As I was checking into this Holiday Inn, the person behind the counter mentioned they had a bar and grill. My initial thoughts were «Meh, another standard Holiday Inn bar». I’ve stayed at over hundreds of Holiday Inns, so I was skeptical.
I am so glad that I did not pass this one up. The drinks were absolutely fabulous. The Austininte Mojito is made with fresh fruit, the Martinis are a class in their own. The wonderful selection of wines and craft beers had me puzzled. Was I really at a Holiday Inn bar? The bartender that served us is not only a professional, but an artist.
The Bartender told me that you don’t even have to be staying at the hotel to enjoy the spectacular Red Rock Bar & Grill. It’s open to the public, this diamond in the ruff is here and the Round Rock/​Austin locals don’t even know what they have here.
The bartender also told me that he will be infusing liquors with natural flavors for his signature cocktails that he will be introducing here at the Red Rock Bar & Grill. I can’t wait to come back!!!
