do not come to this piece of garbage liquor store trust me there are so many better options near by better than this pile of trash. owner who runs the place is extremely rude and needs to educate himself on the law. so I park my car in 1 of 4 empty spots in front of the store and go to the gym right next door. THEREARENOSIGNSANYWHERETHATSAYGYMMEMBERSCAN’T PARKTHERE! so if there are no signs guess what? I CANPARKTHEREWITHOUTTHEFEAROFMYCARGETTINGTOWED! The old fat rude owner comes out and starts verbally attacking me saying I’ve been parked there for 2 hours and next time he’ll have me towed. Flipping me off & cursing at me the idiot seriously could’ve gone about the situation a different way but since he didn’t that’s why I’m here! I remember when the gym first opened up CVS(the store next door) had signs that said gym members couldn’t park there but they took them down and now guess what? we can park there now(but out of respect I don’t park there since they actually made the effort). anyways like I said better options near by like 7 – 11 or even the other charger’s liquor store right up the hill from Qualcomm Stadium(by pizza hut) just a 3 minute drive from this dump. Again DONOTCOMEHERE! I hope a GNC or some kind of nutrition shop buy’s the property! seriously if I could put 0 stars I would.

Your typical family run liquor local convenience store. Decent variety of craft beers along with your usual variety of snacks, soda, and last minute house and food supplies. Place could use a little TLC.

This is a very typical liquor store and mini market combined. I came in to pick up a Supper Lotto for the weekend’s drawing and some Sarita’s Tortilla chips for $ 1.99. The visit okay, but the guy behind the counter was a little, either unfriendly or just had not much of a personality. Anyways, as soon as I read his demeanor, I left him alone and purchased my items and left. They pretty much carry the majority of domestic beers and liquors and a good selection of imports as well. The store is larger than most liquor stores which allows them to carry more nick knacks, such as a good selection of chips, sports drinks, candies, and can goods. The also carry Lava Propane Tanks for sale or exchange( ).

It’s a little sketchy but you can find a few good beers here that the neighboring CVS won’t have. They’ve got Bear Republic Racer IPA, Sculpin, Coronado’s beers among others. I wouldn’t recommend the liquor selection, and CVS has a good selection of basic spirits, and BevMo is better down the hill for the full monty.

This place is overpriced on liquor. Beer prices are decent. I only go here because I live walking distance to it and its next to my favorite dive bar Channel1. It’s very dirty in there, and if you take a moment to look up at the ceiling, any part, especially by the front door, you’ll think twice about purchasing any food product here. Cigs, papers, flasks, and beer, you got it.

I can’t remember how many times I’ve been here. All I know is that when you need some alcohol in Serra Mesa, this place is paradise. Conveniently located pretty much across the street from Lincoln Military housing in Serra Mesa, Chargers Liquor is a short walk away. I usually attend barbeques and other parties near here so its so easy to walk to my favorite liquor store instead of getting a DUI when your already toasted. The owners are very nice and helpful too. They love talking to their customers. Need some smokes? How about some lottery tickets? Gambling, alcholol, nicotine; you’ll find all of your(legal) sinful desires here are Chargers Liquor =)
