The service was horrible and the woman serving got annoyed by everything we did. The food tasted terrible and there was barely any of it. Maybe we just didn’t come at the right time or something but we didn’t enjoy the experience.

Wow. Pathetic. The past 2 times I’ve been here it was late but still a good 2 hours before closing. The first time was about an hour and a half before and the cashier rolled her eyes and sighed to show us she didn’t feel like is being there. We got our food to go because we didn’t feel welcome. TONIGHT I called while still in Elk Grove wanting to place a small order. I called three times, each time the phone rang and rang until I was disconnected. This would have been fine if they were busy. Once we drove by we saw that the place was completely empty and clean as though they had been slow already. I walked in with one other couple ahead of us, still calling them, and heard their phone working perfectly fine. I watched the cashier ignore my phone call, and once I confronted him he told me he had a line, being the couple who walked in at the same time as us. So what stopped him from answering my other 3 calls? Who knows. No one else was there. The place was dead and after that one I won’t be coming back. It’s not worth it. They’re rude and LAZY. bye

Ok here I go: the service was not very good. The fries were from rotten potatoes, and the coleslaw was a joke… The young adults that were working there was dancing in the back… So it gets a ZERO

I visited this Wingstop a couple days ago with some friends, the employees were very friendly and got our food out in under 10 minutes, however my order did come out wrong. I ordered an 8 piece combo with half bone in, and only received 6 boneless wings. Even though I didnt get what I ordered, the service here is great, and I’m open to returning to this establishment in the future.

I wish I can give no stars because I had the worst pick up order ever in my life! I called to make an order of 10 pcs Louisiana Rub but wanted all wings only. The lady on the phone(she didn’t say her name) says it’s a dollar extra to do. I advised her that the Wingstop in West Sacramento does not charge. Her reply was oh well it’s a different franchise. So I told her no that’s okay, I’ll just have it the normal way with the drumettes. She replies okay and even before I can ask how long it will take, she hangs up! Wow! I’m so furious I call back immediately and cancel my order! I will not pay or give business to a company that is rude and have no customer service what so ever! I will drive to a further Wingstop than to bring this location business!!!

My regular Atomic/habanero wings with fries an water. I like ordering online because you can select flat wings only. Does not disappoint in flavor just wish they added more sauce.

The worst customer service and lack of management training I have ever come across! We placed an online order Friday for Superbowl Sunday, even paid upfront online for our order. We went to pick up our order at the time designated, the place was a mad house as expected. Yet, when we gave the gal at the register our confirmation number and names it could be under she stated she had no order for us! We were to say the least very upset and asked to speak with management and the gal said«hes in the back and cant come up to help, we are very busy», So apparently to busy to fix an error on there end! After going back and forth with the gal she said«call the manager and talk to him tomorrow»! REALLY??? this is your solution? So we scrambled to figure out what we could do asap as we were having guests over to watch the game! Luckily Wingstop isnt the only plae in town! To make matters worse they had the audacity to call us after 5pm on Sunday to say«we have your order here are you coming in to pick up»? AREYOUKIDDINGME??? I explained to the gal what had occurred earlier and she said«Oh I wasnt aware»,” ok call tomorrow to get your account refunded”… Simply amazing to see the lack of communication between workers and management! The food is great but not worth the headache of such poor service! First thing I would do would fire the manager and start training my workers what service is all about! I have been a sales manager for over 10 years and would never think of treating my clients so poorly or anyone else for that matter who worked with or for me! Still waiting for our refund! Will never be back!

I went here last Thursday with my friend and we were greeted by the cashier Melanie. She was very helpful, even offering her pick on flavors since it was my friends first time there. She was easy going and we left raving about the customer service. As for the food: The wait was about 10 minutes which isn’t bad at all when you have people preparing your order after buying. When we got back home everything was cooked perfectly and the flavors were delicious! Definitely worth trying!

Came in my first time on an empty stomach and no expectations. Received decent customer service from the lady on register and food in a fair amount of time. Ordered the mango habanero wings and fries. Not bad. Also a big shoutout and thank you to(Darryl?) for his amazing customer service. Will be back. Tip: Their hours are from 11am-11pm every day. They do NOT close at midnight.

