This is by far my favorite place to grab a bite and a beer. Staff is awesome, friendly, and very knowledgeable about their rotating drafts and bottles. I love their craft beer selection and love that they’ve always got something new to try — even when I come in daily. As for the food… Delicioso! Buffalo chicken pizza is the bomb! And they’re Philly cheesesteaks are amazing! I am obsessed with the chicken cheesesteak and hoagies. I have yet to try something from here that I don’t like. I’m also doing the Gauntlet which encourages you to try 20 diff drafts and 35 bottled beers. Definitely expanded my beer palette. Overall I LOVELOVELOVE Ciro’s!!! I wish there was one in North County!

Have a really good selection of craft beers that are often hard to find on tap. Sit at the bar for best service. The bbq chicken pizza is really good! Bummed out they closed!

Let’s just start out by saying«pizza by the slice and over 55 #craftbeers»! There are two locations, one in Pacific Beach and another Downtown. I usually frequent the Pacific Beach location which offers flat screens at every angle as well as a patio that faces Garnet. So, whether you’ve come to watch the games or the beachgoers as they pass by, Ciro’s is the place to be. For the best value, I suggest you head over to Ciro’s on Wednesday night from 8 to closing, when they offer a free slice of pizza with every #craftbeer. My pizza recommendation is Ciro’s Special, a combination of pepperoni, sausage, mushroom, green pepper and extra cheese on a crispy, thin crust. I also enjoy the Meat Lovers’ Pizza and the refreshing Margherita! All Certified #goodeatsSanDiego & #craftbeers

This is by far one of my most favorite quick pizza chains in SD. They have good quality slices, good specials for lunch and also interesting toppings. Some of my favs are their basic pepperoni pizza and also the Buffalo Chicken pizza. They also recently in the Spring did a Bell’s Tap Takeover and I happen to be a huge Bell’s fan so I’m so happy to see them rotating in new types of craft beers from all over the US, including my own home state of Michigan. I always feel they are very friendly in this place and all their locations, the product is consistent and I’m in and out with little hassle. I’ve been to their locations downtown and now here and I’m definitely here to say I’m a fan of Ciro’s!

This was the perfect spot for a good pizza and beer fix. Plenty of craft beer choices. Tasty pizza and delicious garlic knots. Very relaxed atmosphere. And a great place to people watch. I definitely come here on my visits to PB

I ordered delivery from this place for myself and a couple of my buddies a few days ago. We ordered a couple larges. We got a buffalo chicken and Ciro’s special pizza. They were both great thin crust pizzas but the Ciro’s special was a bit flimsy. The crust couldn’t hold up all those toppings. With that, we all enjoyed the buffalo chicken the most. These aren’t some cheap pizzas either. those 2 large pizzas which fed 4 hungry guys cost 50 bucks with tax. Plus some tip, came out to about 15 bucks a person.

The best cheese steak at the beach. The bread tastes like East Coast and the meat is so delicious. Sadly I hear they are closing at the end of the month.

Came in here to get some food in our system before a long night in pb. We were at Johnny v and this place was just a few stores down. We had the medium wings, the Philly fries, and a slice of combo pizza. The food was good, the fried had this really yummy seasoning. My friends said it tasted like ramen seasoning but I didn’t think so. The wings were meaty and packed with flavor. The slice was thin crust. The service was really friendly and fast.

I had an opportunity to revisit Ciro’s during Happy Hour to watch a World Cup game. Again, the service was awesome, super helpful guy behind the counter. I ordered a slice of the $ 2 happy hour special buffalo chicken pizza. It came out after a flash in the pizza oven. It was amazing! Not too much cheese, lots of chunks of bite sized chicken, and a hot sauce drizzled on top, spicy, but not too hot! Have some HH beers, which about half the vast selection is available during HH. Visited 2 times, 2 times awesome!

Its about 10:30pm on Saturday night in Pacific Beach and I am hungry again. Step inside Ciro’s, ask for a slice of their pepperoni pizza and choose from a surprisingly diverse craft beer selection. About five minutes later a piping hot piece of thin crust pizza is being handed to me on a paper plate. The pizza had great flavor, a crisp crust and the beer was cold and delicious. Perfect. Thank you.

