I’ve been to many McDonald’s in different countries and this by far was the rudest and most ignorant people I’ve ever met! Thank and you are welcome shouldn’t be a second language! I wish I didn’t have to put any stars but 1 is way to much credit.

Every single time I come here, they are the slowest place on earth. Whataburger is faster than this place, and they at least have to cook your food.

I do not eat at McDonald’s often, but I work service industry and a lot of times when I get out of work, it is the only place that is open. Desi (I hope I spelled that right) at the drive-​thru is such a sweetheart. I can only imagine what she has to deal with while working late nights. She ALWAYS has a smile on her face and is extremely professional and personable. She deserves a raise!

It would be really cool if you didn’t let people who barely speak English take orders. Nothing against them, but it makes things more complicated than they need to be. I asked for extra ice in my drink and no sauce for the nuggets. She rang up the extra sauce packet for .25 and put in «no ice». I tried to tell her two more times what I wanted, but only to get the .25 taken off. Still got no ice, and the charming, ever so social person in the second window was so bothered to put extra ice in my drink.
If you hate your job, don’t make it obvious. Good lord.

This location is very busy, unfortunately the staff working here isn’t the fastest around. Bathroom and dining area are very dirty. I don’t know why I keep coming back. I guess I hope each time I come things change… but they don’t. Disappointing.

It’s McDonalds. Crappy play place and it’s always dirty.

It’s Mcd’s people, what do you expect? Perfection?!?
I do enjoy coming to this location as they know me and my order every morning! They have a friendly morning crew!
This one is also open ²⁴⁄₇ too!

it’s awesome for breakfast. .big platter with pancakes can’t go wrong with that… yuuuuummmmmm

These people are horrible at what they do. Other McDonald’s are way better then this.
I had to tell the lady my order 3 – 4 times not only that when I pulled up to the window she asked it again. When I get to the second window the guy tells me she didn’t get half my order. Then the guy gives me a flat dr. pepper rather then the coke I originally ordered. WORST ONE EVER
This is not the first time this happened

McDonald’s is McDonald’s so I am grading this location on it’s new build out.
Looks great and is almost complete.
McDonald’s has the best fries!

Second time they have messed up my iced mocha at this location. It was just coffee. I paid almost 4 dollars for it. No whipped cream. No chocolate. And the girl who prepared it was laughing about it through the window. Won’t be back.

Thats 4-​star compared to other mcdonalds, not restaurants in general. Food is consistent. Most of my drive thru experiences positive. Employees more friendly at this location than others. Restaurant generally clean. Play place is very large but geared towards older children, and those older children generally playing very hard and fast.

OK where do i start…
My friend and i have been here many times before it started getting bad.
Bottom line we have not been back even after the owner sends us free meal cards… To me why would i go back if i know i am not going to get great service.
It took ten min to get my order and all it was was a sunday and a shamrock shake. Then the manager tries to say that i could have came and asked where my order was and followed up with it. No sorry i am the customer… it is your job to get my order to me.
So he talks to another manager is spanish (not realizing i would understand), lied to her telling her i was mad because the order took so long, uh no i am mad because you started to blame me that it was my fault you guys forgot my order.
Needless to say that when i got the free meal coupons (like i knew i was) i returned the envelope and told the manager that was there that i do not want these as i will never go back. I know which ones this owner owns and i will not be going to those either.
If i could give a negative i would.
This was not the first time i complained but this was the one that broke the camels back… three strikes your OUT! won’t go back…

I love this McDonald’s! I know, it’s just a McDonald’s… But they’re always fast. They’re always nice. The food never disappoints. It’s still a McDonald’s, don’t go in expecting the Olive Garden. But compared to the other McDonald’s, I love it. Oh and the older gentleman who works there is the nicest guy ever!

Ummm, it’s McDonald’s. What do you expect? We tried to get their double-​dipped cones like six times within a two-​week period (we are fans of ice cream and was boycotting Chick-​fil-​A at the time) and every time their ice cream machine was broken.
But last week, my son and I went there and tried out their double-​dipped cones. Meh. They were ok. DQ’s is much better and you get more bang for your buck there.
I have a problem with this MickeyD’s and their portion size. I also leave there feel gipped and swindled.

Drive thru is always really slow and there French fries are soggy. This mcdonalds is like this at all times!!!

McDonald’s exactly what I expect. Rude on the drivethru. Ordered 1 thing and still screw my order up. Person taking the money is talking to the person ordering not me. Never said a word to me. A the food pickup window the word spoke was «condiment,» and away I go. Mcdonalds always make me proud.

Well bust my buttons! Jumping jelly beans I am being attacked! Driving out last weekend I was attacked by the Big Mac Attack fever. Big Mac Attack, Big Mac Attack!
It has been a long time since I went to a McDonalds; I drove up to the speaker box and ordered the Big Mac meal, yep I up sized and I added two extra patties on the big Mac! Then I parked and ate it.
Well 16 000 calories later the Mac Attack was over, yep I succumbed and ate it all.
As usual almost everyone has eaten at a McDonalds at some point in time if you never have, you are a great person. So no change it is the same now as it was 5 years ago, except prices may be higher and they expanded their menu to a healthier type but all the old items are still there and the quality is the same.
I will admit I get the breakfast sausage biscuit ever now and then.
Hum, I see no kiddie’s playground here, that’s odd. I stand corrected, a small inside playgroud is there.
Will I go back? Yes next time I get a Big Mac Attack.

What can I say about this McDonalds… this one is just like all of the others you have ever been to, which is why they do so well.
