I love Chick-​fil-​A and needed to get lunch on my way back from Austin to Fort Hood. I ordered my lunch and it was to me in a flash. I was feeding my baby and when I put him back in his car seat I knocked over my lemonade. I let an employee know and she said someone would be out soon to clean it up. The employee that took care of my spill was nice and when I apologized she assured me that it was ok and she does it all of the time. The manager came over and asked what I was drinking and brought my lemonade over as well. I love the food here but the customer service is superb!

Just stopped by for a quick dinner and came home to find a long nasty hair attached to my nugget. It was so disgusting. I know there’s a chance when dealing with fast food but this was outright nasty. I will not be coming back to this establishment. I really don’t like coming here anyways do to how they donate money to the people who fight against gay people so no loss for me here. Get it together folks !!!

Time to write a long overdue review of one of my all-​time favorite fastfoods.
For a restaurant that rests its employees on Sunday to encourage church worship and family life, it is amazing how much it reaps huge profits on the other six days. The drive thru has not been empty since we came in.
Their secret is chicken served a whole different delicious way. If you are looking for KFC style fried chicken ie. wings thighs etc, they do not have fried chicken like that.
I tasted mom’s chicken strips and you were like tasting dark meat when it is actually white.
My favorite has always been their sumptuous chicken salad sandwich. Had one a few minutes ago but forgot to take a pic of it.
Since their waffle potato fries is a must-​have, I suggest you order a meal to save on the total.
Of course never forget to ask for their famous Chick-​fil-​A sauce. They will not serve it unless you ask for it.
Milk shake is not out of the ordinary, tasty nonetheless.
Customer service is always 100% from all staff who I suspect are requored to be ultra friendly and religious enough, to be employed.

This location is always busy. I always park across the way in the WalMart parking and walk over. Saves time and congestion trying to back out of a parking spot.
Always friendly and attentive service, hot yummy food, and clean. I especially was touched at the free meals they provided veterans and family on Veterans Day.
My daughter loves the kids meals, milk shakes, and playscape. I don’t mind stopping by here since I know the location is clean and I can see her playing.

I always hear about Chick-fil-a’s great customer service and I agreed. Of course I never had experienced an issue or having to talk to a supervisor. But when I did. I did not experience great customer service.
I went through the drive thru and ordered 3 meals. 2 of which were the chick-​fil-​a nuggets and I asked for their chick-​fil-​a sauce. I got to my moms house with the food and notices there was no chick-​fil-​a sauce. My family really enjoys that sauce with the nuggets so I was frustrated. I called to let them know of the mistake and a man took the call. I asked for the supervisor and explained what happened. He then asked ME what I wanted to fix the issue and before I could answer he put me on hold. A woman comes on the phone and just says this is _​_​_​_​_​_​_​ (I forgot her name). So I ask her if she was told why I called or I have to repeat myself. And she says she was told but if I could walk her through it again. So I did. Then she blames the person at the window and gives me the excuse that she’s new and just says she will talk to her.
As a person who works in customer service I was taken back by how this was handled especially since they usually have a good reputation for their customer service. The only reason I’m giving the 2 stars instead of 1 is because as long as you don’t have an issue and don’t have to deal with management the service and experience is fine.

Speedy service. Great food. Upbeat staff. Always attentive to the needs of their customers. My favorite fast food joint by far!

No complaints. Our food was accurate, fresh, hot and tasteful as expected. I love that they offer sports drinks, lemonade and soda as an option. Great selection of condiments. I love their chicken.

They never get our order right. we go thru the drive thru all the time. and it never fails that they forget to give us a kids meal or missing a sandwich.. We go because it’s convenient on our way out to my kids activities but just causes more stress because I’m having to buy something else to makeup for what food we are missing. we will need to find something else to grab on the way out. that will give me what I order.

As always, very yummy! Great place for both kids and adults. The fried and the grilled chicken are amazing!

Consistently good food from this location. And exceptional service on almost every occasion. I can remember this one older lady that took my order who didn’t welcome me and was sort of surly. This stands out to me only because everyone else is super sugary sweet and she was pure SOUR! But perhaps she was having a sour kind of day and we have all experienced those. Her transgressions are easily forgiven as this location rocks 99.8% of the time! Those are good numbers for me :-)

Had a craving after my coworker brought breakfast biscuit sandwiches to work.
Came at lunch, drive thru line wrapped around the building. A man was hustling drivers to park, who I found out to be the owner! He told me the wait time would be 6 minutes by car, or faster if I walked in.
Had the spicy and original sandwiches. Delicious. Lemonade was very sweer, but fresh. Workers cheerful, liked how clean the place felt. Will be back!

Why in the world dos Chic-​Fil-​A charge $ 1 for sauce when you order strips? I thought they go together.

When I do eat fast food, I choose Chick fi a. not only bc of the food, but bc of the drive thru staff.
They are always polite and professional.
Not once have they messed up an order. My food is always hot, fountain drinks always great, not off as some can be.
They greet you with a smile, ensure that you have what you need, and seem to actually enjoy their jobs.
The line is always long, but the wait is not bad at all.
They have a system down that moves it quickly and efficiently.
So far, its the best Chick fil A in town!

Just have to say, this location lives the values of the company. They are amazing and will always go out of my way to go here. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Chick-fil-a’s are all pretty standard. During lunch hour, the drive thru line at this location wraps around the building even though they have 2 drive-​thru lanes — but somehow, the drive-​thru employees manage to be overly chipper. I’m a regular simply because of their Chick-​fil-​a Sauce.

I hate the lines at any Chick-​fil-​A drive through, but I am surprised that this one is moving faster then the other Chick-fil-a’s I’ve been to. I was in and out of the drive-​through line in less than 7 minutes. I was actually surprised at how fast the line went.

I have found this to be a consistent, normal Chick-​Fil-​A. Nothing about it stands out. Let’s face it… Chick-​Fil-​A has a following. Some people love the food, others don’t get it. That’s fine.
I go through periods where I don’t eat it, then get cravings. It’s that spicy chicken sandwich (with a packet of mayo). Gods but I love that sandwich for some reason.
Their lemonade is quite good as well. Tastes almost like homemade, if a bit too sweet for my taste. Their milkshakes are pretty good, as well.
Chick-​Fil-​A employees are trained to be polite and courteous, always saying «thank-​you» and «you’re welcome» and such. This particular location is hit or miss on the standard training as far as that’s concerned. But, it’s always been quick and accurate service.

For a fast food joint with morals, this place gets 5 stars for polite and curtious service. The service here has out performed other places where I’ve left tips. Business was very busy but service was fast. They have their act together.
