Drones made easy was nice enough to include a free part that I needed that would have cost me $ 30! The store has a nice vibe and the employees are friendly and willing to help. Thanks guys!

I dropped by Drones Made Easy while I was in town visiting family after a very unfortunate crash. Charles originally answered questions over the phone and took in the drone. The turn around time was exceptionally quick. I came in on Monday and was told it would be ready by Friday. They called about 24 hours later to say it was done. All the guys are great and willing to work with you on repairs. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy amongst some difficult choices on my part. They were 100% honest with me and didn’t try to up sell any unnecessary repairs. Hopefully I don’t have another accident while I’m in town again but if I ever needed anything I wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

I was driving by last December and saw their store so decided to check it out. Ended up buying a Phantom 3 Pro and have really enjoyed using it with my kids. Today I dropped back in with some questions and again was really impressed with how knowledgable Will and the staff are AND how willing they are to share their knowledge without any sales pressure. When it is time for the next drone I’ll be buying it from them.

I’m from Pomona and was doing a drone shoot in San Diego for the weekend when I realized I left my Phantom Battery on my desk. It’s too far to drive back home because of the traffic. I googled «Phantom Batteries» and found this company. I told them my dilemma that it’s past office hours already and Ryan was so incredibly helpful!!! AMAZING!!! He offered to drop it off at my hotel (for a minimal cost) because I have a shoot first thing in the morning and the battery got to my hotel before I even checked in. Talk about a company that goes «The EXTRA MILE» … Literally, they did. They’re life savers– thanks guys for the amazing service and prompt response. Unbelievable!!!

These guys were great! Customer service was fantastic! I took my phantom 2 in for diagnostics and repair after a crash into salt water. a few days later i picked it up and was flying my drone over the canyons of Moab, Utah.
The folks at drones made easy were extremely welcoming and knowledgeable, with competitive prices. I’ll be taking any of my future drone repairs and drone purchases to Drones Made Easy.

Stopped by Drones Made Easy last week to have my niece’s hover board looked at. As soon as I came in, I was greeted by 2 guys in the front. I explained to them that I needed help with the hover board and they immediately called Gary, their hover board expert. Within 5 minutes, Gary came out with the hover board working perfectly. Instead of just sending me off with the fixed hover board, Gary took the time to show me what happened and what I could do the next time the hover board acts up. I greatly appreciate him taking the time to educate me. Their friendly and warm staff made my experience wonderful! Thanks Drones Made Easy! I’ll definitely be back for my drone or hover board needs.

Excellent customer experience! They had the drone I wanted, gave me great advice, gave me a flying lesson in their warehouse and charged a reasonable price. Great selection of drones and accessories and a very knowledgeable staff. Also have an on-​site repair department to take care of me if I crash my new DJI Inspire 1 v2 drone. I’d recommend this place highly!

You guys are awesome. I was out in San Diego for a professional shoot with my dji equipment. My battery charger died and dji’s response was mail it in. Luckily, drones made easy was nearby and stocked the charger. 25 minutes later not only was I back in business but they showed me the right way to lock the extension pole. Apparently not only did dji leave the instructions out of the manual but multiple calls to dji tech support gave me wrong answers. These guys had all the right answers. Definitely look to them for all your drone needs inducing repair!

Where to start… From the minute I walked into the building, the showcase floor caught my attention. They have it all out and available to see up close, touch and try. I was greeted easily by staff whom share an affection for all things drones and tech. This visit only came about by researching a product I have been eyeing for sometime (DJI Osmo) and was pleasantly surprised they stocked and carried them, including accessories. I was able to have the staff walk me though the paces of the functions of the Osmo first hand, test its abilities in a rather fun way in the buildings testing area (yes, you can test fly and learn here apparently). After about 15 minutes, I was clearly hooked on the Osmo’s features and some accessories for my creative shooting and was out the door with a smile on my face. Highly glad I have a contact point for future shopping and assistance with Drones, let alone DJI related products such as the Osmo. From the looks of my visit a service area for repairs and modifications which is nice too. If your on the fence about buying a drone or in my case, three axis gimble camera — look no further than here and stay clear of Best Buy or Frys who couldn’t tell you crap about what they sell and functions of the product other than let me search the Internet for you.

I went to get parts for my drone. It was fast, friendly, and they had what I needed.

The guys at Drones Made Easy really know their stuff. I bought the Phantom 3 and the price was very competitive. They also were very helpful in setting it up so that when I left it was ready to fly. If you are in the market for a drone then I highly recommend this store. Keep up the good work guys.

Great service, great help, bought a phantom 3 from them, had a problem with the camera, they swapped it out no questions asked. These guys know their drones!

This place is great for a quick service, the gentlemen here are very knowledgable of what they are doing and updated firmware on my husbands phantom 3 in 15 minutes! (after I unsuccessfully tried for over 3 hours) they did explain to me how to fix it over the phone but I was done with trying to figure it out. The minimum cost is 45dollars.

I had issues with my DJI Phantom, called DJI for 2 days and then they finally told me to call DME. WoW, my 1^st issue was fixed in 2 minutes over the phone and my 2^nd issue was fixed in 10 minutes being in their store. Great staff, very friendly and always willing to help. Thank you!

We were in the midst of a video shoot and lost a motor on our DJI Phantom 2. These guys were conveniently located in downtown San Diego. They fixed our Phantom in record time letting us promptly return to our shoot. Plus they were super friendly. A super positive experience all around.

IF… you have a problem. After a bad crash I took it to them and they quickly diagnosed the problem. Fortunately the had the part (same price as online) and they were able to fix it while I waited.
When I’m ready to upgrade I’ll be back. Great job DME.
