Mail Post

I sent a package by Fedex dated 2÷5÷16 on international priority/​express. (From here) Costing me $ 350 plus and to be delivered within 3 business days… So hoping that it would reach my Dad/​family back home by 2÷9÷16. At The latest!
The service being incomplete and pathetic till date is the least to say… They lost the commercial invoice three times, which had to be resent. From here. Further, after almost a fortnight on 2÷18÷16, the recipient gets a call to pay another &120 dollars … Rs. 8000/​-​In customs/​taxes? Before it could be delivered! (And… This was a gift!!!)
Obviously a shock for the recipient and not justified at all! Refused it.
These were some daily life items/​necessities, I was sending to my Dad who is over 85 years old and my family back home. Things like candies and daily life essentials for a senior citizen .
The manager here, was very sweet and courteous however, the service is incomplete till date as yet!!!
I have asked them to refund my money and return my box as this has been a poor and incomplete service! (even after almost the third week and still waiting!!)
She has convinced me that it will take a week or two… For the refund. And I am waiting!
I was given to understand that, Fedex International express courier/​package was to be delivered in 2 – 3 days and not weeks and still pending! non service is the word!!!
I’m totally disappointed and upset with this transaction is the least I could say!

I came in to send a prepaid USPS box to my medical provider. I was told by a very rude, older blonde woman at the location near QFC that it would be a $ 1. The weight is predetermined/​prepaid so I asked why. She said weight, and I responded to never mind and that I would drop it off elsewhere. As I walked to the door, she called after me, «have fun at the post office» in a snippy tone. I let her know I would never be retuning and she made a few more impudent comments with a smug little smile. I would drive into Seattle to mail a box rather than come in to this business ever again. People like her give small businesses a bad reputation. If the owner is clueless enough to hire service people such as this woman, then they don’t deserve our business at al. Shameful.

Nice place, fun stuff to browse, convenient for mailing & the staff are nuce. Easy parking; Carousel, Starbucks, Himitsu & QFC close by!

Tried to drop off a small box that was labeled and ready to ship, and they told me I had to pay a dollar to leave it. Really???

This has to be the WORST establishment I’ve ever done business with. The staff is rude and seem to follow random guidelines for charging surcharges and determining what services they provide. «Customer Service» is NONEXISTENT. I tried to drop off a UPS small parcel for return to sender and they told me I would have to call UPS and arrange my own pickup with them directly. They have accepted parcels for return to sender and pre-​paid return postage from me in part, sometimes charging me a surcharge, sometimes not. It’s just random.

I like this place better than the one near Safeway. The staff is super nice. I come here to send packages to my family as I don’t like driving to the post office as is far. My packages have always arrived on time and there is no lines here. Prices are good. Thank you.

I use this place all the time to ship packages and important documents and fine their service to be outstanding. I’ve used them for over five years and ship at least once a week and never encountered any problems. The people are friendly and their prices seem very reasonable and saves me from having to drive to downtown Issaquah or Redmond.
I would highly recommend this place!

When I sell things on eBay, this is where I go to ship them.
There’s never a line, the prices are reasonable, and the stuff gets delivered without incident. I’ll keep going back as long as that’s the case.
I guess I’m over the whole «going to the post office» thing. Who wants to deal with the lines and the nonexistent customer service? Not me. That’s why I do my business at this little mom ‘n pop place in the QFC shopping center.
