Jamba Juice

So dirty. So. So. Dirty. Where’s the health department when you need ‘em?
We came in a few hours before closing, and as soon as we walked in, we noticed that the place reeked of old fruit, bleach, and rotten, steamy wetness. There was water coming from behind the counters with a wet floor sign up, making it look as though maybe something had just been cleaned, but the floor was filthy so I don’t think that was it. Saving grace was that my acai bowl was really good, but I had to try really hard to pretend that I didn’t know where it came from because this place was so scummy. FH’s orange smoothie was really watered down, so much so that there was hardly any sweetness, and it tasted primarily of ice.
To top it off, there was a guy standing with his back against the wall by a register and a girl standing AT her register. We walked up to the girl and she ignored us, while the guy stood there and… watched us? I don’t even know. It took way longer than it should have for him to acknowledge that we were there, and call us to his register because, apparently, the girl wasn’t ringing in orders.

When he was pouring out Jamba Juice the guy had a necklace that was dangling about 5 inches from his hand, the bracelet went inside the smoothie. This could be a national health hazard, and this will not be tolerated. Would never recommend coming here again.

I always come here on my break and after work. The greatest staff of all time especially Jose, Joanna, Manny, the other jose l… they go the extra mile for the customers. always recommend this place!

Just came by here for a quick pick-​me-​up since I’m doing some overtime at work on a Sunday!
Quick service and they weren’t as busy as I thought they would be since I came here around the lunch time rush. The staff is suuuuper friendly.
I ordered Razzmatazz without any add ons. Also ordered a sourdough pretzel with some cheese baked into it. Both were delicious, though I was hoping there would be some cheese inside the dough itself for the pretzel, eep. But my smoothie was so yummy and sweet, not overpowering and very well blended. Next time I’ll try the Acai!
Ample amount of parking and next to Chipotle and Starbucks as well.

This is by far the slowest Jamba Juice I’ve ever been to. I watched the lady take about 7 minutes to make my 2 Wheatgrass shots. It took 20 minutes after ordering to get our order one by one, and they forgot one of our menu items!

This place should close. I have been a few times and never received good service or correct drink or order was never put in… some other mishap. Also on most visits it appears if they need to improve cleaning regimen. Needless to say I will not frequent this JJ any longer.

The worst Jamba Juice I’ve ever been to. The cashier looked and acted like he hated his job. Those with bad customer service, shouldn’t you be in the back? Lol. Huge water leak where customers are walking back and forth. We told one of the employees and all he said was «we know». Be careful of where you step! Oh and they’re very unorganized. They tried giving us the wrong order. Bad news bears.

Absolutely the slowest Jamba of all time. Don’t have time to wait for the so called fruit to ripen guys.

Went here because I was craving Jamba… the staff was absolutely horrible. They took 10 minutes to make my drink… and there was only 1 person waiting in front of me. The place was also disgusting. Everyone there acted like they hated their life… definitely going to be avoiding this Jamba Juice. 1 star for the drink being delicious though.

great place, I went there for my free bday smoothie and it was really good, I dig this place.

This will be my last time to this Jamba Juice. I’ve tried 3 or 4 times to go in for some oatmeal, which should be easy. They have consistently been out at various times in the morning. Once they were out in early morning, today it wasn’t ready 20 minutes after the store had opened. Last week they were out of apple topping at 8:30 in the morning. I mean, who doesn’t have breakfast food ready at breakfast time? I’ve worked in bakeries before, it a very simple formula: you get there before opening to get all of the food ready when the doors open. It’s not rocket science. Poor customer service, poor attitudes from the staff, and the place even looks rather dirty. Don’t go here. Hopefully the owners will look into this, but looking now at months of bad reviews it seems highly unlikely that things will improve.

Dirty. Liquid on the floor down the hall from the bathroom, dirty counters. Paper and debris on the floor. Does any one clean here?

The jamba juice here is next door to a starbucks and a chipotle. Service is pretty fast all the time but when it gets hot, the wait can be unbearable.

Of the Jamba Juices in the area, this one is my least favorite. I ordered a juice and an energy bowl and waited an entire 20 minutes! While I waited, I used the restroom and it wreaked of weed. I then realized the girl who took my order seemed completely glazed over. I had to repeat my order to her twice. I’d say the staff is definitely using that restroom as a ‘break’ room. Gross! Although my juice and smoothie were good, it was not worth the wait nor the stinky bathroom!

I like the healthy options here!

The worst Jamba Juice I’ve been to. The service is slow. The cashier cannot understand proper English. The guy who was making my juice managed to finish everyone else’s order before making mine, even when I was at the front of the line. That’s not even the worst part. He mixed up my order, forgot the things I asked to add on. And then after I asked to add them back on, he did such a rush job that the kale weren’t even blended properly. The chunks of veggies were stuck in the tube that I couldn’t even drink it.
And on top of everything, it took me 25mins! Literally 25 mins to get my messed up order. No wonder this location has the lowest rating among 30miles radar, it truely suck! Whoever is the store manager, please hire people who actually benefit the store!

We like Jamba and we like that we always know what to get and what is good! Thanks for the consistency Jamba! Just knocking off a star for cleanliness of store. And the front door here always seems to be broken…

It was over 90 out this weekend and I just wanted something refreshing after spending time with a friend who had two small children outdoors. I had figured, sure, I’ll get something quick at Jamba Juice and move on with the rest of my day. A bunch of us stood on one side of the register mixed up with another huge crowd to our right. 10 minutes of Facebook on my phone later, the cashier lets us know that all the people to our right are waiting for their drinks and not to order. OH OK. Finally got my order in.
There seems to be one «assembly line» for these drinks and nobody seems really excited about working any faster even though there was a monstrous crowd waiting. I waited right by the counter for at least half an hour for my drink and finally asked them where it was after I started seeing a couple orders behind me coming out. They have no idea what happened to my drink (they told me someone took it. Given the neon orange appearance of the carrot fruit smoothie I ordered, I definitely did NOT see it come out at any point!), but at the least they made it in about 5 minutes. Complete waste of time for a fast service drink establishment.

Ten minutes to order with three people ahead of me. Ten minutes to get acai berry bowl. Had to stop girl before she put coconut & granola on it. They didn’t have blueberries. I got a smoothie – pure liquid – in a bowl with a dismal topping of almonds, a few banana & strawberry slices. To top it off, inedible. Would give negative stars if possible. May as well have burned a $ 5 bill because it went into compost.

I went there on a semi hot day, so there was 20 people in front of me.
Out of the 20 orders in front of me they made 15 of the orders wrong and had to remake them. So the wait was ALOT longer then expected.
Even tho they had a big crowd they continued to work at a very Slow Pace with no sense of Urgency.
The lady that was pouring the smoothies into the cups, was spilling the smoothie all over the cup and the counters. So when we got the smoothie they were sticky.
I felt bad for the lady in front of me, she handed her a bunch of napkins so she can clean up the smoothie that was all over her cup.
The people that were walking in the door after me, I should have warned them to not eat/​get anything there.
On top on that when they gave me the smoothie it was already melted, They probably forgot to add the ice.
Yes it does smell like rotten fruit in this Jamba Juice.
Definitely not clean, doesn’t seem like anything is sanitary.
