These great folks managed to magically create mostly-​together seating for 20 of us with no notice. And, you may not be excited about soup in general, but their tortilla soup is eyes rolling back in your head to die for. A great little spot that I will return to whenever I’m in the area.

I love the other Mi Pueblo’s in Marin and Sonoma Counties and have had enjoyable experiences at this location before, but today was extremely disappointing. They were out of the main salsa, never refilled water despite our cups being placed at the very end of the table, when I asked for more chips and salsa I was directed to the salsa bar and then was surprised not to see chips. The waitress took my chip bowl to refill it but looked at me like I was crazy for wanting more. We thanked multiple waitresses and not one person said you’re welcome. We were made to feel like we were inconveniencing them for being there. Super sad, used to love this place!

Oh yeah baby! This is the spot.
It was a beautiful Sunday afternoon in San Francisco and I just gave a ride to a techie from the Mission to a nice house not to far away. Since the hour was quickly approaching lunch I jumped on Unilocal and found this casual spot.
First impression is your typical taqueria.
The food here is what was good 50 years ago and is still great today. Added bonus is the tequila bar!
I ordered the Macho Burrito with Chicken and it was perfect. Get this. This thing was big enough for at least two people so although I was very hungry I was only able to finish half.
I will be back.

Best place for a burrito in Ross Valley. So bland, so overpriced, so hit and miss with picking up the phone. They always act like they are doing me a favor when I come in to buy food, and they are bothered by my asking. They did add a margarita bar so that sounds good right? Sure does sound good but keeping with the motif the Margaritas are bland, overpriced, and too small.

Fantastic mexican food with vegan options, too. The menu is pretty diverse and everything is fresh and flavorful — and well priced.
It’s a clean and casual atmosphere with super friendly service — every single time!

I was very happy with my first visit. It was exactly what I wanted, at that time. Basically good «Mexi-​Cali» (Gringo– Mex) Done very well. Service was spot on, fast friendly and attentive. Prices are very reasonable, especially considering its location. We will surely go back.

This place is amazing. I have been coming here for years… pretty much since they opened. I eat here on an average of once a week and have only had a mistake on my order TWICE in the entire decade. The staff are friendly and sweet, and your food is brought out very quickly, and very fairly priced. I love this family-​owned place, they are amazing.

I love the service! But the new margarita bar needs some work. Really they need a bartender if they want it to by successful! Tiny margarita glasses for a 10 dollar super sweet cocktail. I was so disappointed I wanted to love it. Our food was not as good as normal either and prices increased significantly. Which I know all restraints have to raise prices in this economy but then they need to get those food back to its A game

Love love the nachos and service here! A must have to get is the super nachos and the chips and salsa are bomb! Love the ambiance and just the general vibe I got here. Amazing food, and it’s just the love of my life here.

Just OK nothing special. The place was busy and the portions were on the large side, but the food was nothing special. Ordered a small taco which came with rice and beans– sour cream and guacamole was an extra $ 3.50– and a combination plate with an enchilada and a taco /​Diet Coke. Bill was $ 26.98. For that price the food should be fantastic. The food was on the bland side and quite filling, which meant it had a high portion of fat mixed in. My husband and I experienced stomach aches before we finished the meals. The place was clean and the service was good. Not sure if I would give it another go. Just say’n

I have been going back here for years! My go to on the menu is the Super burrito, covered in that delicious enchilada sauce!
The prices are very reasonable, $ 7 – 8 for a big ol burrito, and $ 9 – 10 for an equally large plato de carne, arroz y frijoles.
Service is nice and efficient, what more can you ask for! Food is always hot and delicious. Nuff said.

So bland. Their 2015 health inspection noted the too-​cool holding temp of the beans (critical safety violation), which I’ve repeatedly experienced too. Unsalted chips, inexplicably flavorless cheese, runny beans, mediocre meat. I do like their green hot sauce, which they ran out of today.
Servers are not overly friendly. Something is always missing from my to go orders. Not cheap. Not delicious. Just the only game in town.
I cannot fathom how people are giving good reviews of this place.

Mi Pueblo, has very fresh, wonderful tasting, Mexican food, with a good price to go along with it. They have remolded the entire inside and it gives you more room. Always clean, friendly and most happy to serve you. Check out the new Taco Tuesday Special starting tomorrow looks good and fun.

Terribly bland, bland, bland. Also got a couple bits of bone in my carnitas, quiet unsavory. This is my second visit and trying a different protein with my burrito. One star for the value and another for decent service but other than that I wouldn’t stop in here looking for something flavorful. Sadly, none of the salsas could remedy this problem either. It’s a shame because I live in the neighborhood and would be happy to frequent often but it’s just not worth it. Am I just trying the wrong thing?

I wasn’t a huge fan of the Caliofrnia Burrito I got here at first, but I got the wet sauce on the side and they forgot the fries. Once I gave up on trying to pick it up to eat it, reached the sour cream and guac, added the wet sauce, and mixed in some fries (they brought me a plate later), it ended up being really good.
Staff was friendly.
