The store manager, Alex, was excellent. Since I was not sure if the service is available in my apartment, he was willing to test it there with his own boost mobile phone.

The two old men who own this place, Alex Fuller and Ken Gibbings, will snap at you when you walk inside if you ask if this is a Boost Mobile store that can help you with a virus on your Samsung Galaxy Prevail. Alex will insist that you need to uninstall Android applications, even if you’ve already done that, shut off the phone, even if you’ve already done that too, and tell you he can’t help you before waving you out of the store.
