This restaurant is amazing! I have never had such a great waiter! He was constantly on his feet and we never had to ask him for a thing. As soon as i finished my water he was right there to fill it up. The service was fast, the food was made from scratch, and tasted amazing! I have never had such great service and Im a very critical tipper at restaurants but I gave a 50% tip because I was that impressed! Highly recommended!!!

I got a burger to go, and for the price I was disappointed. Bun was dense and not soft/fresh, burger patty was cooked well done(not my thing), fries were a tiny portion. Good, but tiny. It looks so nice with the iPads and bar and all, but I was pretty disappointed. I was trying to choose between Twinburger and random snacks adjacent at the Cibo, and I think I chose poorly. Not inedible or anything, just not great quality or value for the money. Should have detoured to The Mall for fast food.

Super friendly staff. Super mediocre burger. If this is the best that MSP can offer, I don’t want to eat anywhere else. Lots of choices of toppings, but the burger is just an average factory burger. Stale bun served cold. Tiny portion of really good fries. I don’t know where all of the great reviews came from, but it can’t be the same restaurant I ate at!

This place is great!!! I probably walk through concourse G here twice or more per month. I have never taken the time to eat here. The iPad order and pay system is convenient and super efficient. The omelette I ate this morning was fantastic! They even had Chalula hot sauce! I can’t wait to visit again. I haven’t been this excited about a quick stop type restaurant in a very long time!

Juicy Lucy is not bad. Bartender has great personality, had a beer and another one. Killed 3 hours watching sports and chatting the waitress. Would come back.

Amazing food, great service and decent prices. Had a layover in Minneapolis on the way to San Diego. I had a Bloody Mary and juicy Lucy. It was amaze balls. I’d return for sure if ever on another layover in Minneapolis. The guys that work here are super friendly and they provided excellent service.

Just ate at this location and had a good breakfast. Staff was extremely friendly and the food was delicious. Cracks me up that people are getting mixed drinks at 8am, but I guess you’re not an alcoholic if it’s at the airport. Some people think the order-by-ipad is impersonal, but I found it modern and easy. If I’m ever passing through MSP again I’ll eat here again.

Great find in the long and distinguished choices walking through MSP’s terminal. Tod(TJ), the bar tender, is a great asset to the twin burger staff. Entertaining, helpful, and attentive. Great food too! Loved it… iPads at every seat!

Undercooked. Service(such as it was) wasn’t too bad, but I kinda resent the automatic 20% tip when I did it all off the iPad.

Excellent food, excellent service, you have to go see Randi and let him fix you up a juicy Lucy, wings, fried cheese curds, fries, onion rings, anything on the menu! He is the master on the grill top! Great selection of craft beers on tap, you can’t go wrong unless you don’t try it for yourself!

Streamlined iPad ordering system, quick, friendly service and surprisingly juicy burgers, what’s not to like? Prices are a bit higher than they should be, but it’s an airport, so inflated prices are the norm. The black iced tea I ordered tasted a little watered down and a refill was hard to come by as the waitress only stopped by our booth twice. The wedge salad had soggy bacon and no option to add the bleu cheese ln the side.

People need to quit complaining about the iPad ordering. If you don’t know or can’t figure out how to use an iPad you should not only not be eating at Twin Burger but really you shouldn’t even be at the airport. My grandma could use an iPad with her eyes closed to order food from this place. The order process is awesome, you can order right away or take a few minutes to browse trough the menu. If you really think the iPad is that bad, someone will come to help you and you don’t have to use it. I think it’s fantastic all the food options with pictures, you pre-pay your bill so when you want to leave to catch your flight you can go on top of the fact the iPad will monitor your flight status for you. Now on to the food, the juicy lucy burgers are FANTASTIC. I couldn’t believe it was at an airport, they are made right in front of you while you watch TV or play on the iPad. It’s not the cheapest but guess what you are at the airport, nothing is cheap at the airport it’s just how it is. Seriously one of the better burgers I have had, let alone at the MSP airport. If you breeze through security and are hungry for a great burger Twin Burger does not disappoint. I will certainly be stopping back next time I’m at MSP!

