On my daily stroll for lunch, I got a little hungry and had my coworkers walk with me towards this place. I live downtown and I usually run past this place ALL the time. Everyone I run pass it, it’s already closed. So I knew that I would have to make sure I try it during the normal business hours. Since I work so close as well, I said I might as well! I walked in and let me tell you, it is quite small! They have a whole bunch of different deals, but I tried their turkey sandwich deal. You get to choose whether you want a bagel or regular bread for your sandwich. Then once you choose whether you want bagel or regular bread, you still have to choose what type of bagel and/or type of bread. I made sure to get everything on my sandwich with some added avocado(an extra 75 cents) on White Bread. The meal deal comes with a drink and chips for only $ 6.99! TOTALLYWORTHIT! I got back to my work place and made sure I got myself ready to try this huge sandwich. My first bite was DELICIOUS! I had the intention of only eating half of my sandwich and saving the other half for home before working out. Well, I didn’t get to it. Once I looked down, I saw that my whole sandwich was GONE! haha. It was that yummy! I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone who can make it between their hours. It’s worth your money and it’s totally worth the calories!

This tiny little shop serves delicious bagels! They have a variety of bagels and cream cheeses to choose from and I have never been disappointed. I usually go for the unique bagels such as the bacon/Swiss and spinach/Parmesan(my recommendations). If it’s not a sandwich I’m ordering, I usually go for a gourmet bagel with garlic-chive cream cheese. They have a tiny oven with a conveyor belt to toast the bagels to perfection — toasty on the outside and fluffy in the inside. The Lox and cream cheese bagel was also delicious. The salmon had a nice, smoky flavor and any bagel you choose will be a nice compliment. The only thing I don’t like about this place is they usually run out of their gourmet bagels by 12pm. So get there early.

I have been going to Bagel Time for lunch for the past six months — about every week or so. They have very good selection of bagels which they will make into a variety of sandwiches for you. My choice is usually the turkey sandwich bagel. I give the place five stars for service and quality of food, but they lose one star for price.

Yesterday I was heading to ob2000 to get a breakfast burrito and coffee. They have the most delicious breakfast burritos. I usually go there when I’m in Sacramento. I noticed The bagel place had them next door and I was curious about them. I didn’t want to mess up a sure so I just stick to my ob2000. Yesterday though ob2000 told me breakfast was over when I stopped by so next door to the bagel store I went. I ordered the breakfast burrito with sausage and it was not tasty at all. I’m not even sure it had cheese in it but I doubt it. The biggest turn off on it was the tortilla tasted old. I never tasted a old tasting tortilla but if there ever was one this was it. The coffee was cold. It was 1045a. m so I can understand that. At this moment I am happily in ob2000 chomping down on a tasty cheesy breakfast burrito with hot delicious coffee. I can’t speak on anything else there though. I only tried the burrito. I also did not check in here 3 times. That was a error. I was trying to check in next door at ob2000

Small shop with delicious bagels that taste like they’re from Bella Bru(another customer review confirmed this for me). Their spreads are absolutely delicious. I ordered works bagel with lowfat veggie spread and it was very fulfilling and satisfying. I would compare its quality to Noah’s Bagels! With my bagel and spread I also got a small coffee and my total only came out to be $ 4! Yum! If I’m in the area and I want a fast carb load, I’ll go here.

Updating the review to 4 stars because the service has been fast, friendly and consistent. Came in with coworkers and they tried the different bagels and they were very happy with them.

Where has this place been all my life. On my way to work one day I passed by and decided to check it out. Now I have to resist from going here everyday. I guess it’s a good thing they close early because I’d be coming here twice a day. Wish they were open on weekends though. The bagels are big, fluffy, warm, fresh, etc. I’m in love.

Was hoping for yummy bagels but was disappointed. Nice employees, however the service was a little slow and bagels weren’t worth the wait. I would come here for bagels before a grocery store.

I was driving around on my day off and my stomach started growling and said«I want a bagel, a bagel sandwich.» So I jumped on Unilocal and found this place nearby. Little shop hidden in a shopping center. You walk in and it smells of warm delicious bread. They have quite the array of bagels to choose from. Of course the cheddar bacon caught my eye. I decided to go with the parmesan roll recommended by the gentleman working behind the counter. The roll was delicious! warm and soft and I added turkey avocado and cream cheese. It was Devine! the staff are friendly, and it definitely satisfied my bagel craving.

Great customer service. Bagels are always fresh. Can’t beat the daily lunch special. Conveniently located near downtown Sacramento.

very yummy! I had the lox and cream cheese bagel. it had a light layer of cream cheese, with tons of lox. I opted out of the capers but they include a slice of tomatoes and onions. I chose a cinnamon raisin bagel for a sweet and savory combo. wasn’t sure if it would work but it did! can’t wait to go back

I work right across the street from here and stopped on for lunch. I love that it’s a hole in the wall, tucked between 2 other Mom and Pop shops. At 1230, the bagels were gone(to be expected) but the staff was friendly and I ordered the Fat Rabbit, partially on the name alone. For an extra $ 1, I grabbed a bag of Jalapeño chips. The sandwich was very tasty. And they make root beer floats!

I really liked the fact that the owners are so kind and easy to talk to. I had gone to get a whole batch of bagels for work and they were so kind and helpful. The bagels themselves I think would have been much tastier when toasted, but thats my personal preference. Everyone liked the bagels and it was a great hit!

Really good bagels! I stopped by Bagel Time to quickly grab breakfast before work. Luckily I beat the morning rush, but they were still very fast. I had a bagel with lox and cream cheese, and let me tell you — they did not skimp on the salmon. I will be coming back regularly.

Nice little bagel shop we found on Unilocal. The lady behond the counter was suoer friendly and helpful. When one of the coffee carafes ran out, she made it immediately for us. Very good coffee!(And this is coming from a road trip on the way back from Seattle!) The lox bagel was awesome, I had mine on plain, but my fiancé had his on the Works, and he really liked it. Overall, I would recommend.

Nothing about bagel time really did it for me. It wasn’t particularly bad, but it wasn’t particularly good which is why 3 stars sounds fair.

I found out about this place via Unilocal(THANKS!) and it’s now my favorite place to go. Sorry, Noahs. Their lox bagels are delicious and is decently priced, I believe $ 6. It’s so delicious and fresh. Their bagels are flavorful and soft. I will definitely be back for another lox! They do have a $ 10 minimum for debit/credit cards or .45 charge if you order less than $ 10 worth. Their staff is the best and super friendly. I also ordered a dozen of bagels and they sliced each one for me. Tasty Tip: LOXBAGELS.

Not bad bagel sandwiches but be prepared to pay just a little more if you pay with plastic. It’s a $ 10 minimum for plastic use less you want to be charged .45 more. Thus, my bagel came out to almost $ 5 which I guess isn’t bad but I feel like I could find cheaper price with same quality.

$ 1.00 Donuts!!! $ 1.15 Bagels! $ 1.00 one scoop ice cream cones! Carb Central a block away from the work place… OHNO! The donut was good. Soft and fluffy. Totally caved and ate one. Poor thing didn’t even make it across the street. The bagel was a little tough. Pretty dense even after I toasted it. Not a fan. Bring cash since they charge a $.45 fee to use debit/credit.

In a carb conscience world, I do like to partake on a great bagel and sandwich. The thought of flavored cream cheese and an onion bagel or a pastrami sandwich with gooey cheese makes me Very happy. But sadly this poor little shop disappoints every time. They run out of the good flavored bagels, their bread is brittle and breaks, they use iceberg lettuce in their sandwiches and overall I have never been satisfied.
