I am extremely DISAPPOINTED! this was my first time at this location I will NOT be returning. I work at Dell across the street and wanted my lemonade sparkling fix this morning. I arrived at 740 went inside since the line was extremely long. Waited over 11 minutes! 11 for 2 lemonades!!! The girl called my name walked over I noticed they were extremely clear for a lemonade sparkling-the hutto starbucks makes them for me and they rock and they are NEVERCLEAR! I tried each of them they tasted like water… had to go back to the counter and tell the young girl that they tasted like crap… she didn’t know how to refund my money… I’m assuming a manager on duty walked by didn’t apologize or anything just shrugged… um really… they are me concerned with the drive thru then the inside… WORSTSTARBUCKSEVER!

Worst service ever… They ignored us while we were the only people at the counter so they could continue dusting… Who the heck dust while they’re open and serves drinks and food?!? On top of that they didn’t even call our name when our order was ready. Rude. Never coming back to this location… Ever.

I normally go through the drive thru at this location and pick up my mobile orders however it’s my wife’s birthday and we had to go inside. As my wife was ordering her free birthday drink using the mobile app to pay $ 0.00 for her drink not once did the cashier or manger working say happy birthday or seem liked they even wanted to clock into work today. On the flip side of things the guy who made my custom drink was super friendly and I’d nominate him to become the manager or assistant manager of this location. Blah blah blah That’s all

Was so excited for this location to open due to its proximity to where I usually am running my errands. However, this is the SLOWEST Starbucks location I’ve ever been to! Drive thru or going in you wait at least 20 minutes. As I stand here waiting for my coffee I see 3 employees just standing instead of assisting with the drinks. Get it together!!!

Visited Saturday morning 9⁄26 and drive thru line was so long I went inside. After waiting 20 minutes the 3 people in front of me were still waiting on their orders. I was going to be late for an appointment so had to cancel my order. This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. If you are in a hurry this is not the place to stop.

I wish I could give them a solid 5 star. My drink was, and always has been made perfectly to order. Although, this one time, the barista or cashier, whoever, didn’t secure the lid on properly. It spilled on my leg, which burned like hell. If the burn didn’t hurt enough, I had just spent $ 40 on a spray tan from the salon right behind coffee house. Needless to say, it looks like I had an accident. That lasted for about a week, um, embarrassing!

I go to Starbucks almost on a daily basis and this is the closest location to my house. Everyone is friendly however yesterday was the 3rd time in a row they’ve gotten my order wrong(all different drinks). I always use the drive thru so instead of going back over and over again I’d rather drive an extra few minutes to a better store that doesn’t take 10 – 15 min.

*** upgraded to a 2 star. The manager, Chelsea, seems to really care about turning this location around. I look forward to friendlier staff, less issues with orders, and a reasonable wait!** I go out of my way to avoid this location, and here is why. The drinks are rarely ever on par with other Starbucks locations. I will drive 10 extra miles to get a good coffee if it means avoiding this location. This is the closest to my house, and thought I would give it another shot. This location typically takes longer… but I sat in my car for 10 minutes, with no movement. None! I waited 20 minutes total for my drinks. No apologies either! When I went to order my go to beverage(grande iced skinny vanilla latte double blended), the girl taking the order said to hold… to have someone else come on the intercom to verify my order, and tell me they couldn’t do it. Customer service has has always seemed to be a value to Starbucks. By far this is not the most difficult Starbucks drink! It can’t be! I was told no!!! What? I informed them that the other locations I visit never have a problem with it, and even the TXState kids that work on campus gave it a try and succeeded! Succeed this location did not. I got up to the window, where a perplexed cashier acted like it was a big deal, and had to put it in a venti cup. What?!? I have always had it in a grande cup. This one was nothing but foam and disgusting. This location needs to get some more experienced personal, for as busy a location it is!!!

Expect to wait about 15 minutes inside the store for your order(to-go or dine-in). No place to sit due to to-go customers sitting in all available seating while waiting the 15 – 20 minutes for their drink to get prepared.

Working in Round Rocks means a limited selection of coffee shops. Starbucks doesn’t make great coffee, but at least it’s consistent and the stores are generally efficiently run. This one is an exception. They’re in dire need of additional training here — the coffee is rarely hot, service is SLOW, and the employees are miserable(not necessarily rude, it’s just very obvious they hate their jobs). It’s a busy store, but as you watch the employees aimlesly running around in a panic, it becomes clear they can do better.

This starbucks is very rude to you. I walked in to a not so busy store and I asked about the reusable cups as I wanted to get some more I loved them from another store. They girl behind the counter said just a moment like I had asked her for a kidney and then after she saw me looking she very rudly said all of our cups are reusable. Uh Duh not dumb here looking for one in paticular. So She found them behind a coffee grounds display under a table. I asked her are these seasonal cups and she said I do not know and walked off. After that I was done it could have been the golden ticket and I still would have just walked out so rude this place. She gave me the stink eye all they way out. rude rude rude in a place that is a service industry the key is you work for me the customer I pay your bills please be nice to me or I will take my money elsewere.

The staff is amazing. They take the time to get to know you and memorize your order. Always greeted with a smile. It’s in a convenient location. The drive thru at times can get really busy, but it does move fast! Which is amazing if your running late in the mornings.

At first I was skeptical about this new location. The previous location was literally right next door to HEB. On Sundays I would get breakfast and coffee and then proceed to deal with the craziness at HEB. Since the location moved to its own freestanding(ish) building that has not stopped me at all. I drive an extra few feet and still do the same thing. The new location is very nice and has a drive thru. The parking lot out front is a little tight and there aren’t very many spaces but there are spaces on the side and behind the building. So far the service has been good and I haven’t had any negative experiences. I’ll continue my Sunday ritual of Starbucks and grocery shopping(such an exciting life here!).

This new location has a drive thru, which I absolutely love. Every time I go, no matter if its 7am or 2pm, they drive thru is not jammed packed. Usually there are only 2 cars ahead of me at the most. The inside is about the same size as most of the other locations. Everyone here is always really friendly and polite. When I come during lunch I like to get the grilled cheese sandwich to go with my coffee. Also, if you frequent any starbucks often, you may want to look into the rewards card program, as you can get free refills on certain drink if you stay in the building. Great for those who stay for a few hours to study or whatever.

I’ve been sitting in this drive thru for over 25 minutes with only 5 cars in line. I was in line for 13 minutes before even ordering anything. If there was a way of scooting out of line, I would have buttttt there’s a concrete median. Super annoying. Drinks are ok, shots were burned but the wait is ridiculous.

So far, so good! This is the newly moved Greenlawn Starbucks. It sat in the jankiest of parking lots before. Squeezed in between my favorite HEB& a liquor store with about 10 parking spots is NOT it. This new pretty-stand alone Starbucks with a drive through is very convenient! Service has been exceptionally pleasant, and fast.
