I have not done business with these folks, but KXAN just did a report on oil change businesses that rip people off and True Balance was one of them. They also shopped 4 other True Balance locations and found they were also substituting dino oil for the synthetic the customer (KXAN) had ordered.

I am always a critic, and expect perfection in just about everything (it’s a fault, I know)… but I got it here. Went in for a state inspection. Derrick was nothing but professional and he worked quickly. Told me they had recently bought the business and heard later a lot of negatives under former management, so they are working hard to turn around that image. I told him I would definitely be back.
The store has also changed names to Tru-Balance Express.
