Who doesn’t love pizza! This place is a great location for those looking to get some pizza without breaking the bank for adding a gusto of toppings! I am surprised to see that there is not a long line at this place constantly! I love that they have a wide variety of ingredients that I can top the $h!t out of my pizza any day. While I was there I gave their blood orange lemonade a try. Holy cow is it sweet! I ended up mixing it with some sprite to pull down the intense sugar and it was perfect!

Blaze is better than most of the new places that serve this style pizza. Ingredients are fresh. Prices are better than expected. Service is always A+. Smores pies are a nice little treat.

Huge array of topping choices, quick turn around time. Who can complain about a $ 8 totally custom pizza. This is not a direct competitor of Punch Pizza, which I also love. It has a more conventional style crust and more toppings.

I was pleasantly surprised with my visit to this location. I basically don’t eat pizza when in Minnesota given the poor quality product that the locals seem to adore. Ordering was quick and all pizzas were the same price $ 7.95. I ordered the Meat pizza off the fixed menu. Within 6 minutes of ordering my pizza was boxed and ready to go. If I do get pizza while in Minnesota, this will be my go to place.

Great pizza, affordably priced, and fast. I had a coupon for free pizza, and it was great pizza. They also have a gluten-free option. The fire grilling gives the crust a nice crunchy taste and texture. I will be back here again for sure

I’m a big fan. This place blows other«fast food» pizza places out of the water like Pie Five and Pizza Rev. Really nice workers, great topping selections, and the crust is super good. And the wood fire ties it all together.

Very good fast casual pizza joint. Though the oven is not wood fired, the pizza still tasted real good. Thin crust Pizza place with a chipotle concept. They did a good job in explaining the concept when you are there and Good lay out as well. They do carry couple of local beers. Good for both take out and dinning in. perfect for a Sunday night after a long week end

Blaze has a modern, clean atmosphere. Stumbled upon it while in St Louis park for baseball practice. My boys loved it … The pizza tastes great — crispy thin yet chewy crust with great sauce and plenty of toppings to choose from. My Bbq chicken was great and my son had a meatball pizza … Fantastic. Fast, good price and great pizza!

Friendly staff and relatively fast service. Clean too. A bit pricey for fast-casual and the pizza is good,(better than Pizza Rev) but I still prefer Punch.

If we’re talking«fast» pizza, this place is anything but. The workers behind the counter are slow moving to building pizzas, with ingredients that are sub-par on paper thin crust. Then again, you get what you pay for. Blaze Pizza is an unfulfilling and cheap spin-off of Punch Pizza, with shorter lines and a longer wait time.

Visited Blaze Pizza for the first time last night and was very impressed by the food, the service, prices and more! Let’s start with the food. You have the choice of choosing a signature pizza with pre-determined ingredients or you can build your own. I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do, but once I saw that the build your own pizza was only $ 7.95 with as many toppings as you want, I was sold. You have to pay for additional toppings at a lot of other places, so I thought this was a really great deal. There were tons of options of ingredients. 3 types of sauce, many types of cheeses and meats as well as plenty of veggies. The staff calls you by name throughout the entire process of making your pizza which I thought was really nice. It made it more personal which sometimes I don’t like, but it worked here. The pizza cooks in the over for 3 minutes and then you can enjoy! It was great. I would recommend it to anyone.

For the price this place is hard to beat tons of toppings to choose from and anything you want on a pizza for only 8 dollars.

Amazing place to get a fire’d pizza! The flavor just can’t be beat! I have tried multiple different kinds of «build-your-own» pizza places, but nothing beats that fire’d flavor you can get here. The choices are endless! The blood orange lemonade and the S’more Pie are the perfect compliments to their pizza!

