Went here on a recommendation of a friend currently regretting it and feel I was scammed out of a $ 150 bucks. Took my iPad there and they fixed it rather quickly as I go to pay «sonny» states that his Credit Card machine is not working and If u could pay cash. Feeling uneasy I still oblige. As I get in my car and drive off I notice 2 things A. My screen is loose B. I have no recipet. After reading a previous negative review I realize I need to handle this now. As I walk in (I was only gone 5 mins). I notice him ringing up several smaller transactions with his credit card machine and even tries to hide the machine when he notices that I’m back. He makes up some excuse that the credit card machine is «magically» back up and running. He however refuses to give me a real recipient but instead some crappy hand written note. Anyway my iPad screen now turns black when pressed in a certain spot. And there is no way I would let him touch my iPad agian. ALSO HE IS GOINjG TO TELL YOU YOUR LCD IS BROKEN WHEN IT IS SUPPOSED TO COME WITH THE GLASS.

i recently needed to change internet and cable providers, these guys help me get set up through xfinity with no problem and got them to install everything that same week! I got a phone case there as well and was given a pretty awesome deal. They were super patient and friendly; definitely recommend!

Let me start off my saying this place is Amazing! Crazy fast service. Sunny is great! Affordable prices, you jus can’t beat that. Plus they have a comfy couch while you wait! Skip everyone else and checkout Futronix!

These guys are always so helpful and polite and have anything you could ever need cell wise. They always make sure you are taken care of and accommodate their customers like true professionals. I shattered my iPhone 6 screen. Went into the store and they replaced it in 30 minutes while I waited. They have a nice couch with all the movie channels… so the wait goes quick! I noticed problems with my screen once I got home, called and they said to come back in. They were so apologetic that I had to drive back out. He immediately worked on my phone until he found the issue. Had me play with the phone for about 10 minutes to double check everything was OK before I left again. I felt bad he had to change the screen 3 times while I waited to identify the hidden issue with the LCD connection, but he could not have been nicer about the extra work involved. Thanks again for restoring my iPhone and for the great service!

My phone fell on a deck and the screen was completely shattered! I looked up places to get the screen fixed and futronix had a lot of good reviews. I called for a quote and they said it would be $ 40– when I came in the next day, Sunny said it’d be $ 60. that was the only thing I didn’t like about this shop. they have a ton of cute cases (avg. about $ 10 probably) and my screen looks great. if anything happens to it in the future, I’ll definitely come back.

Sunny is quick to fix my iPad screen. I didn’t check the price due to the Yeap high score review, However, my friends told me that the price was too high afterwards. I can get half of the price from Groupon. Checked the groupon, it is true. Do your homework before you come to the store.

Cracked my screen and the guys at Futronix made my phone look like new! Replaced my screen and threw on a screen protector in 45 mins! Highly recommend their work!

I just meet Sunny and he is the best. Greeted at the door, super helpful and really nice. Prices are affordable. They have a good amount of inventory so I had options to choose from, I left with 2 iPhone 6 cases and a glass screen protector for under $ 50!!!

I dropped my phone face first on the concrete this weekend. I called these guys today and talked to Cawas over the phone. He quoted my repair and I told him I was on my way. Cawas and Sonny greeted me when I walked in and I reminded them of my phone call. These guys were very polite and very genuine. True professionals. I left my phone with them and came back to pick it up after lunch. I hope I don’t brake anything else… but they certainly earned a customer and some referals.

I recently cracked my iPhone screen and bought a Groupon to get it repaired at a different store in Gunspoint. Less than a week later, the screen cracked again while it was in my purse. No idea how that happened.
I had put off getting my phone repaired again but luckily I found out that Futronix Cellular now has a call service where they’ll come to your home or work. I called Salman to make a same day appointment to come out to my work place. He was on time and my phone was fixed within 15 minutes. Just for the convenience alone, I’d pay anything for this kind of service. It doesn’t get better than this! I don’t like cellphone cases so the likelihood of this happening again is high. Now that this service is available, it won’t be such a hassle next time.

Sunni was great! Greeted me right away when I came through the door! Lots of selection for most commonly bought phones (ie. S4 and S5 and Iphone). Found a pretty pink cover for my new LG G3 which I could not find with my provider. I would have had to order it online through Amazon (do not like buying things online) so finding this place was a God sent and saved my pocket book some serious dough! Come here if you want great selection and prices!

Love this place!!! Broke my phone on New Years! Called the next day and got my screen replaced in less than an hour! Pricing was great and got a new cover to go with it ! Customer Service is A++++

Sunny is a true professional. I dropped my iPod mini, cracking the screen and damaging the frame. Sunny smoothed out the frame, replaced the glass, and ran diagnostics to ensure that the iPad was working properly. It took a couple of hours, but it left my iPod as good as new.
Highly recommended!

Came to this place after I cracked the screen of my iPhone 5S. They quoted me $ 125 over the phone, which I don’t know if it’s good compared to other places, since I used the Unilocal reviews as my decision making factor. I also bought the Unilocal coupon $ 65 for $ 75 service, which I liked.
I’m still waiting on the phone to be repaired, but apparently they are finishing it up now, and it’s only been 20 mins — that’s fast!
The store is very organized, and if you Houstonians know anything about Harwin, this is a blessing. Here’s my breakdown:
1. Customer Service — very courteous, prompt, and to the point. I tried to haggle with them on price, but they wouldn’t go down. They politely turned me down, which I guess I get an A for effort.
2. Appearance — there’s a lot of cell phone accessories, and some tablet accessories as well. Don’t waste your time at the Apple store, and save some of your hard earned money here. It seems like they are also a Tmobile and AT&T authorized dealer too… one stop shop!
3. Product — amazing! Just got it and it looks new!
Come here and get your fix on phone accessories, or your phone fixed… trust me, you’ll thank me later!

I searched Unilocal looking for an iPad screen cover and protective case. And my fellow Unilocalers led me to this place. Even though there are countless places in Harwin, I chose to come here. I felt at ease asking questions and walked out with all I was looking for and even a sweet and unique case for my phone. I will definitely return to buy Christmas gifts. Nice guys here.