Terrible food, even worse service. Tonight I ordered a chicken, mozzarella panini. I was debating with the vegetable but because this one had avocado, went with it. Paid $ 2.95 for a bottle of Fiji water. Since they make you add the tip in advance on the iPads when you order, there is zero incentive for the servers to actually provide any service, that was clear. Now, airport food isn’t generally stellar anyway, but when my sandwich came out on a hoagie bun, I was a little taken aback. I told him I’d ordered a panini, he said it was one. Ok, I’m not going to get pesky about bread types when I only have 30 mins to eat, whatever. Where’s my water? He runs off to grab it, comes back with tap water in a glass. Before I can say a word, off he runs. Upon inspecting my sandwich, there’s only a grilled chicken breast and a lump of cold mozzarella. No avocado. The entire reason I ordered it to begin with. No condiments, nothing. And no servers in sight. I waited patiently eating some kettle chips clearly out of a bag and drank my tap water. No one ever came back. I finally got up and found someone to ask, they’d run out of avocado and my sandwich was the last one they’d made. But instead of telling me, they thought I wouldn’t notice and would be ok with a bone dry chicken sandwich on hoagie bread. Horrible place. Just buy food in the food court. At least you can tell if Quiznos has avo. Never did get my water or a refund, they were calling my name over the loudspeaker at this point, which I’m sure this place banks on.

The iPad ordering system at this airport is a little weird. It took me a few seconds to figure it out before it made sense. Some people probably still wont understand it because they are not technologically inclined like the rest of the world. I had an hour before my flight boarded and I was assured by their staff that my burger would come out with enough time for me to eat it and savor it before I had to get going. It surely did come out pretty quick! I ordered one of their gooey burgers with cheese inside and on top and thought it was super juicy and tasty. I didn’t like that I was sitting right in front of where they were cooking it, because I think I started to smell like grease by the end of my meal. The funny thing is that the burger was pretty darn big, and even after eating that and having an order of fries with it, I still felt a little hungry. Probably not the fault of the restaurant, but I wish I had ordered something else with my meal. There is always next time! Overall, I liked the burger and would certainly come back if I am ever at this airport again!

Damn good burger for a burger joint at any airport. Heck, if this place was in my neighborhood, I would go in there to eat. I like the counter seating and the IPad ordering system. At the counter, you can watch all the food preparation. They have a full bar. The service is also very good. Try it. You’ll like it!

A great stop in MSP airport for a quick bite to eat in between flights. The service is really fast so you can be sure you will not be late for your flight. There is a really cool way of ordering to as they have iPads at every spot with an interactive menu. After you order the iPads are free to use for browsing the web or playing games.

I only had a drink here, and wasn’t too impressed. The ordering is all done via iPad, which I do admit is neat and handy, but not unique since this whole part of the airport does that at just about every seat(even those not attached to a restaurant). The beer selection wasn’t great. The food menu was okay, but the food coming out looked pretty mediocre, and I noticed a lot of half-full plates being left behind. Also, you’re right up on the kitchen, and the conversation amongst staff is often not all that appropriate(and I’m pretty liberal about that stuff). I’d skip.

Was in MSP twice last week. Had walked by Twin Burger the week before without time to stop. I made sure I made it over this time. The atmosphere is pretty cool for being in an airport. The iPads and charging stations are cool. Definitely a trendy part of the airport. On to the food. I had the Spicy Lucy. It was a great burger. Done to perfection. The bacon/ham was awesome. Definitely would try it again. Second time I had the donut burger. Surprisingly it wasn’t bad. I probably wouldn’t order it again but it was alright. The donut was just too sweet for me to be mixed with a burger. Fun to try something different. Also had the onion rings. They were delicious. I would definitely have the rings again. So overall I thought this was a really cool place and I will definitely stop in again next time I’m through.

Was in Minneapolis for about 10 hours and didn’t have time to try a Juicy Lucy anywhere, but heard they were serving them here as I was waiting for my flight back. And after walking all the way to the friggin’ end of Concourse G(pretty much as far as you can go) I ordered a Juicy Lucy, only to find halfway through that there was no cheese on the inside. YOUHADONEJOB. Complete waste of my time! The iPads are pretty cool though and I did get to charge my iPhone, so, take a courtesy second star.

Pass on this one. Maybe in a few months when/if they improve. Burgers are coming out rare, orders are getting screwed up and burger remakes are taking up to 30 minutes. If you are sitting at the bar, you get to hear it all, which doesn’t give you a warm fuzzy. They are clearly not ready and the Juicy Lucy is nowhere close to the staples you find around the city.
