Best coffee in all of PB plus it’s organic and fair trade. Something you should he about 8f you like the taste of coffee as pesticides don’t make for a good brew press or pull.

I can say with confidence that this place has the best Acai Bowl I’ve ever had. I will admit that I have even run down to the bank mid order, at 630, just for a bowl(they’re cash only) Oh their giant muffins are also bomb, better than any dessert around town. Coffee is fresh and they’ve got a huge variety of options. Lactose and GF friendly

These 5 stars are for employee Sierra. Not Café Veloce. My wife loves this place and goes there a lot. When I go, the customer sevice is awful(frowning and impatient). But I went to pick up something for my wife and there was Sierra. Big smile and eager help. Awesome. The owners should take a good look at what customer service really is. Sierra could teach them a thing or two!

Best coffee in town! Almond milk latte is my go to every morning. Their pumpkin chai is also amazing. All the baked goods are homemade by the owners and there’s always a gluten free option!

I love finding places like this coffee hut that you can drive up too and get a java fix. More so when I know that it is not a big chain coffee company. You can drive up and order. They offer coffee and tea drinks. With a small sampling of foodie items like muffins, cookies, smoothies and acai bowls. There is a tiny patio area with a couple chairs if you want to sit and enjoy your drink. The day that I went it was a little confusing driving up. As it seemed as though someone had pulled up to the walk up window and placed an order. Yet on the opposite side of the hut is where the drive thru lane is and there was another car placing an order. I actually wanted to walk up but decided not too since the car was there ordering. And it was also blocking me from being able to walk up and place an order. So I drove around to the other aide and ordered through the drive through. The barista was friendly and helpful when I asked about some of the drinks on the menu. Got my java fix and drove away. Happy to be caffeinnated.

All the non diary options are amazing!!! But, the man and woman who work there now(I’m kind of assuming they are the owners) aren’t very friendly, which makes me want to spend my money where it is appreciated…

I was introduced to this place when a friend gave me a gift card for my birthday. Great coffee stand! I love their iced chai; it’s strong and not watery like I’ve had other places. Don’t forget to have cash on — hand… They don’t accept credit.

A couple years ago, I went on an Acai bowl rampage all throughout San Diego & tried about 40+ locations. This place is, hands down, the best! They use real Acai concentrate & do not add soy milk, apple juice, or whatever stuff that other cheap places use to water down their Acai bowls. In addition, I have been to Brazil & this place serves the most authentic close to the real thing!

This is a great quality organic coffee stand. Yeah, it’s a little pricey but you get what you pay for. There are tons of options/substitutions. Only things that sucks is their hours and sometimes there’s a line depending on what time you go. Cash only.

I am a latte person; I really enjoy a steaming hot latte as a mid-day treat. I was excited when this coffee shop opened up close to my work as it provided me with the option for a latte during my afternoon break. The latte I ordered was prepared extremely well by a really friendly barista. I didn’t have time to sit and enjoy the comfy looking chairs however; I can see myself returning at some point to meet with friends as the furnishings created a great atmosphere. This will definitely be my go-to spot for my weekday pick me up.

This may have been some of the best coffee I have ever had! I loved this place. We were pumping gas next door and I was coming into PB for a afternoon apt and had went home for the morning for a nap after waking up early. It was about 1:15 and I didn’t realize they closed at 1:30 but, I just asked what the most popular menu item was, which is a common question of mine anywhere I go, and she replied with«Dirty Chai» for sure! I’m not a huge fan of Dirty Chai but, I was feeling the vibe of just trusting her word. Usually if their suggestion seems anything close to sounding good, which I’m not picky, I go with it! So I did! It was amazing! I am a believer I have been transformed to a Dirty Chai lover! Even my BF who hates coffee was asking for sip after sip between that point and dropping me off! It is a place I will stop at often and maybe even change my routine of pumping gas after work to before just so I can stop here through out the winter for my Dirty Chai warm up! Their Gluten Free pumpkin raisin muffin was great too! Come here try their great drinks and tip well cuz this company and their workers deserve our business cuz their product is just damn good!

Absolutely love this coffee shop. It’s a tiny place with very minimal seating but the coffee is amazing. Great organic coffee. My only complaint is that they only take cash. I’d stop by a lot more if I could pay with a credit card, but I don’t blame them given the fees that are involved with credit card processing. Bottom line is go try some organic coffee you won’t regret it.

Have heard a lot about this small drive-through coffee shop and went on the way to school one day. They have tons of milk options which was nice because many places don’t offer almond milk. I ordered a coffee misto with almond milk while my friend got an iced dirty chai tea latte. Both drinks were delicious! The only downside is it takes a bit of time but that’s expected of such a small place.

AMAZINGACAI bowl!!! I’ve been so used to adding granola or soy to ensure added flavor but there was no GF granola and they didn’t recommend adding soy so I gave it a whirl and boy I don’t regret it at all! Their blend is straight fruit and it’s absolutely delightful without either. No gluten free granola unfortunately, but he mentioned looking into it so maybe soon? Very fast service helped ease the pain!: P Either way they were very pleasant and accommodating and the bowlers literally the best I’ve had in San Diego and I’ve had them all over town! Must stop here if you’re in the market for one it’s well worth it!!! Mmmmmm

Maybe I’m a little bit of what they call a «label whore.» I have always gone to Starbucks. A morning came, not too long ago, that I realized I no longer wanted to wait in the 15 min drive through Starbucks always has. For months I sat in that line of sheep until I took my lamb chops over to Café Veloce. I’m so glad I did. Gluten free muffins for my girlfriend, crazy fun milk options, very nice employees, and really good tasting coffee are only a few bonuses to making the transition. The best part is I don’t need to wait in a line for a cup of coffee. I am only slightly sad they only accept cash. Sometimes I just don’t have it. Can’t they get one of those ipad square card runners?

When a place almost as small as a golf cart has proudly been in business for 20+ years, you know they’re doing something right! Aside from perfectly roasted, delicious coffee, they’ve got about 8 different types of milks and substitutes. My friend and I both opted for frozen drinks; hers was plain with almond milk and I ordered a white chocolate raspberry with hemp milk. Both were tasty, but I especially enjoyed the unique flavor combo of both the white chocolate raspberry coupled with the omega-delivering awesomeness of the hemp milk :) They’ve got two drive thru lanes, but be patient as she puts plenty of time and TLC into each drink she makes… enjoy!
