Starbucks

I love Starbucks even though I am not a coffee drinker. My favorite is the Strawberry Acai refresher. It’s a delicious fruit flavored non-​coffee drink that I get year round. Strawberry based with Acai and real strawberries over ice. I also love Starbucks lunches especially the Edamame Hummus wraps. Sushi sized Hummus wraps with edamame, zucchini, bell peppers, cheese spread Ina spinach tortilla plus a roasted tomato sauce and sesame flax crackers. This is perfect for a light lunch or snack and it’s healthy and delicious and satisfying. They also make a Thai chicken wrap, grilled chicken, chili lime slaw, lettuce, ginger cream cheese on a Chile tortilla with peanut coconut sauce and grapes. also delicious though this wrap can be a little spicy for me. They also have breakfast and lunch offerings. And their pastries are so good. Amazing, moist banana nut bread, pumpkin bread and during Christmas gingerbread. Scones, Croissants, cookies, toffee squares are all indulgent and yummy. The kids who wok here are always sweet and friendly and never blink twice no matter how complicated your order. And a drive thru Starbucks is always a plus.

Not a good starbucks. I’ve been there several times and they have never made my drink the way I requested. On the plus side I’ve never found it crowded. But it could be because they often don’t get the drinks right.

I always have a weakness for Starbucks cold drinks and fraps such as the green tea frap, vanilla bean, mocha frap, or green tea lemonade. This location is quick with service. Like all other Starbucks, it’s busy but at least they have wifi so I can Unilocal about them, lol :)

While I was inside ordering, a drive-​thru client asked for decaf coffee. They had run out so one barista told the other, «Just give them regular. What they don’t know can’t hurt them!» So that’s their customer service slogan here. Beware drive-​thru clients! If you need me, I’ll be at the Starbucks across the street.

If I’m stopping for coffee on my way to work, I will only go to this Starbucks. Although there are another 2 Starbucks close by, this one is the best. The drive thru moves quickly even with the morning rush. They never make a mistake on my drinks. All of the staff I have come in contact with are very friendly. One time the line was exceptionally long and they gave everyone online a gift card for a free drink. The other two locations are slow, and make mistakes on the drinks. Love this location!!!

Large parking lot which is nice compared to other locations I have visited.
I haven’t been inside to review that aspect of the store.

The service is fast and the orders come out correctly… I can’t complain the pumpkin spice lattes came out really early this year which is always awesome. The establishment is clean and the baristas seem to have product knowledge and if they don’t know they ask fellow baristas who do know about a particular product. The drive thru is about the average wait at any other Starbucks location. They offer an array of coffees from the reserve coffee made on the wonderful clover machines. This Starbucks is a must if you are in the area.

Its great to find another Starbucks Reserve.
However, the service is iffy. On more than one occasion, they forget to give me my warm croissant. Its a major inconvienice to go back and pick it up again.
So, don’t forget your food item.

We went in to get specific coffees and understand that seasonal is temporary however, if you do not have the products TAKE DOWN THE ADVERTISEMENTS at your establishment for them! After asking for the third thing the barista FINALLY states that they are seasonal and no longer sold there. That should have been stated from the first item declined. Inexperienced. My husband has gone several times through the drive through in the morning and the lights are on but nobody answers.

The worst service!!! And I don’t even want to leave a one star!!! People that came in after were served before me. This has happened 3 times already!!! Unacceptable!

I’m torn with this review. Its like a battle between pluses and minuses. For every good thing, there is a bad thing associated with it. I’d have to say 3.49 stars and round down.
The store is really nice and brand new, but as another Unilocaler said, the staff is very new and inexperienced. The parking lot is pretty big, but they share it with Popeye’s, so at times it gets crowded. Good thing the turnover is pretty high here. People come and go pretty fast, so parking hasn’t been that bad.
The chairs and tables are laid out pretty nicely, but the seating area is very limited. There aren’t very many seats and tables here, but the tables are kept clean by the staff.
It seems like this place attracts a lot of kids, because there’s a school nearby, and though management does its best to keep the noise to a manageable decibel level, this place gets loud.
The location is a mystery to me, as there’s a Starbucks across the highway and another one a few miles up the highway. I guess Starbucks must be popular around here and you can’t have too many Starbucks nearby.

Sunday coffee run was pleasantly surprised how quick I got my coffee. Lots more folks on staff today

I love the location. Yes, they can be a little slower, but still not ridiculously so. They’re new. I love the crisp feel of this place, and the staff is eager to please. They’ve got a fan.

Brand new and extremely clean! The service is quick and the Batista in charge is always asking if everything is OK… different than most Starbucks I go to… it is in Rutherford so a little drive but so worth the trip,. I just hope that this Starbucks stays this friendly and helpful!

This starbucks just opened this week! so a brand spanking new starbucks. the interior is pretty small so there aren’t many seats, but since this a drive thru starbucks it helps with the crowd inside. otherwise a pretty typical standard starbucks.
