little longer for them to bake a fresh pie I would have obliged, it’s what I came and paid for. But nope, instead Of caring about customer service they just wanted a quick fix.

My second visit to a MCD today! The best stop by store for immediate food. I got a medium fries and pancakes at 3:30 am because I just can’t fall back to sleep without food. The fish sandwich special is available after 11:00 am, so I had stopped by MCD around 4:00 pm when I came too early to the plaza. The best price $ 1.95 is very attractive. This is one of the location has wifi.

Came here for their Friday filet-​o-​fish sandwiches.
The parking is horrible. It’s in a plaza with other restaurants and on a good night out, you’d be lucky to get parking. Just keep on driving to the drive through window.
The food is standard McDonald’s. It’s a chain. You can’t go wrong with it.
It was okay. Always seems busy at this location.

I ordered food for me and my friend a 10 piece and 6 piece chicken nuggets. We wanted bbq sauce. They only gave us 2 sauces. Are you kidding me? Also, gave me 4 pieces of ketchup for a large Fries and a medium fries. They are sure stingy as heck. I rather get my food from in n out from now on.

I mainly come to this McDonalds for their coffee. It’s probably the most convenient one for me around the hood before I go on the freeway.
I usually use their drive through because it’s so much easier to access.
Their food here is good too since it’s usually fresh. I come mainly for breakfast or their Mc Café since it’s fast.
Sure, my order gets screwed up occasionally, but at least there’s no haggle. The employees here are usually young (er)… I learned to excuse issues in fast food places because I was once young myself. And our mentality is different.
Yes this will always be my go to McDs as long as it doesn’t give me a tummy ache.

Horrible!!!
The parking at this McDonalds are crazy hard to find after the plaza next to it was build. Even with signs posted, I still see people park here but going to the next plaza. There was a few time I left cause I can’t find parking. They really need to do something about it. Maybe put a fence up or something.
Those kids at the play area are super loud. They run around like unleashed monkeys. Their hands are dirty and touched everywhere. Those moms there are either on their phone talking, reading or playing with iPad/​phones. No one keep an eye on their kids.
McDonalds are everywhere!!! I think I will stop coming to this one!

Terrible my kid like to here cause play ground. Food and service are satisfy .
But inside kid play ground and Vietnamese and Chinese brought their own food from out side and eating while their kid are playing at playground.
Mother were shouting out loud in Vietnamese while she having full mouth of food.
McDonald’s don’t tell them anything or may some of McDonald’s employee are want to eat Chinese food either.

Worst mcdonald’s ever…
Worker at the drive thru tried to only give me one sweet and sour sauce for 20 nuggets.
I told her there was only 1 sauce in there and she was like no there’s 3 in there. I’m staring at it right now there’s only 1 sauce! She stood around then casually walked to get more sauce and stood there for a good 15 seconds thinking.
She must have had a epiphany and realized she didn’t put sauce in my bag and gave me my sauce and didn’t say a word
Never coming back to this shit hole again. I bet she just wanted all the sauce to herself!

I went to lunch at this McDonald’s in Rosemead, CA on 10/​15/​2014. I’ve been there many times before. This time I was with 43 students from Rosemead High School and their teacher. Big Mac’s are now $ 3.39, while a happy meal cost $ 3.79. I’d give it four stars but the parking lot is way to small and hard to get in and out of. Plus, I took photos.

Yes I agree on the two star rating… Went for lunch at the drive thru and I kept asking about the mango smoothie for my buddy and the guy would not answer me. Then I get to the next Window and asked the girls for extra ketchup she didn’t say anything and I thought I was bothering her… Dude first off we spend $ 25.00 to $ 100. On lunch orders. Depending on our staff… You could at least be pleasant. I’m paying your fn salaries… Did you forget… Terrible McDonald’s

I don’t often get up in time for starbucks or McD drive through on the way to work, but I did this time… and for nothing.
I ordered a bacon, egg & cheese biscuit with no bacon and of course when I got it, it had bacon on it. I asked for another one and got another one a little bit later. I get to work and take a bite and it tastes like bacon.
There are people that don’t eat meat or pork and you shouldn’t just remove the bacon — You picked apart my food and removed the bacon instead of making a new one. Shame shame
