The worst Starbucks on the face of the planet. Not only are they always understaffed, but the employees are slow. Currently staring at 6 people waiting for drinks and 15 in line-with 2 baristas working. Unacceptable. I’ll be going to Starbucks on Mission from now on!

Super friendly, super fast! No crowded at all when I ordered a cup of decaf and a caramel macchiato. Small indoor and outdoor seating. Not close enough for me to stop by on a regular basis, but I would tell others about it.

Note to self: don’t come here. Worst Starbucks ever. Rude and terrible service. –Had to repeat my order several times because the lady wasn’t paying attention. –She forgot my sandwich and made an excuse instead of apologizing saying she thought someone else was doing it?! –Then the barista complained when my boyfriend grabbed a sugar that is located right next to the outgoing drinks bar. Like don’t have sugars next to the drinks sir, this is a coffee shop! How do you get off telling your customers not to touch«your sugars.» Lol

They’re always super fast here, even with really long lines. They’ve never made my order incorrectly(I think this is the only Starbucks I can say this about). My food order is always cooked thoroughly & they’re always nice :)

This is really my least favorite Starbucks location of all time. I have tried going back a few times, but each time I go, the service just disappoints me. That Starbucks customer service just isn’t here, and everything feels so robotic. The baristas have been very short with me and not personable at all. On top of that, they sadly never get my order right and seem annoyed when I ask for them to fix it. The last few times have been especially disappointing. I asked them not to add creamer and to leave room, but both times, they filled most of my cup with half and half! The first time, I asked them to dump some out and pour more coffee in. She didn’t pour any of it out and instead poured iced coffee into my cup on the counter, and it overflowed. The entire cup was covered with coffee. So here I am, staring at this cup in a pool of coffee on the counter, asking the barista for help in cleaning it up. It was a very odd and confusing moment at Starbucks.

Only came here because I needed to kill some time before meeting with some friends the other day. It was located in a big plaza along with other shops and stores. Pretty easy to spot. On the main road there was a sign that indicated the plaza had a Starbucks. All in all, easy to locate. There wasn’t much seating inside the location, since it was a bit on the small side. The location is pretty small and quaint in a way. Most of the tables seated just two people. Outside seating helps to provide additional space. I wasn’t able to really check to see how many plugs were in the establishment. There were a couple of people that were using laptops so that should at least guarantee a couple of plugs. Then again, everyone was using Macs The service was pretty nice. Didn’t really have an issue with any of it. Nothing to really worry, coming here, especially if its to meet up with someone. May be worried about space if you’re here to study or something like that.

I am not usually one to write terrible reviews but I feel this location needs it. Last night we to this location and ordered a couple drinks, one of them was a non dairy drink and no whip cream. We get our drinks and both have whip cream, so we politely tell them that one was ordered with none. So we hand it back and the girl gives us an attitude and then scrapes it off the top and gives it back. People order non dairy drinks for a reason. NO dairy. Scrapping it off is fine but when there is still whip cream sitting in the drink and the person can not have dairy that’s kind of a problem. It was slow and she should have re made our drinks the way we ordered them, especially if your paying 5 something for a medium cup of coffee.

This is my home Starbucks and with the exception of a rude barista twice in the past year, staff is friendly, beverages are good. I have been disappointed when I request light ice at the amount of ice in my drink. Most locations get this right but this location will still fill the cup to the brim with ice — could be a training issue. I still like this location and continue to stop in or drive thru.

This location is near my house so its my go-to when I am craving a coffee. Nothing special just a standard Starbucks. Service is friendly and fast, never really busy so drinks get made quickly.

I have worked at Starbucks for two years before and have been getting the same drink for a very long time now. Here and there a barista will mess it up, but I always ask to fix it and they do it. So today was my first experiment with a rude barista ever. I know how my drink should taste and how it should look. All I asked is to add some more milk, in return I got 21 questions and a suggestion to order differently next time. Thank you for the suggestion, but I think you need to learn how to make drinks correctly for the customers. Am I wrong? Maybe he was still sleeping, so I left him my drink that I paid for to enjoy and maybe wake up a little(it has three shots for you buddy). The worst decision I made today is go to that Starbucks location before work. Never doing it again. Wish I got his name. Oh well.

