Never Again! I do have to admit, the service was great, and the guy at the Drive thru was extremely nice, helpful, and pleasant, but the french fries my husband ordered were beyond salty! We couldn’t even eat them. And my salad, well, the salad itself was rather good, but that so called«chicken» they put on top of it was mostly fat and the funkiest texture I’ve ever experienced. After cutting up the so called chicken breast and eliminating half of it because it was pure fat, I thought the rest of it was actually chicken. Turns out a few bites in, there was nothing real about that chicken. I had to toss the entire thing. $ 6+ for an inedible salad. From now on, I’ll go a fast food place that actually uses real chicken.

It’s got the food you came to expect… and the things you come back for… Nothing fancy, but the service is always courteous and spot on accurate for me. I live nearby and when I do need to stop in for a quick eat/drink, they have always greeted me with a smile. Rarely am I asked to «please pull forward» so they can cook my order or fulfill a backlog of orders. On some early weekend mornings, it gets slower than I am used to, but that is expected(IMO) since they are usually on a bare minimum staff and not all cooks are cooking, etc. Good stop, when you need it.

I am a fan of Jack in Box, this location does not do the brand justice. I just went through the drive thru and the order taker sounded upset that i had shown up. It was worse when I got to the window and they were just leaning up against the glass and did not even look at me. When I got my food I made a point to look at them and thank them. What I got in return, eyes rolling up and them saying«yeah». Food well executed.

I have had it with this place, this is the 3rd. time in the last month they have failed To give me everything I ordered. I usually stop by around 2 in the morning. If they have left something out of my order that many times you can imagine how many times it has happened in total to everyone who visits in the middle of the night. It certainly is not because they are so busy they can’t keep up with it all, it is just plain being lazy and careless. Also I am sick of burnt onion rings from them, I am done!!!

Please. Do. Not. Eat. Here. Ever. Oh, where do I start? Let’s see – maybe with the strong smell of cleaners right as we walked in the door. We proceeded to the counter, and stood there for just over 2 minutes before someone came to take our orders. Trust me, it gets worse. We sat down, and discovered the table was dirty and sticky. Each of us felt the back of our chairs, and they were all also inexplicably sticky. Ewwww! Oh, don’t think they didn’t have a person attempting to «clean” – if you could call it that. All she did was run a dry cloth over the tables, pushing everything on them onto the floor. Now how is that considered cleaning? You would think that if they weren’t focused on cleaning, they would provide good food, right? WRONG! The bun on my sandwich was dry and so flimsy it broke and almost caused my entire sandwich to fall to pieces. The hash browns were oily and greasy. Oh, and the icing on the(dirty and disgusting) cake? When I went to the restroom to wash my hands, my feet stuck to the floor. And, sitting in the restroom hallway were 3 dead roaches. Needless to say, we ran out of there as fast as possible. This is the most disgusting restaurant experience I have ever had, and I will never eat here again. Please take my advice, and don’t make yourself sick. Stay away!

The food wasn’t bad for a fast food restaurant but the service was absolutely terrible! If I was a food inspector I would have had some serious issues to address here other than the lack of concern or lack of customer service. The cashier couldn’t even figure out why the receipt was not printing because it was out of paper until she asked the manager, there was another employee just standing in plain site in the the back of the kitchen that I saw take her phone out of her back pocket, replace it and watch everyone else work during the busy lunch hour, after it slowed down I was sitting there eating with my boyfriend when I saw the manager go out and have a cigarette with her company that showed up, and then the cashier went out to smoke also-leaving no one at the front to take orders. A gentleman showed up and there was no one there to take orders-even though the manager and the cashier saw him walking in, and one of the cooks in the kitchen had to come up to take the order. After the two were done with their cigarettes outside they came in and went back to the kitchen and proceeded to work without even washing their hands. The cashier handled an order of french fries for drive through minutes later. I know I shouldn’t expect much from a fast food restaurant but can’t you keep it discreet? I would have called in and complained but we never even got our receipt from the cashier-we wouldn’t have even known our order had it not been for my boyfriend standing there waiting along with the other 5 people.

when it is 3am and you are searching for a guarantee, jack in the crack looks so promising. this location seemed fairly slow and non chalant. not sure about the other review… its jack in the box, so i dont expect well made food, LOL. shrugs, my meal was like $ 3 so cant really expect the minimum wage cook to make a miracle, hehehe. oh well, it served its purpose!

This is not so much about this location as it is about the chain. I don’t like their burgers. I don’t like their breakfast options. Had the extra meat burrito and never made it to the meat part because after one bite of dirty sock eggs I threw it out. It does get an extra star because I like their southwest grilled chicken salad and I like their unique drink machine with all the add-on flavors.