Alright. So I have been looking for my Go-To pizza place in PB for months now. The search is over. A place that I can order from and know I am going to be happy. Now I am a long time fan of Woodstock’s but their ranch sucks and the flavor of the crust doesn’t floor me. Theirs is more of a soft, plush, doughy crust. Ordered a pizza from here about a week ago for the 1st time. I got the My Pie(regular sauce, pepperoni, ricotta cheese, pesto on top). I was freaking BOMB!!! Toppings were tasty, wasn’t overwhelmingly greasy, and the crust was really REALLY good. Crispy on the outside and chewy inside with a great flavor. Mmmmmmm… crust… It wasn’t overloaded with ingredients which is OK with me… pizza is filling enough without 3 pieces of pepperoni in every bite… so if you are a person that thinks topping need to cover every exposed patch of cheese this is not the place for you. And the Ranch is still amazing. AND…again…the delivery person was super friendly:)

Not very good at all. I was born and raised in PA very close to New York so I know good pizza when I see it. I’ve had a couple of pizza places out here and they all suck ass. Every single place in California that sells food tastes awful… even from grocery stores. So I’m beginning to think it’s just Californians that don’t know a damn thing about good food or how to prepare it. The pizza here was so plain. The cups were so small for soda and the garlic knots are awful. For 3 garlic knots, 4 slices of pizza and 4 sodas was $ 20. Not worth it at all… so gross

My agenda for Sunday was to see Just Blaze spin at BarWest, but when I got there, the doorman wasn’t letting any one he consider that wasn’t an «industry worker» in until 11:30. My friend and I was like eff that shit, we too seasoned for that shit, so we walked around and decided to come to CIro’s for a couple of brews n a slice. It was a Sunday night so it wasn’t packed at all. We grabbed a seat at the bar and ordered the Delicious IPA and another IPA but I forgot the name cuz I was major TWISTED!!! Before we left we did ordered a couple of slices of pepperoni pizza and with my Unilocal check-in I claimed my delicious garlic knot –with a side of ranch of course! The pizza was yummy! I love thin crust pizza. Although there are lots of places in PB to grab a drink n food, I would stop by Ciro to grab a slice as a snack while I walk to other eatry destinations!

I like pizza places, like this one, that not only make great pizza, but also sell pizza by the slice. I stopped in for lunch, and had to large slice, one the works and the other pepperoni and pest with a drink for $ 6. For an extra $ 1, I could of had it with a Bud Light. To top it off, with a Unilocal Checkin, you earn one free garlic knot( ). Both slices were great, but what I really liked the most was the pesto and pepperoni slice. The pesto was very good and had a nice zing, and the pepperoni was fresh and tasty and the dollops of ricotta light and creamy( ). The works slice was very good with its fresh ingredients. The sausage and pepperoni were tasty and the green peppers and onions crisp( ). I liked that the slice was not overly sauced up. Both slices had a thin crust that was crispy and tasted good( ). The garlic knot was very tasty and had a nice lathering of butter and a golden brown color( ). The garlic flavor was milder than I thought it was going to be, but good nevertheless. The inside was very moist, but the garlic flavor did not penetrate the inside, so it was more like regular baked bread( ). The place is not just a pizza place, but it is also a bar. So Expect typical, but friendly bar service.

Asked the guy to put extra pepperoni on my 2 slices. the guy said«they make them in them in the back, and we serve them here, you want it or not». i said you can’t walk 10 feet and grab some extra pepperoni and he said«no». unbelievable.

Awesome craft selection and pizza by the slice. What else do you want? Craft beer OP here. Draft and bottles. I’m counting 50+ choices.

Yum!!! I tried the pesto slice and since it was a wednesday, it was free with any local draft. Nice! The pizza itself is so thin crusted, but its not the thin crust that is all crispy and hard to eat. I really wanted to order another slice… But the garlic knot took me over my limit. Damn carbs. So good but too filling. I really enjoyed my slice… I hardly put it down! Got the pilsner with my slice. Not reallly sure if I was given the right beer. Definitely tasted more like an IPA. Anyway, I would totally give this place a 5 star but their beer selection is lacking. I want more pizza!!!

I was heading to another restaurant for happy hour and decided to stop here. Their happy hour is pretty impressive — half off a selection of craft beers and $ 2 slices of pizza. You can find their current list of brews on TapHunter. To my surprise, they had Goose Island’s Bourbon County stout on draft, as well as bottles! Their pepperoni pizza with ricotta is top notch. Looking forward to trying their garlic knots soon. Friendly folks and inviting patio seal the deal

Not sure where to eat in PB on a Saturday night? Want good beer? Maybe a terrific cheese steak of couple of slices of pie? This is your spot. Friendly staff, good slices, good quality food and decent prices. Sit at the bar for easy access to beers, plenty of tables inside for large groups and great people watching outside or by the windows. A great replacement to Old City Grille.
