I love the power protein wrap here. I believe it used to be called the traditional wrap but they changed the name. I get mine with Pico de gallo instead of the corn salsa. Wraps come with chips and you can fill up on a variety of condiments(e.g., pico, hummus, buffalo sauce). I’m not into the other wraps or bowls here but they do my go to wrap really well. Portions are filling and prices are OK for what you get. I enjoy getting my usual wrap here.

Probably the best CB&W in town. Good size and comfortable restaurant with fresh teas and ingredients. Food here is alway very good, fresh and healthy. They even have decent outdoor seating if the weather is nice. Location is very central and close to Clayton. Great area.

Whenever I come back to St. Louis, I have to go to Crazy Bowls and Wraps. It’s fast, healthy food. And whoever thought of the genius idea to add rice to a wrap(outside of Chipotle) is my hero. CBW has wraps and bowls, as the name explains. It’s the perfect choice for picky eaters, friends on diets, vegetarians, etc because you can pretty much order a bowl or wrap however you want. I wish CBW existed in Kansas City — it’s the perfect option for when you want a healthy option but are tired of salads.

My wife and I ate at the CBW on Forsyth Sunday night. I made my own bowl with brown rice and salmon. It was excellent! I received a decent-sized piece of salmon, along with the rice and veggies. As other reviewers have mentioned, the staff is friendly and helpful. Very mod décor and extremely clean.

I am really into the Power Bowl lately and have been eating at several CBW locations. But THIS one is by far the best. The staff is super friendly, they are incredibly fast, and it’s extra clean. The bathroom is spotless. I ate outside and they brought my food to me! They even have a couple of free places to park out front if your order is to-go. The kiddos love the teriyaki bowl. The ONLY downside(though no fault of their own) is that they are next door to Kruegers and people are always smoking in front of that bar. Even cigars. Gross.

Great, fresh food just like all the other CBWs. This one just expanded too, so it’s a nice, open, bright & clean restaurant. I do wish they would carry lemons for the tea and Equal. Other than that, I enjoy coming here weekly.

Love love love this restaurant for quick meals. It has one of my favorite salads in all of St. Louis — the Multigrain Salad. The tahini vinaigrette is SO delicious I can’t even explain it — but it’s so creamy and flavorful — if you like hummus you’ll like it.(unfortunately the location on Lindell makes the dressing some other way, it’s really runny and no flavor. I’ve gone 3 different times and the dressing is always bad, so I will stick to the Forsyth location). But what I really like about CBW is they have so many different flavors, I’m almost always in the mood for something there. Bowl, wrap, salad, then: BBQ chicken? Buffalo chicken? Thai chicken? Teryaki chicken? Southwestern chicken? ALLGOOD. It’s known for being healthy, but like any place you can still make poor choices and end up with a lot of calories. I think they have a breaded chicken option and they most definitely have tortilla chips. BUT I also think the portions are so large that if I get a wrap and chips for lunch, I only need ½ the wrap to fill me up. Some of the items are organic, and there are lots of vegetarian and some vegan options too.

I usually love crazy bowls. Until I ordered a steak /quinoa bowl. Not only were there about 5 tiny pieces of steak in the entire large bowl, there was a pebble in it that chipped my back tooth! Wtf! I did some research and found some similar complaints from people who ordered quinoa. What are they doing to the quinoa? Obviously I won’t ever go back there.

I don’t typically do chain-type restaurants(sure, I’m a snob) but this place is conveniently located, quick, and, turns out, delightful! There are a ton of healthy options, and I ain’t just talking salads. Try a power bowl or a wrap(they’re pretty crazy) — especially the pesto chicken wrap! Their pesto sauce is stellar. Get ready to be overwhelmed with all the options though — bowl, salad, wrap? Jasmine rice, brown rice, quinoa? White or dark meat? Sauce on the side? Hummus, corn salsa, pico… oh my! The staff at this location is great also — always friendly and efficient.

This place is delicious and fast! I’ve had a few bowls and a wrap there, and I haven’t been disappointed at all. Most of my meals there cost around $ 6, and they often come with a nice serving of tortilla chips dusted with coarse salt(yum!). There is a little self-serve area for salsa, hummus, and other sauces that you can add to your already flavorful and delicious meal.(I usually get a little cup of hummus just to eat!) The staff is always really friendly, and they keep the place happy and clean. They usually have a featured bowl or wrap displayed by the cashier, and even though it’s probably been sitting there the whole day, I’m always super tempted to reach over and start shoving it in my mouth– looks so good! Most of the people who come in order to-go. This location gets busy around lunch and dinner time, but CBW is insanely fast with cooking up orders :) I’ll definitely be going back again! … actually, make that today! :D

Don’t waste your time with the falafel«mediterranean wrap.» Dry and bland with too little tzatziki and feta. The staff was friendly, though. And the side of chips were good.