The lack of communication between workers here is ridiculous. That and/or lack of training. I called in a order and was told it’ll be ready in 14 minutes. Arrived after the 14 minutes and was told order not ready yet. So I pay then sit n wait nearly half hour just to find out order was ready since before I got there, just sitting on the shelf. I had to ask if one of those bags were my order cuz they never checked nor called my name. They then question whether I paid already, and make me show my receipt. On top of getting my food cold, the order was wrong. The guy at the table beside me said he waited nearly n hour then decided to get a refund when he found out his order was sitting there along side mine. You know a location is bad when even an employee recommends certain nights to order there because certain employees just don’t care.

I only frequent this location when I am in the area, but I’ve been to better locations. There was a point in time which call-in orders were not prepared until the customer comes to pick up the food, which contradicts the entire point of ordering ahead. I guess a change of management occurred since then, since service has gotten slightly better.

Waited for 45 minutes after placing my order to find out that it was never given to the kitchen and the front desk ignored me when I was trying to find out where my order was but instead the cook came out to assist me and made sure I got my order within five minutes. unprofessional staff(brunette girl)

Just waited a half hour for 10 wings. The girl at the front counter cut me off 3 – 4 times before i was done ordering. There was a line behind me and the wntire line received their orders before I did. The girl claimed to have forgotten to give the ticket for my order to the back to make our food.

On my recent visit, I ordered 210 pc combo. One with garlic parmesan and Lemon Pepper. The other one with hickory smoked bbq and garlic parmesan. They got the first order right, the second order they gave me hickory smoked bbq and lemon pepper(not garlic parmesan!). Good thing the wifey wanted more lemon pepper. So no big deal… I also noticed that the guy who made my food didn’t wear gloves. I know that a clean hand is better than a dirty glove, but his hands = didn’t look clean. Also, I have found hair in my meal!!! This was not my hair and nor was it my family’s because it was blonde. Everyone else in my household has black hair! I love the seasoning they put on fries, but I am not a fan of fries with hair. I was too tired to go back to wingstop and complain… so I took out the hair and… continue eating! hahahaha… I know it’s disgusting, but I was HUNGRY! Would I order from them again? sure! I really like their wings! I would make sure to check my order first before leaving to see if they put the correct order in and if there’s hair, etc.

I was craving for some chicken wings while shopping at Walmart. Realized there was a Wingstop nearby. Decided to place an order online thru my phone. So convenient! I get a confirmation saying it will be ready in 20min. Awesome! More time to shop. Finally left Walmart to get my wings. There was a few cars parked out, but when I went inside there was barely anyone. They had my wings ready to go. Got home and was ready to dig in. I had order 20 wings half Mango Habanero and the half Garlic Parmesan. I tried the garlic parmesan first. I bit into it and I was like WTF ! It was so overly fried that the meat was hard like a chicken jerky! I was kinda disappointed. Good thing not all the pieces were like that. I ate like 15 wings all by myself.

I can’t do it any more! This will be my last time ever going to wing stop! They shorted me on wings and forgot my sauce, they over cooked the rolls, and didn’t have any lemon pepper on my wings. The girl at the register was super rude and I’m totally done! The wings are way too small anyways I’m sticking to Buffalo Wild Wings! Bye wing stop! I’m sorry Rick Ross! Lol

I don’t usually bother reviewing big chain restaurants, but I have a weakness for Wingstop, and this particular location… well, it was a disappointment on my most recent visit. The problems started when we arrived. An employee was holding the door open as we walked in – at first I thought he was just being nice, but then he apologized for the smoke. He said they’d just dropped a large order of chicken. Sure enough, the entire restaurant was smoky. OK, stuff happens. Still… this is Wingstop. They have a 50-piece combo on the menu. Large orders are part of their business model, and I’ve never seen them get get so smoky. Anyway, we were hungry, and it was late, so we stuck it out. We ordered the 15-piece combo, classic wings, with lemon pepper and cajun sauces. And although the place didn’t get any smokier than it already was, the wings came out unusually dry. Between that and the smoke, I’m guessing the oil was too hot. Also, they could have used more sauce, particularly on the cajun batch. The fries were fine, but that’s not really what I go to Wingstop for. I’m still a Wingstop fan, but this particular location didn’t impress me on this particular visit.
