Oh, my gosh… Awesome! We each had a lunch crêpe and also shared a desert crêpe. Everything was so tasty and worth every penny of the $ 9 per crêpe. You would be hard pressed to find something so good in a sit down restaurant, and for sure not for the same price. We dined with them at Singing Waters Winery.

Frank and Jennifer Rameriez, proprietors of Crêpe Nation are fantastic! We had a wonderful meal last night at Random in Borene, TX. 2 people had the lasagna, Italian sausage crêpe and Nutella strawberry-banana crêpe for dessert and when I asked for special dietary needs they went above and beyond by providing me with a delicious tabbolueh and lettuce salad! I have also used Crêpe Nation 2 previous times for catering and it was refreshing to know their food truck fare is as superb as their catering! I can’t wait for another opportunity to sample their great food.

I love crepes! The best crêpe I ever had is my own Indian Inspired Crêpe. :) Second and third are crepes I had in France and Holland. Crêpe Nation know what they are doing, their crepes are delicious. You can fill crepes with anything and they are veyry easy to make. If you don’t feel like making your own, find out where Crêpe Nation is and enjoy.

I LOVECREPES. I’m from England and crepes(english pancakes) are by far a sweet treat on my list. When I saw they were at The Point, there was no way I wasn’t checking them out. They had a short list of savory and sweet crepes. The lady helping us was SO friendly. We ordered the peanut butter chocolate s’mores crêpe. It was good, but really really marshmallowly which is what you expect with something that has s’mores in the name. Anyways, I would’ve loved a plain old crêpe with lemon juice and sugar. I may recommend it to her the next time we visit to see if it’s possible just to have it plain like that. Sometimes it’s nice to have all the extras, but most of the time it’s nice to have it plainish. Otherwise the crêpe was fantastic and perfectly cooked. No complaints!

First of all, I’m new to the crêpe scene. I always see crêpe specials at breakfast places but I usually blow them off in favor of their thicker cousin, the pancake. During Culinaria’s Food Truck Event, I finally got a mouthful of these tiny pancakes in the form of their Mediterranean Chicken Crêpe. It was filled with orzo, olives, mushrooms, grilled chicken and topped with feta cheese. While the flavors were pretty good, I felt the crêpe was dry. The menu said it had grapeseed oil but I didn’t taste any of it. Now, Crêpe Nation was jam packed(as was any other food truck) during Culinaria and my husband and I were in line for a good 30 minutes and waited another 20 for our order so I don’t want to ding Crêpe Nation too bad if their food wasn’t at 100% the entire night. I’ll give them another chance, they had a Kahlua Crêpe on their menu that sounded ah-mazing.

It is exciting to finally have a crêpe trailer in our beautiful city that rivals that of our sister city to the north. Crêpe Nation is a great addition to the Boardwalk on Bulverde, and a really good option for a Sunday brunch craving. The crepes offered are broad in range and include the more traditional ham and cheese, or the adventurous oreo crème. Each crêpe runs around $ 8, and this trailer actually accepts debit/credit so you can save your cash for beer.
