By my watch I arrived at 9:58 pm with my family to order pizza. The employee said it was 10:01 and they were no longer serving. What made it worse is whoever I dealt with seemed to get some kind of satisfaction in turning me away and was pretty smug about it.
Big-​time customer service fail. We went to Pizzeria Mozza, who was glad to accommodate us after their closing time, and who we’ll be forever loyal to and refer friends to.
