Very small, really only had the second rate, outlet branded clothes. These clothes would never be carried at a real Neiman’s-no matter what the label says. As an example, $ 40 «Neiman Marcus» belts that were only seconds NM brand this only meant to be sold at an outlet. It’s basically a «nice» Target belt. They were not what you would expect at «last call» — something from a real store last season. Even at that, a very poor selection & the 2 women working the men’s Dept were more interested in the restaurants they went to over the weekend than me. Dont’t waste your time-crappy merchandise.

I had a wardrobe malfunction at work this morning. However, it wasn’t as intense as what Janet Jackson experienced during the 2004 Super Bowl. I technically didn’t reveal anything disturbing. My sweater was snagged badly by some, unknown foreign object. As the result, the stitches came undone on my right-elbow area. I could have masked it by cuffing the sleeves; nevertheless, I was still self-conscious about it because of my Virgo nature. During my lunch break, I ran to Neiman Marcus Last Call to purchase a sweater to replace my snagged one. I went straight to the clearance section since there was an additional 50% off on the lowest ticket price. As I was quickly browsing through the racks, I saw several pieces that were priced more than $ 1,000. Remember the grade-school mathematics. $ 1,000 divided by two(2) is equal to $ 500. The original prices were ranging from $ 3,000 to $ 5,000. Anyways, seeing such price-tags was just purely insane to me! I picked out a Michael Kors boyfriend-style cardigan for $ 34 after tax. Although the color wasn’t the most ideal for our company’s dress code standard, it wasn’t too bad of a deal for an emergency purchase. In the end, the crisis was averted.

Store front(especially the purse/shoes/clearance sections) are a big messy. It’s kind of hard to find a store associate to speak with in regards to help and even if you’re right in front of them, they pretty much don’t realize you’re there. Standard Neiman Marcus with sub-par service.

This location sells many designer brands. I happened to come across a rack with Gucci, Prada, canali, etc and saw sonething I liked. The very moment I put on a shirt to try on a sales associate came up and stood behind me about three feet away. I turned around and wanted to see what she was doing. Apparently she was pretending to Size the clothing rack. This is the term used to put all clothes in correct sizes from smallest to largest in a rack. However the clothes were already sized and labeled separately by designer… so why pretend? Is Newman Marcus trying to have employees watch customers like me from stealing? How about greeting the customer first? Maybe they might make a purchase! I left the item exactly where I found it before I arrived… and the associate still went to the rack after I left to pretend to size item Lol. Neiman Marcus should have a sizing the rack party. That’ll bring out all the customers. NOT!
