I became familiar w/​Sarar last year upon entering the mall (Fashion Outlet Of Chicago). They offer an ideal source of fabric, customer service and attention to detail.
Danish, is certainly a helpful fashion consultant. Upon entering the store there was a warm feeling of care as is always. I am certain that Danish brings a collection of skills, dedication and willingness to the company. Good day!

Danish was very knowledgeable and friendly and exceeded all of our expectations when searching for a suit. He knew his stuff and got me suited up in no time! Great service will definitely be back for my next suit!

Stopped in to checkout the suit collection and left with a great deal on two designer suits I was contemplating at a great price. Was taken care of great and enjoyed every minute of my experience. Thank you to Danish for all of his incredible help, he was great!

My son bought an untailored suit for 400 hundred at Sarar and when he returned it a week later, they wouldn’t give him his money back. They only give a store credit. So we went to buy suit shirts and they are 125 dollars a piece! The shirts are thinner than paper and say they can be washed or dry cleaned but the salesman urged us to dry clean the cotton shirts which tells me we are in for trouble. Skip this store and go anywhere else.

It’s the best store to get your tuxedo !! We looked couple more stores they dont have anything good quality! Sales represantive was so nice and helpful ! Have really good selection for groom ! We got suit, shirt, shoes, tie and suspender really good deal !! Totally recommended this store

Awful customer service. I have a similar story to others on this site — I wish I would have checked here before I bought anything. Like others, I have never experienced such poor customer service. Their clothes look good, but don’t last. STAY AWAY! Pay a little extra and get treated well.

Excellent customer service from Issac. Two suits and a blazer for under $ 1000. Highly recommend this for any guys looking for high quality, reasonably priced business attire.

Damaged coat from online buy from Sarar! Merry Christmas. When we opened it today, there was damage on the coat. Called… no answer and no ability to leave message (box full). Tried 4 times. Took the coat to yhis Sarar at the Fashion Oulet in Rosemont. They would do NOTHING. Said I had to return it to the NJ store that I bought it from online! Offered no other help. So, I have to pay shipping costs, again, to send back the damaged coat that was to be a Christmas present. Really?! RIDICULOUS! What happened to customer service? Would give a zero if I could!!! We have spent thousands here. No more!!!