For healthy fast food, you really can’t do better. The staff here is friendly and the service is great. Over the years I’ve had a delay in getting served only once or twice, and in each case they were apologetic. One time they even gave me a free meal to come back. I wish they had a drive thru, but it’s worth getting out of your car to go here.

Whenever I am in a rush CBW is my go-to. I always get the fajita bowl with dark meat. It is great every time. Also if you double the meat you can easily split it with another person and both be full. Avocados are a nice touch on the bowl as well. I would avoid the sides of salsa, as that sits out for a long time everyday.

Crazy Bowls & Wraps is a favorite lunch spot of mine because there are so many healthy options and the Forsyth location is quick to get your order ready. However, I’m always perplexed by their chicken — the breast meat I order for my Power Bowl is either cooked just right or little hard dry chips of nastyness. I wish they were more consistant. But holy flavor bar, Batman! Their corn relish with the red pepper is like crack to me, put it on your bowl or salad or just scoop some up with your tortilla chips.

I first discovered the wonderfulness that is Crazy Bowls & Wraps during my years at SLU. CBW saved my ass so many times when I didn’t feel like eating greasy food from the dining hall. And it was a super short walk from my on campus apartment. And while I don’t visit the location on Lindell, it’s a chain, so all of the locations are the exact same. With that said, a visit to CBW can quickly turn sour if you don’t know what you’re doing. Follow these easy tips and you’ll be guaranteed success every time.* 1. Place an order for lobster rangoon. They’re like crab rangoon, but better. And the sweet and sour dipping sauce is fab. Wait for these babies to cool down before you pop them in your mouth. Or you can be like me and singe your tastebuds off Every. Single. Time. 2. Order the Salmon Teriyaki Power bowl with veggies on the side. If you’re getting your order to go, ask for an additional cup of teriyaki sauce. You’ll need it. 3. Finally, grab one of CBW’s ridiculously tasty rice krispy treats. I recommend the chocolate variety. Om nom nom. That’s it! I’ve only strayed from this formula ONCE in my many visits to CBW and I paid dearly. Do yourself a favor and don’t order any of their wraps. They’re messy and they fall apart. And honestly, they’re just not that tasty! Now go enjoy some tasty vittles. You’re welcome. *I can’t be held responsible for any weight gain caused as a result of these tips. It happens to the best of us. Just throw away your scale and live in denial as you lunge into your too-tight jeans. That’s what I do…*sigh*

I take it that the acronym CBW stands for Crappy Bowls and Wraps. Rather than making 1 or 2 things well, they make 40 things poorly. You want a delicious wrap, walk another 4 blocks west and grab yourself a Chipotle.

I don’t want to sound like Mr. Bad Eater, but is it my imagination or did the food here once taste like anything? Really, I’ve eaten here on and off for a while and during a recent visit the food was not bad, it just didn’t have much flavor. I found the place pretty disappointing from a taste standpoint.

Woo-hoo! My first first! I gotta say that I really dig the concept of Crazy Bowls. Good healthy stuff that is flavorful and served quickly. I always stop at this place around once a week after working out at the Ballys next door. And I always get the same thing — the Power Bowl: a mix of brown rice, chicken, kidney beans, black beans, lettuce, a bit of cheese, and corn salsa. Cost is about $ 6.50, and comes with above-average tortilla chips. it’s a good amount of food, it’s tasty and healthy. I pay another 50 cents for all-white meat, as the dark meat can sometimes include some undesirable cuts. But there are 2 things which elevate this simple dish to being something worth Unilocaling about. 1. They just started offering QUINOA instead of rice! Google it if you don’t know what it is. For those who do, you know how awesome this stuff is, for both taste and health reasons. I love it. It is 50 cents extra, however, but well worth it. This is why I think Crazy Bowls is more advanced than your average chain. 2. Jalapeño-cilantro sauce. Oh My God. This stuff is like green spicy nectar. It’s tangy but it’s got a kick. It’s really really good, people. Dumping some of this stuff(available for free at the condiment station) on top of my quinoa power bowl transforms a boring post-workout meal into something truly delicious. So I pay about $ 7.50 for all this, which might seem a bit pricey, but it really is a lot of food that can comprise two small meals. And it also is prepared super quick. Even if you don’t get the power bowl, you can still get the quinoa and jalapeño-cilantro sauce with just about any other option on the menu.
