When you have to wait 15 minutes for some tacos, it’s pretty ridiculous. I love JIB, and always will but jeeze that was too long for some tacos.

Nothing special about this JITB. Standard food and it gets the breakfast jack fix out of the way. I will say this. McDonald’s can’t compete with their all day breakfast menu. Where as McDonald’s has a limited breakfast menu, JITB has their entire breakfast menu available all day.

The drive thru mic is horrible. You need to speak clearly and slowly. Staff is friendly and it’s not their fault that the mic is just crap

I wish I could give no stars. I went here every morning almost to get my coffee and something for breakfast. Today, I got a Jumbo Jack(normally a fairly tastey choice). What I got was a soggy cold bun, two(yes two) of their small hamburger patties that actually seemed like they were just defrosted but cold, a slimey half of a slice of a green tomato, not even ripe, and so much ketchup that the bun wouldn’t even stay on the sandwich. You just lost a customer!

I’m giving this location a 5 star review because of two things: 1. Their Peppermint Oreo shakes(available for a limited time) are delicious! 2. Because«Anthony» who was working there around 1am when I stopped by earlier today gave me EXCELLENT, friendly service! Thanks Anthony, hope your Manager sees this review!

The thing with fast food places is it’s a hit or miss. Half the time they are good and other half shit! Well not with this jack in the box. It tends to always be shit. I work down the street so I find my self here more often then I like in the morning when I’m running late. They never seem to fail me. They always forget some of the items I ordered!

Jack’s chicken fajita pita is my go-to for healthier fast food. It was a little mushy today but it took me about 10 minutes to drive back to my office. Might have been better eaten fresh. But the drive up window service was really excellent today. I think they must have stepped up their training. Great attitudes and smiles during the busy lunch rush. Good job!

Dear Jorge please leave the company you lazy moron. Worst service given by this man even when he messed up my order. No apology for my incomplete order. You guys suck and should be closed

This review is ONLY for the Oreo Milkshake. At 9 months pregnant when it’s 80 degrees outside and you’ve been running errands all day a creamy Oreo Shake really hits the spot! I opened my trusty Unilocal app to see which places around me had Oreo Shakes and much to my surprise Jack in the Box was it. I rolled through the drive through(major bonus not having to get out of my car) and to my surprise, and delight, there were TWO sizes of Oreo Shakes. I ordered the large and rolled around to the window to collect my treat. The customer service was efficient and kind and handed over a very creamy, very thick Oreo shake complete with quality whip cream on top. The shake was filled with Oreo chunks(my favorite) and so thick I really had to work for each straw full. I loved it! Jack in the Box is on now on my list of wonderful milkshake places!

Manager Jorge is a complete Twat. Very unwelcoming service. Bathroom has urine everywhere. Terrible place, about 10 seconds away from hoping over the counter and making everything myself.

We love the food but service seems to be lacking. Can’t understand the person taking the order sometimes and can’t get the order right. It seems that training is not part of Jack in the Box motto. It should. A person who is taking orders should know how to speak well and listen well. Talking with other staff seems to be more important than paying attention to customer. This seems to be common with every Jack in the Box restaurant. Remember that you are representing Jack in the Box so be happy you have a job. I worked in the fast food and different restaurant jobs so I always made sure I pay attention to customer because without them, I would not have a job. Bad customer service means no business and providing good customer service should be #1. Staff should not be standing around talking., they should be checking to see what needs to be done. Cleaning the bathroom, dining room, wiping down the glass to make sure no fingerprints or garbage laying around the floor. Its the managements job to make sure things are done. I been a fast food manager before and I always made sure trash cans are empty, bathrooms are clean and no embarrassing things for customer to see. Whatever is broken should be fix immediately and there should be no excuses. Always be at the top of your game because if your not, you may not have a job much longer and the top Management should be paying attention if they care about their bottom line. Bad reviews are not good for business.

If you’re going for a milkshake. Don’t go here. The employees are lazy and make up excuses every time that the machines do not work. We have been 3 times in the last month for a milkshake and each time the machine is either out of service or «has just been cleaned.»

I was shocked to see that no one before me has Unilocaled this Jack in the Box. I favor it because not only is it close by but the people that work there are cool. You have to have a lot of sympathy for these employees since the place is open 24⁄7 and it is almost akin to a homeless encampment there. Always outside the drive-thru exit is a poor, disheveled homeless man with a sign or a single mom looking for food. But this Jack is so convenient and they usually will take expired coupons, unlike those snobs over in Point Loma on Rosecrans. The customer service is fairly quick and if they get your grilled sandwich wrong, like they did this morning, they are not uptight and will give you another one free. One UnilocalSTAR removed for allowing the begging to go on so near their front door.
