No wifi I manage pizza place that isn’t a franchise and we have wifi, no excuse for a major corporation not to. I feel there being cheap and not valuing the customer.

Food was hot and good, service was fine. The reviews on here are pretty bad but i wouldnt put too much stock in the haters. Ordered pickup and it was just as expected for any papa ginos restaurant. 4 stars.

It’s not enjoyable waiting for a take out order and listening to the employees and«managers» screaming, swearing, and personal phone usage while making people’s food. I work in the food industry too but we keep the swearing, yelling, and phone usage in the back of the house where no one can observe it or hear it. It was so unprofessional. The small pizza I ordered was thrown into a large box. The counter boy said«sorry I had to throw it in a large box we are out of smalls» and he was right he literally threw it in a box. There was no sauce on it. Also, from what I could hear they were out of everything people were asking for! Certain food items, dressings, boxes! It’s the beginning of the week they should be stalked for he up coming week. They are one of the oldest papa Gino’s in the area. Come on get it together or I won’t be coming back.

The day my company ordered Papa Gino’s. My company ordered from Papa Gino’s, and to be quite honest, I’d rather we had not. I will get to the important part, the food, after I inform all of you of the treachery Papa Gino’s has bestowed upon our civil company. When we ordered, we ordered with 5 different credit cards, thinking we’d save money on the delivery charge/tip. Instead of us each saving a wee dollar-sixty-five each, we were all charged the full amount of coin for the delivery, EACH. Our impoverished economy has suffered another loss, because rather than my company ordering from Papa Gino’s again and supporting The Man, we will hunt our food with swords and spears and cook our prey with fire we made from nothing but sticks we found in the trees. We tried to act civil and see if there was anything they could do, but they failed us. I don’t know how we are supposed to eat, now, I truly don’t know. The blood from the deaths-by-malnutrition will lie solely on the greedy hands of Mr. Papa Gino. To all of you out there, please pick up your food yourselves. Don’t let the rotting chariots of Papa Gino’s deliver your grub and leave you penniless in the making. On to the food. I ordered a large buffalo chicken tenders, and some Freedom Fries. The tenders were soggy, although it may have been the tears pouring out of my eye sockets from the reaction of knowing that I cannot afford to feed my family this week, and we will be eating nothing but tree bark and basement rats. The fries were cold, like the hearts of the managers we spoke to about the larceny they committed. We tried calling twice to get an answer, and they only replied, «sorry.» as Linkin Park would say, we tried so hard, and got so far, but in the end, Papa Gino’s is horrible and you should never order from there. From me to you, — Ben. F

We’ve been here several times and they mess it up every time. Ordered the XL pizza and they prepare the L instead. I even asked when I called in the order what their largest size pizza was to confirm. When it was finally ready, 10 minutes beyond the stated 20, it had little sauce and the cheese was so blotchy half the pie looked it was just plain pizza dough.

Horrible service! Waited a half hour for two lousy, greasy slices of pizza! Kept hearing them call out numbers, but never ours. Girl was rude and smacking her gum while she talked to you. Manager could give two sh! ts about the situation. Everyone in the back yelling and acting like idiots. Never again!

I went for lunch today and the line was out the door. Only one person(GM) taking orders and getting the food ready. Over a 20 min. wait to get food… Way to long! Not a good a day at Papa Gino’s.

The place is gross, definitely not well maintained. I go here from time to time on break because I do like the pizza. However I do not like the dirty atmosphere so I take it back to work with me. The customer service is awful, the manager looks like a slob every time I have seen her, Shirt un tucked missing buttons, her hair a fly away mess, The cashiers are the most miserable group of people I have ever seen. As soon as you step up to order it feels like daggers are piercing your soul.

I spent many a lunchbreak hiding from work at this place. Its one of the only two stores left from the really old days, when this was an actual mall.(Radio Shack being the other.) Truthfully, like their sister store D’Angelo’s, their food is a tad mediocre and costs more than it should, for the quality. They also went through a period where the service absolutely sucked and I was kept waiting 40 minutes once-10 minutes longer than I had for lunch. They have turned that around, though, more recently. Still, though, besides Denny’s and the Shaw’s deli, there’s nowhere else at that mall to get food, so I suppose its ok. Trivia: If you look through the glass door between Papa Gino’s and Off Broadway Shoes, you can sometimes still see the brick façade and round lighted sign, leftover from when the mall was an actual mall, and this was their entrance.(When its not buried under pizza boxes.)
