Sprint Store

Maybe it’s the fact that I just left the Sprint store in Sugar Land (do not go there) but the service was rapid and friendly here. In addition, the employees looked happy. In contrast, the other store’s employees looked like they just ate a turd… Bad attitude, wouldn’t even look me in the eye, took 30 mins to transfer 35 contacts.
This store was far better at both service and job skills.

My wife came home with a new cell phone after her’s took a plunge in a pool. When she came back and woke me up she was so happy about her new purchase. I was less then thrilled however. So we packed everything back up and returned to the store.
I did my homework the night before so i knew which phone she needed and it wasn’t the one the sales person set her up on. So we did a return on the phone and also got her old phone back as they gave her like $ 1.65 for it. Ya i am not kidding. Hell I will sell it on ebay for more then that.
After a hour or so of getting us the phones we actually needed and also all set them up, it was very pleasant to deal with this store. Even with returning the new phone she had just purchased and all the headaches of that and then selling us 2 phones like i said they were very happy to help us.
So if you do your homework and research your next phone purchase do not be afraid to go to these guys.
If you do not do your own homework then you get what you get because they can only guesstimate how you use your phone and what you may or may not use it for.
