The wings are good but the customer service at this place is close to non existent. The employees are a bunch of young kids who act like they’re on their HS lunch break.

I got some stale chicken, with bones bitten off pices of chicken at the bottom of my chicken basket, called to make a complaint to manager and some girl by the name of maria literally called me a liar and told me no such thing could have happened, maybe someone ate the chicken on the way home. she just bluntantly assumed that I was calling and lieing as she continued to call me a liar instead of taking my complaint and assuring me this wont happen again. I then asked her for the boss, owners information and she told me it was confidential that she was not allowed to give out that information. I then asked her if I come in person would I be able to get that information, then she gave me claudia, and I asked do claudia have a last name being a business owner, she then gave me young. I then told her I want to make a formal complaint, she said I would have to go on the website. I have been a long time customer living in salinas for some time now and have been very satisfied with the service, until now, and for maria to assume that my chicken was eaten on the way home is absurb, what if I was in the car just had someone else go in and pick my order up. for maria to constantly call me a liar is just disrespectful in all aspects of business, just a violation and I will take this to the media attention unless I hear from the owners mr. and mrs. claudia young with intentions on rectifying the disrespect made from one of their supposed to be acting managers of their establishment. And making sure chicken bones are not placed in customer baskets, and chicken is not stale, but freshly cooked

If you’re a wing lover then this is the place. I love the garlic parmesan, lemon pepper, cajun, and hot garlic. This place is always busy no matter what time you try to go.

Wings always good here. They could work on the fries. But it’s all about the wings. Little pricey. But you get what you pay for. We’ll be back.

DONT ORDER TAKR OUT! They WILL mess up! This is the the third time for me. They did offer to replace my order but I never did go the last two times. This time I called to put in my order and they will only give me the wings I ordered NOT anything else!!! Really? How cheap can u get? A decent and responsible restaurant would have offered EXTRA items free. Never again. I’m headed to Wild Buffalo Wings or Costco next time we want hot wings!

I love wingstop!!! I’ve had no order mess ups the workers are nice. but my fries have been soggy and my cajun wings have more sauce than rub on them.

Slow service but the team is great. They all work hard to get a lot of orders done at a timely manner. The food itself is great. They need to maintain the dining tables more often though, I usually walk in with tables not clean but they had a lot of crew just talking behind the counters.

Always messing up orders! Had to drive back to pick up the rest of my order. First time messed up my order I asked to eat in.

We ordered this last night. I have not eaten here in years and last night felt like it was a good choice. We we’re IMMEDIATELY wrong. They DROWNED our wings in parm. Cheese like it was going to be the only time we’d ever get it. And then we ordered lemon pepper. What we got was a hint of salt and chicken drenched in oil. Took one bite and oil squirted out and when I lightly squeezed the chicken the oil came pouring out. Never again will I return to this place. It was awful. And I’m only giving it one star because I can’t leave it without a rating.

Restaurant was clean and well maintained as well as the restrooms. Customer service was topnotch. Food not so much. Ordered lemon pepper boneless wings, they extremely very salty and over cooked, the fries were limp and soggy, the oil probably not hot enough. Don’t know if I would return.

Overall a good place. The wings are bomb, crispy skin tender chicken. I’m digging the dry rub right now the others just seem too saucy for my taste. However, I do like the lemon pepper and parmesan.
Fries??? Yes please. Cheese sauce me with those fries will you. Delicious and addicting.
Overall the food is Yum-​Ooo!
Customer service is cool can’t complain you order you get served not much else to it.
The price for wings is what it is anywhere else. Expensive! So don’t hate on the price.

They have one job… That they cannot do… They do not take orders it’s like impossible for them. It’s never right and it’s always cold… Tried them a few times but no more… They also can’t remember you’re on hold… It’s a shame because it usually is good any other location. They also did not give me the 10% discount the manager had on my file from the last fuck up they had… Never again shitty wingstop never again…

I come to this place religiously with my girlfriend and my friends. Last two trips have been a bit disappointing with extra rubbery chicken wings and hot garlic sauce that tasted like garbage. Literally. Will be back but c’mon wingstop :/

It’s wingstop good! Most of the time they are busy but it’s worth it once in a while.

I go here occasionally and like Wingstop wings in general. I like the fries and the original hot flavor is my favorite. It does get crowded and that can be annoying but its worth the wait.
Every time I order from there they tell me. «your order will be ready in 13 minutes.» Seriously, every time! We know its not going to be but who cares they have great wings.

The food is way better than buffalo.

I always come here for wings. I get mild and original for my son. Today was one of those trips and the waiter confused my order and gave me 7 mild and 8 original and I went to let them know, and she gave me all those and an extra 8 mild. Great service and better than buffalo wings. That place is just a bar and tv for people to hang out not to enjoy a meal. There wings don’t compare to wing stop. They don’t add as much sauce as here. Never going to buffalo again. Wing stop is my home.

I love using their app. it’s quick and easy and does the job! So far all of my orders have been correct. Also the staff check credit cards not many stores do that these days with teenagers working the cash registers.
The wings are bomb my favorite one are the garlic ones and the price is very cheap! Great vibes with friends and family.
