Rick did the home inspection for me in Nov 2013.
I ended up buying the house as the report did not point out anything seriously wrong with the house.
When I moved in December, we noticed noises coming in from our attic the very first day while we slept at night.
I got it checked and found out that there are rats in the attic. The pest control guy showed me pictures of rat poop. The rat poop was not too far from the attic entrance.
I wish Rick and company had looked around inside the attic and reported this.
Now, I need to pay the pest control guys to get rid of it. It is no longer the sellers headache but mine.
Poor job by Rick and company.
