I love shopping at Charlie Rose! They have a ton of baseball equipment packed in the little store. I highly recommend taking your glove if you need it relaced. I took my dad’s glove in for a full relacing and they got it back to me the next day! The store looks great since the new ownership

I have shopped here a number of times for baseball equipment. I play in the SDABL as well as slow pitch softball. They have a great variety of equipment for baseball and softball. The staff is very knowledgeable and will spend time with you to make sure you get exactly what you need. I have also had a couple of different gloves re-​laced here and they did an awesome job, it felt like I had a brand new glove. I will definitely shop here again.

Been hearing about Charlie Rose for years. Finally decided to check them out when I was having trouble finding a lefty softball glove for my daughter. Had a good selection of baseball bats and gloves as well as softball equipment. The staff was helpful. Will definitely be back soon.

I was told about Charlie Rose baseball shop from my neighbor a couple years ago. Been shopping there for a few years now… if you like supporting small businesses and small business owners — go here, not the big box stores.

This was a great experience! I play in the SDABL and it is nice to go to a baseball specific sports store. I got a good deal on new turf shoes and some thick socks (I thrash my shoes and socks all the time). The associate Branden (not a typo) was very helpful, friendly, and courteous. I will recommend my baseball buddies to this store for now on.
I am considering getting my jerseys custom done here in the future.

Same as the previous post I was expecting so much more. The prices seem to much higher than other non chain sporting good stores. Come to think of it they ARE much higher. I was shopping for a particular item that Charlie Rose did not carry. When asked if I could order he was hesitant to do and quoted me a price almost twice of what I eventually paid for the item. When asked where I could buy the item he blew me off. That right there buddy… lost you my buisness. I am not going to beg you to take my buisness.

I may have been expecting too much from this store. I’ve always heard of this place as baseball central in San Diego. If you need a bat this is the place to be. I’ll say this is a nice break from your mega sporting goods stores, but I know a couple of other stores that I check out on a regular because I’ve been going there for years.
