he just fixed my iphone today, and only took 10 mins and is always friendly and easy going, I’d highly recommend him!!! Amazing service for a great price!!!

I’ll try to make this review as objective as possible.
Short version is they told me in would take 1 – 2 days but took 12 days, and they have miserable customer service.
Long version.
I dropped off my IPAD air off on a Thursday, and the guy working there says my screen will be replaced in 1 – 2 days. He will get it done in one day, but it may take another day to dry.
I call Sunday and they tell me they haven’t even started because he doesn’t have the parts.
Finally, they call me one week later on Thursday and let me know the iPad is repaired. He says that it has been done for a few days now. I told him I called Sunday, and you said you would call when it’s done.
I pick it up and the screen wasn’t put on correctly, and the home button gets jammed.
He says he can fix it so no big deal. I ask he just call me when it’s done. I get a confusing phone call on Saturday saying that my iPads alarm went off when fixing it. He’s not sure why but it will be done in an hour and they will call me. I call three hours later, and I find out the called the wrong person.
Now I’m started to get annoyed, and he finally admits they don’t keep the parts on stock. He work on it in Monday.
It’s finally done on Tuesday (12 days later). I ask him if he’s going to charge full price since he said it will take 1 – 2 days. He gives me an attitude and says of course and it’s not his fault.
At least it works now. Hopefully, the repair stays corrected.

I was on vacation last week in San Diego. I had a tablet that was giving me problems with security certificates. They got the problems cleared up and I was up and running again. They are totally awesome. Great energy and very kind. He fixed my problem with no charge. I highly recommend anyone to see them. I thank them for their kindness in helping me… I recommend this place to anyone. When I visit San Diego again I will bring them all my old phones, etc. Thank you, thank you…

Oh my goodness. I don’t even know where to begin. Their atmosphere, their vibe, their service, EVERYTHING was awesome here. Their Vape selection was cool because they carry things that I haven’t seen before, and I’ve been vaping since 2010. MAKE SURE YOU COME HERE IF YOU CRACK YOUR SCREEN, YOU NEED TO COME HERE.

Fixed my iPhone 6 screen in 30 minutes! Great quality work! And helped with my Samsung Galaxy s5 for free!

I came in there during the day and they were very friendly and willing to help. They fixed my IPhone 6 plus in less than an hour. There are other stores that do the exact same thing, but the quality is NOT the same. Next time, I break my phone, you all know where I will be going.

Justin’s great. He’s fixed my phone and some laptops. If it’s fixable, he can fix it! They also have vape supplies there and a pretty good selection of juice.

I went in for screen repair on my iPhone 5s. The first screen was glitchy, but no questions asked when I brought it back in for another look, and he changed it out again. I felt the service was exceptional and appreciate that customer satisfaction was a priority.
My daughter also had her screen repaired on her 5s and has had no issues.

Being a senior lady with a rather older computer IFixUrDevice is a Super place to go! The young man, with amazing patience, did his best to explain to me what needed to be done and what part I needed. He made me feel like an important person. They don’t keep old computer parts in stock, which makes sense, so when I get the correct part from the company I will absolutely bring it there to be installed. Outstanding service! I drove from La Jolla and thay did a fantastic job on finding out what was wrong with my phone. I definitely recommend them!

They upgraded my aluminum macbook to a SSD hard drive and increased the RAM for a reasonable price. It’s been running smooth and fast now for months. Also, my girlfriend has been here for iphone screen repair and they have always taken care of her. Very reasonable guys. I would highly recommend !

I have a 2011 Samsung Laptop that was spinning and slow and finally stopped working. I almost threw in the towel. I found this business with a simple Google search and since I live in the neighborhood the convenience was a huge plus.
Justin was great, my computer was a challenge and although he thought it was fixed, it wasn’t, he graciously took it back and worked on it until the issue was resolved. Justin was very professional and courteous about keeping me posted on the possible issues and remedies.
My experience was great and I will use Ifixurdevice in the future!

I’ve been meaning to review this place but seem to find myself in it more often than not. Now that it’s been a solid 2 weeks since my latest phone catastrophe, I can objectively evaluate the service sans the cloak of crisis management.
This is a unique place. Half of the store is dedicated to device repair, and the other half is dedicated to vaping. I have been a device repair customer.
Justin is extremely helpful and knowledgable at what he does… though he’s suspected tantrums involved with my phone and iPad constantly being smashed to smithereens, I assure him I’m just clumsy. Really. He has been able to fix the screen on all devices on the same day.
The owners have been in the shop a few times and have extended loyalty discounts which have been much appreciated since apparently, my lack of motor coordination has turned me into what’s known as a «regular». Mmm hmmm.
Overall — nice guys and if I ever get into the vaping side of their business, I know where to go for supplies and suggestions.
Side note: Justin also diagnosed my Mophie extended battery pack on my iPhone 5 as the culprit to draining MORE battery than actually giving juice. Guys, it’s the same as plastic surgery — less is more.

This place is phenomenal. Justin is so helpful. He has fixed the screen on my iPad and given me great advice on other items. And the place is so handy I can walk there from my apartment. If you live in downtown or little Italy go to this place: they are great!

In the past couple of months I have managed to smash my iPhone screen twice. Both times I took my phone here for repair and they did an excellent job. Super quick, reasonably priced, and friendly staff. Bought a new phone cover, so hopefully I won’t be back again soon, but I highly recommend them.

One of the most efficient and knowledgeable repair shops you will find in this city. I had a laptop that another establishment said was done and that i needed a new hard drive, in less than a day up an running! Cell phone repairs done quickly and affordable. For sure a great find for locals or visitors, nice waiting area too!

I came in to find out why my phone wasn’t backing up. Chris, the guy running the place showed me a quick fix and didn’t even charge me for his time. He was very nice and professional and showed me around the shop. I thought it was kinda cool that he has a nice collection of Star Wars memorabilia in display there. Fun to look at while you’re waiting. When I made a comment that Star Wars came out in the late 70s when I was very young, and it was so way ahead of it’s time as far as special effects, Chris showed me an album cover from the first Star Wars movie a customer gave him. Cool! If you want excellent customer service and live near downtown or in Little Italy, I’d recommend you come here if you have a broken phone.

This place is great! I had cracked the screen of my Droid Maxx and other repair shops wouldn’t work with me because «the parts are too expensive.» Chris (the owner) gave me a fair quote and, once the part arrived, had it fixed in no time.
I’d have to say that the best part of this store is the customer service. Chris and his employee were very friendly and reassured me that the repair would work and, if not, would do everything to make sure I had a working cell phone.
After the repair I noticed that the sound wasn’t working. Chris took and returned my call well after hours that evening and accommodated my work schedule by opening the shop 3 hours earlier than normal the next day to look at my phone. It was fixed within minutes and he even gave me a USB cable that lights up and a stylus for my «inconvenience.»
I highly recommend this shop, and I will definitely be going back if I need any phone, tablet, or computer repairs in the future.
Also, I see that they have just opened their tasting bar (just checked their Facebook page), so I may stop in even if I don’t need a device repaired.
