Arby’s

Wanted to leave no star but couldnt this is the most dirty arbys ive been to. Every time i visit this location i get very bad service not to mention my orders always wrong. Last time they actually got it right but it was like they dropped my sandwich in a bucket of grease cause it was leaking not dripping all over my lap. Wont be coming bqck for sure its got tp be the tenth time in a row

They put little meat on our sandwiches. For the price we paid and what we saw on the TV commercial we expected much more meat. We ended up going to the Wendy’s right after. No wonder there was no line at all.

The food is very good however my overall experience was not. I believe her name was Guadalupe but she was first reluctant to take my coupon for a free small shake and when she handed it to me it was in a kids cup! Or at least definitely not their standard small size. Then when she handed us our food they were in to go bags as if wanting us to leave, when we wanted to dine in. And when handing me my drink she asked if I wanted it or not and did so with a rude expression on her face, after I had not seen her handing it to me. What a negative day she must be having. However there was a young lady who was very helpful and energetic when asking for sauces or needing help, and unfortunately I did not catch her name.

Never thought I’d review a fast food joint but service here is always great especially last night. Went in with a friend with a coupon. Think it was 3 sandwiches for $ 5.79 or something like that. Sandwiches were delicious and the curly fries were fresh out of the fryer. Also the kid working the counter actually brought our food to the table for us. Not sure if this is standard practice as I don’t eat much fast food or if he just went above his job. Either way great arbys location. Super clean as well.

The biggest ripoff I have ever seen. The new brisket sandwich had a piece of brisket meet on it the size of a Canadian bacon. Quarter of a inch thick. That is it, unlike the fat picture they show in there adds. Save your money total RIP OFF !!!

By far the worst Arby’s I’ve been to. Ordered beefncheddar combo. They were cheap on the beef. The buns were super dry to the point where the edges of the buns were kind of hard. Was really disappointed.

Very yummy kind of slow but very good lots of meat!

With a very busy temp job in Point Loma, I don’t always have the time to get something to eat. I tend to take advantage of this particular Arby’s quite often, because it’s only two blocks away from my office.
It’s clean, the employees are pleasant, and on the back of the receipt is an 800# or a website to take a survey. After you take the survey, you get a code to put on the receipt, and you can get a free regular roast beef sandwich on your next visit.
So I’m there at least once per week.
