I bought a good mattress at a great price BUT when workers started packaging the mattress to load in my truck they started packaging one that is a fraction of the price and much lower quality. When I called them on it they kept saying it is the same mattress as the one I bought. However, even the brand tag showed clearly that it was different. Even the sales manager kept staring they were the same when anyone with sight could see they were different. I’m glad I watched closely because the price I paid was no bargain unless I actually got the mattress I thought I was buying. Bottom line — they do have great deals as long as you avoid the sell-​and-​switch tactics.

Awesome customer service, no pushy sales men. Great deals, WAY better deals than Billy Bob’s. I definitely recommend checking them out!

Given our experience with Miracle Mattress I would not recommend doing business with them. I would not trust that if you have any problem, you would get ethical follow up. If you have any claim, you won’t likely get resolution. Please be careful before choosing this business for your purchase
