This is a good place. I just needed a new charger when my old one broke, they had a used one to sell me to replace it, and were very helpful and down to earth, not like some of the more corporate places you could go for the same stuff. Will certainly go back.

Have been a loyal customer for at least five years and rarely have I been disappointed. Their advice is often not mainstream– which I like, and they are very reasonable on pricing and excellent on finding the problem or telling you if they don’t think they can help — thus saving me money. Highly recommend.

Friendly, speedy and excellent service. I have driven out of my way to take my PC or laptop to this small shop more than a few times because I trust them. They do not make you feel stupid which I sometimes do when asking IT questions. I also feel their repair prices are more than reasonable. You won’t go wrong by trusting this shop to repair your computer!

A small mom-pop computer repair shop.
GOOD:
They have friendly and honest staff. They also have consulting and onsite services. They do a decent and reasonable job in servicing computers.
BAD:
It is hard to compete in a market that is very consume and buy new. So sales is difficult.
EXPERIENCE:
Everytime I need to buy something, the owner is very nice. I ask to pay full price, but they always give me a discount. I love them!
BTW: Their website should be «excel-computers» instead of «excelcomputerinc»
