Service here is decent. You’re greeted promptly upon entering and exiting. Food was good, I’ve had the sub on a club and the beef and cheddar brisket. Both were phenomenal and the hot sauces at the bar made them even better. The restaurant was mostly clean and I like that they have an easy-to-use and understand rewards program the rewards you with a free reward at registration. Accepting Apple Pay is also a plus(I had actually forgotten my wallet at home on this visit).

We love going to Firehouse Subs! The food is awesome, they have TV’s so that keeps my kiddos entertained and they make my special requested sandwich when I ask. My kiddos love making their own types of drinks with the cool Coca-Cola machine too.

Love this place! Sandwiches are tasty and warm! One downside for this last visit though, my chips were stale and were 1 month away from the expiration date. Perhaps they should make sure the chips they’re stocking are fresh. Otherwise, I love this place!

Always a fan of Firehouse Subs but this location is not as clean as it should be(and used to be). Upon entering, the smell of dirty, sour mop water hit me like brick. I quickly changed my mind about dining in, and got my order to go. I couldn’t handle the smell! Restrooms were no better. I won’t be back to this location.

I ordered the catering standard platter of sandwiches for my NYE party and was greatly disappointed. The bread was stale and soggy, and there seemed like way more lettuce than meat and cheese. I had ordered this with no onions due to food allergies, and the request was totally ignored and I could not feed it to my guests. I will never order from this location again.

Gotta love the Firehouse! The boys behind the counter are always cheery, which is a plus in my book. I find Firehouse subs to have consistently good quality and reasonable prices. My personal favorite is the Hook and Ladder, and ham and turkey sub, on wheat. Simple and delicious, the savory meats with the slightest bit of sweetness from the bread and the honey ham make the sandwich delightful. The Smokehouse Brisket sandwich is awesome as well, and I always stop by in the summer for their King’s Hawaiian Pulled Pork sandwich(juicy pulled pork and slaw served on a Hawaiian bun). My brother always gets the meatball, which is pretty good, but not my number one choice.(I’d rather get a meatball sub at an Italian restaurant down the street) The cookies and brownies are also very good, I love the white chocolate lemon and the chocolate peppermint. You can sub a dessert for chips with your meal, which I often do. They also have one of those massive soda machines with like every flavor you’ve ever imagined; so if you’re into that this is your place.

First visit and subs were great! Staff friendly and the place was immaculate. Subway should close their doors and raise the white flag.

The food was great! However, the staff was rude and very slow. They acted like we were bothering them. Not sure I would come back to this location.

On 8÷18÷14 the sandwiches were good, food was prepared quickly, but we were handed our cups by an employee who grabbed it from the rim. Restrooms were filthy and unattended to even after another customer and I notified the manager who seemed uninterested and was laughing and goofing around behind the counter. Observed employee changing out tea dispenser with her hands all over the filter and at one point accidentally dropped the tea filter basket into the trash, pulling it out and continuing to use it for fresh tea. Again, tried to tell the manager and he was disinterested. Floors were dirty but employees were clearing the tables.

Fresh, hot ingredients… friendly staff… decent prices… one of those fancy soda machines with 5,000 choices… consistent quality & service make Firehouse worth the few extra dollars over a Subway any day!!!

I really like this sandwich place. The kids that work there are pleasant and the sandwiches are yummy. I usually order the Italian(small size) and make it a meal with chips and a soda. The bread is soft and tasty and they pack the sandwiches with quality salami, ham, and pepperoni. It really tastes fresh. Also, the customize-able soda dispenser is super-fun to play with and create a different drink every time.

I passed 3 businesses in the same strip center on the way to Firehouse that had«wine bar» in the title. Not 1, not 2 but 3! You’d be hard pressed to find even 3 nail salons in one strip center. I would have loved to have been a fly on the wall in those marketing consultations with investors. (okay here goes the spiraling digression) «Okay let’s cut to the chase. Your target market is the 40 something businessman transplant from Alabama or Michigan or California, married for 20 plus years and with two kids in Reagan High. Which means his testicles are safely stored in a velvet lined mahogany box that his wife keeps in the darkest recesses of her Dooney and Burke bag. This guy isn’t gonna guzzle down a few pints with strangers while watching football on the big screen and hitting on the busty bartendress. You need a beacon that calls to the decision maker in the vehicle like „The Chocolate Grape“ or „Oprah’s Wine Club“ or „Shoes and Booze“ or „Xanax-du“ What does this have to do with sub sandwiches? Nothing!!! That’s what. Firehouse has a nice firefighter theme(nice marketing, apparently because someones paternal cousin twice removed stomped out a grass fire once) and prides themselves on hearty sandwiches with steam as the heating agent. I ordered an 8» sub combo with a drink and a cookie. Apparently they gave me the larger size because I received a brown paper grocery bag with a football in it. My Italian sub was enormous! The $ 9 price tag for a large combo doesn’t seem so bad when you can easily feed two people with it. Loaded with top quality ham, salami, pepperoni, and provolone cheese melted on chewy hot white bread with all the fixins. Fantastic! I can’t wait to go back and try the meatball, corned beef or chicken salad. Now, I wonder where an ordinary guy with a belly full of sub sandwich can grab an amusing glass of Cotes Du Rhone?