None of the employees I’ve dealt with at this Starbucks even make an effort to be nice. This location has got to have the least friendly baristas anywhere. I’m not talking about long conversations, I mean at least being civil to you. I’m paying $ 5 for a cup of coffee, I shouldn’t have to ask a question 3 times just to get a response and not be ignored. I’ll stick to the Starbucks down Garnet just a bit. That location always has excellent customer service, plus they have a bathroom and AC unlike this one. Seriously, do yourself a favor and head 4 blocks west to the real Starbucks. Better to just avoid these grumpy baristas.

This is certainly not the best Starbucks I have visited. Frankly, it was quite disappointing from the get go. I came in and ordered a Grande Americano with touch of room per usual, and I attempted to order a wheat bagel with butter. However they did not have any, but the girl rather quickly told me I could run to the Einstein Bagels to get one. You know given she works for Starbucks, I figured she would of offered me something else, but not so. I just found that strange. At any rate, the kickers was that the Americano was to harsh and bitter. Almost as if there were grounds left in the espresso. I hate when I leave and don’t take a sip of the coffee as I am driving down the road, and then find out it’s a bad batch. I really don’t like that. To make a long story short, I have had better espresso and better service at many other Starbucks around town.

No bathrooms. No AC. No effort. Don’t waste your time. Go to a coffee shop instead that obviously wants your business

Wonderful quick service with a drive through! Probably not the best scene if you wanna hang out because there is no outside place to eat and the inside is small. But for drive through it’s great!

This is a pretty solid Starbucks. I’ve been here multiple times to get some work done and will continue to come back. Pros: — lot of parking — outdoor seating — quite a bit of indoor seating — staff is friendly and efficient Cons: — no bathroom — not extremely clean As for quality of products — it’s the same as every other one.

Came in with my son and nephew so I needed some kid drinks. The lady at the front(she had green/blue eyeshadow with glasses) was VERY helpful and knowledgeable with the menu and explained every drink and it’s contents to me. We ended up getting some great non caffeinated drinks for the kids(they loved them). She took great care of us. Excellent customer service and great atmosphere. I would definitely come back here and recommend! :)

I’ve been here a few times and Sundays are awful. The lines are long(12 people waiting) and the wait times for your beverage are horrendous. In fairness, it might just be Sundays.

Been coming to this location the last few weeks, as I’m new in town and it’s close to my place. First thing I noticed about this place was the unfriendly staff. They are almost rude. I’m basing this on the last 8 – 10 times I’ve been there in the last few weeks. Always the same, not friendly at all, and not even pleasant. The other thing that is lame(besides the parking) is that there is NOBATHROOM. Maybe this is a normal thing in San Diego, but where I come from, that’s insanity! Good things are that there is a lot of outside seating.(Inside is pretty small, but still comfortable) And you can usually score some kind of seat, although you won’t get an outlet to plug into. I will go back only because it’s convenient, not because it’s stellar.

I can’t believe this Starbucks doesn’t have better reviews. All the staff, but one are always accommodating. There are three people I like in particular and it’s Rachel– the fab cashier who knows how to take your order and share a laugh, Anthony– a barest who can make your drink and have it on point, and another guy who unfortunately I can’t remember his name but he’s surfer-esque and knows great local spots, who will also make you laugh. The only unfortunate thing about this Starbucks is a lady who always wears pigtails and is on the shorter side. I think she might be a manager and omg is she rude. She never takes my order correctly and always charges me more than I’m charged at every other Starbucks. She makes the experience horrible, but not horrible enough for 4 stars because I don’t want to put the other great employees or establishment down. Thank you Starbucks for making my tall iced coffee in a venti with 3 pumps mocha, 3 pumps hazelnut, soy to the top drink the best! :)
