I have checked in here from before AND written a review when they first opened? Oh well… same as last time. friendly and attentive staff, great donuts that are bad for my diet(but still yummy), and I like the line of breakfast sandwiches and coffee as well. Always clean and organized in here as well.

Good food, but HORRIBLE customer service. I drove up to the drive through and placed my order, a sausage and egg bagel sandwich with hash browns and an extra large coffee. The male employee’s response to my order was«Is there a certain way you want your coffee, or do I have to guess?»(this is where my jaw dropped in shock over that response) Normally if I forget to mention how I want my coffee, I’ll be asked«how do you take or coffee?» or «any cream and sugar with your coffee?», something polite and courteous. After waiting for my order which seemed to take a long time, he(wearing a dark blue polo and baseball cap and having a full beard) handed me my order without saying a word(sorry for the wait… etc). In my frustration over his initial comments, I drove off with out saying thank you, and as I drove a way, he gave me a sarcastic«have a nice day». I have never had such rude, unprofessional, and just awful customer service at this location, until today. I hope this guy receives gets training on how to properly speak to and treat customers or better yet becomes an ex-employee of dunkin.

Walked in and walked out if your going to close at 9 and not have donuts at 8 just close at 7 and be done with it. I find it hard to believe management would allow this crew not to have more than two trays of donuts. I thought it was closed when we arrived cause we saw two sets of customers look in the window and left now I know why no donuts…

Tasty. Its a good stop for a sugary treat, and drink. Customer service is usually 100 at this location. I cant really say much more than that. its DD! JS. lol

So, after posting on Unilocal,I received and email shortly thereafter from corporate. They apologized and said the Manager from the local store would reach out. It’s been well over a month and I have yet to hear from anyone. So sad because the Dunkin store growing up was a great place where I hung out with my father. Sad to see DD appear to let things slide.

You won’t catch me in donut shops very often, but I’ll make an exception when it comes to Dunkin’ Donuts. Mainly because they are so few and far between, the coffee is delicious, and the cinnamon munchkins are not to be missed!

This Dunkin’ is pretty lame compared to others that I’ve been to. The coffee sucked and the donuts we bought we hard. Not to mention the terrible customer service. Oh well

Worst DD I have ever been to. Nothing like the ones on the East coast. Impolite, slow workers(long lines, but chatting with friends). Always out of stock and what they do have never tastes fresh. Once my gift card expires, I won’t be back. DD should revoke the franchise if nothing changes.

This review is mainly for breakfast. The hashbrowns were a soggy greasy mess, it was literally like eating a wet dirty dishrag. The biscuit sandwich came with a strange transluscent egg substance that had black specs in it and looked like it could be the long lost lover of McD’s pink slime. I literally fed the breakfast I ordered to a stray dog that came walking up to my truck. He even seemed reluctant to dig in but I guess when your ribs are showing you become less picky. I also ordered donuts for some guys at work. They were terrible and were obviously made the day before. Just say no to breakfast here, unless dirty wet dishrags and strange egg substances are your thing.

The staff is friendly, the place is clean and the coffee is great – hot and delicious. The prices are fair and if you sign up for DD’s rewards program you get lots of special pricing and free beverages.

Disgusting. I go to gym next to it and have watched employees smoke cigarets going in and out the back door. That aside I’ve gone for coffee and EVERYTIME they get it wrong and have to remake it and it tastes like SHIT! Go anywhere but here.

I worked at a dunkin donuts and happy it was not this one! They seem to be lazy when it comes to donuts but the place is clean. They always forget to give me something and only have ½ of the menu. The coffee is good but go to Randall’s across the street for a donut or something sweet They have a Starbucks if you want coffee

This isn’t a New England Dunkin but it satisfies the urge. The place is always clean but the seating is awkward — be nice if they got rid of that big shelf in the middle of everything. The quality of the service is hit or miss. You can tell your iced coffee is made by someone who doesn’t enjoy coffee. The staff is notorious for putting way too much cream and they get confused when you ask for less. Some of the kids try hard but there are a few who I think may have brain damage — but I can’t confirm that. On the plus side, I’ve never had a stale donut or bagel and they always fix my coffee when it isn’t quite right without making a fuss.

Good service and the donuts were fresh and yummy. They didn’t have my favorite at the time, but assured me there’d be another batch in the morning.

Terrible! The expresso machine has been broken for three months now. They can’t make any lattes. I only come here for the doughnuts because the regular coffee is terrible. They always burn the beans, so sad this is the worst Duncan ever!

I guess I was expecting way too much and like the old Dunkin’ Donuts. Donuts did not appear fresh, customer service was verging on rude. The young guy appeared that he wished he had another job. There were very few non-coffee drinks. And, very little seating. Apparently the new Dunkin’ Donuts would prefer you not eat in-house. No sympathy for these corporate franchises who should know better. Too many good locally owned ones to spend your money here. Suggest management get their act together or shut down.

Get my morning coffee from this DD several times a month and always have a good experience. The coffee is always the bomb and the employees are very friendly and prompt.

Brenda makes my day! I moved into the neighborhood a couple of weeks ago, and have been there at least 5 times a week since. I’m usually the first customer in the building at 5:30 am. On my third visit, Brenda made a point to introduce herself to me, and she even remembered how I take my coffee! 2 weeks in and she knows my work schedule! I’m always greeted with a smile by all of the employees, as I am usually outside the front door before they even get a chance to unlock it. I have yet to encounter a grumpy employee at 5:30am. I’m from Boston, and am so thrilled to have a DD in my ‘hood.

What is up with this Dunkin’s lately? Really rude/out of it staffers in the drive through the last 2 times my husband and I visited this week(once this morning, once in the afternoon not during a rush hour earlier in the week). Just overall very curt«what else do you want?» attitude. Very sarcastic to my husband who was waiting patiently for a cappuccino they forgot to give him at the window: «What else do you want?» Uhhh, our order that we paid for, please? Also– teach your employees what chocolate glazed donuts are! There are 2 types of donuts that ALWAYS get mixed up without fail– chocolate glazed(the chocolate cake with clear glaze) and chocolate frosted(the plain-type donut with chocolate frosting). Everytime I order chocolate glazed by the correct name, I get chocolate frosted and have to check, point it out, and wait for them to fix it. Why can no employee seem to tell the difference? Should these donut be re-named maybe?

This place is ok but in Unilocal speak 2 stars means«meh. I’ve experienced better». which I have indeed. We came in here on father’s day to order some coffee. After doing so we noticed that the combo is actually a coffee with a sandwich or wake-up wrap, etc. So… since we are wanting to order both why not clarify, «make that a combo.» hmmm that sentence works at Subway… but not here. She froze up and looked at me like I had 3 eyes. So to clarify I asked her, ok, «what comes on a #6?(or whatever # it was)… the guy next to her clarified, its just the wrap with a coffee. Ok perfect, that’s what I want. and same for my love with this more expensive sandwich. putting that aside It was ok, but I just hate when people make me look like I’m stupid when I’m just ordering. This aint starbucks, with their cappuccino carmel macchiato latte non fat, soy, non-soy confusing menu, it was just a sandwich and a coffee. hence the 2 stars. So since there are so few of these in the Austin area… the above is why we wont drive as far as we do to DD more regularly when we can just whip around the corner and get Starbucks.