Hands down my favorite pizza place. Great friendly staff. Delicious food. Is it a bit loud in there? Yeah but if you forgo piece of this delicious just because of a little loud music you need to sort out your priorities. First you walk in and are greeted by energetic friendly staff. You get your go and pick a sauce. Then you pick your topping and there are so many toppings, pick as many if you want all for one price. Let me put it in the wood fire oven three minutes later your masterpiece comes after you hot bubbly and delicious. The crust, chewy and bubbly melty cheese hot toppings. You own individually sliced heaven. And the perfect size if you got a big appetite or if you want to share! I highly recommend this place to all my friends and family

I was curious to try this place after being disappointed by PizzaRev across the street. I was concerned that lack of flavor in the crust and sauce would plague Blaze as well. It didn’t! The fast casual pizza concept is great, as many toppings as you want, same price! I had the spicey red sauce with pepperoni, salami, roasted red peppers, onions, garlic and oregano with 2 types of mozzarella cheese. The flavor was really good, had a nice kick and you could taste each ingredient. The crust was a nice balance between crispy and soft, making the super thin crust easy to eat. They clearly have some service things to work out, I counted 12 people working, most looked lost and confused. Not a big deal since the food was great!

The noise level was extremely uncomfortable to the point of me pitying the employees for their potential hearing damage. We had to yell across the table. The staff is very kind and helpful. I mentioned the noise level to a consultant type who was working there and said I realized we weren’t the target demographic, she said«yes, we are targeting a younger crowd.» So I guess I will be spending my money elsewhere. The pizza was good but not better than other places. The noise and«demographic» comment left me happy to leave.

Blaze Pizza rolls into SLP. It just opened this week(7÷18÷15). And IMO, this fast fired pizza concept is the best of the bunch with its light and airy crust. I believe when it comes to pizza, the crust is the difference maker and Blaze does it right with its fresh dough made in house. I also like that their pizza has an actual crust that rises around the edge, unlike its competitors. I ordered a signature pizza, the Green Stripe, that includes pesto, chicken, red peppers, garlic, mozzarella and arugula for $ 7.95. YUM! I added additional toppings — gorgonzola and red onions — to my Green Stripe at no additional charge. The service was friendly and the place was clean(as expected, it’s brand new). The décor and music add nicely to the overall atmosphere. Sum it up with the quality of its pizza and this place is a must go in SLP. Try Blaze out. It gets 5 stars in the fast fired pizza category.

Blaze Pizza is yet another fast casual thin crust pizza shop. They just marginally have a better product that I think you’ll like; read on for more! I’ll start with the same preface I start all of my pizza reviews with. I’m obsessed with pizza, I travel to eat it, and I’ve spent years trying to perfect it at home. I’m no pizza snob; I’m a connoisseur that prefers Neapolitan vs any other style of pie. So what is Blaze Pizza? It’s yet another fast casual pizza concept with the familiar Chipotle style line and thin crust pies. Fast casual pizza is an opportunity ripe for capitalizing on. Who wouldn’t love a made to order personal size pie with any number of toppings that is ready in just a few minutes. The challenge for Blaze Pizza is that Minneapolis is becoming a crowded market in this area. We already have the excellent and far superior local chain, Punch Pizza. Even out of the nationwide brands, plenty of competition is barely differentiated such as PizzaRev, Pizza Studio, and Pieology. Blaze Pizza obviously wanted to take the locally owned PizzaRev(from BWW) head on, because they literally opened up their flagship directly across the street from the PizzaRev flagship. Out of the nearly identical competitors, the good news for Blaze Pizza is that I think they are superior in a few small ways. The first and most important to me is that their crust is slightly better. PizzaRev has crust that is too sweet for me, and thin across the entire pie. Blaze Pizza removes the sugar and«glaze» but also folds over the cornicione(edge crust) just a bit. In the end, it’s no Neapolitan crust, but its the best of the thin crusts around. The second highlight was the suggested combinations. I found both the topping choices for the BBQCHKN and LINKIN quite good. I was super excited they offer fresh whole milk mozzerela although they use a name for it that quite literally know one will be familiar with(ovalini). Finally, there were odds and ends that just went well. Friendly staff(opening night), S’Mores cookies they heat up on demand, small but great selection of local beers, and delicious blood orange lemonade. Overall, personally thin crust in this style is not my preference, but if that is taken out of the equation this is really an excellent deal for a delicious meal done better than competitors.
