Jack in the Box

I went there today craving some Jack in the box ordered curly fries and iced mocha but when I left I realized they didn’t even ask what kind of sauce I wanted on top of that they just decided I wanted ketchup and put that in my bag??? And the iced mocha is not coffee it is literally just cream sugar and chocolate syrup. So I go back asking if I can get more coffee in my drink and ranch (the sauce I like my curly fries with). She proceeded to add more ice in to my sad excuse for an iced coffee beverage. I asked her if she added more coffee I clearly saw she didn’t, and lied right to my face saying yes. On top of that the drink was overfilled now and spilled in to my car because of it. and now I have no coffee which is not good for anyone. Such terrible customer service I would not recommend this jack in the box!

The worst jack in the box I have ever been too. By Far. I had a breakfast burrito and a coffee. I requested no nacho cheese specifically, and they failed to do that. The coffee tasted like old water and the service was painfully bad. I am not picky with my fast food, but this was just unpleasant.

The service is painfully slow even when they are not busy at all. It took 15 minutes to get my order with no one in the drive thru and only 1 other couple in front of me. The Jack looks rough with countless homeless people asking you for change ever couple of minutes. They get 2 stars for giving me extra fries and tacos for taking so long with my order.

I went on a Saturday at around 2 in the afternoon.
My order was taken by a friendly young man, the outside seating area was kept very clean, and my order arrived quickly and was perfect.
Kudos for the sign that says medical staff are given a discount when they show their ID.

Solid tacos. Perfect service from young glasses dude. You just can’t service like this anymore. Please don’t go

My friend wanted a taco during our sushi deli 1 wait, so we stopped by the box and got him one. Due to the old rumor that the tacos are vegan, I decided to ask. He did not know. I googled it and the Internet gave me no definitive answer. I called customer relations to put an END to the confusion.
TACOS ARE OFFICIALLY HALF SOY/​HALF BEEF.

Worst Jack in the Box EVER!!! Horrible customer service at the drive-​thru! Plus, if you order a «Large» they will only fill half of your French fries. I DO NOT RECOMMEND… REPEAT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this Joke in the Box!

This jack in the box is the best David made me the best shake ever. He took his time and layered it for me and he was extremely friendly, he’s the best

I have never had a problem at this location. Employees are friendly and the speed is pretty good. They have a coke freestyle machine so your drink options are endless.

Avoid worst than normal fast food spot
OK so I pull in the driveway and after a few minutes in the drive thru the manager pops out saying, hey man I don’t want to give you this old Spice chicken so I gotta cook it can you wait on the side… I know how it’s cooked… But screw it I parked on the side. Then the car behind me parks on the side… He gets his order first.
My order. 3 Combos… And two tacos
After 11 minutes guy comes outside gives me my order.
One of the burgers had pickles when told not to
One burger I ordered sour dough. Nope reg bun.
Oh and they forgot one of the fries. Only got two
And the two tacos cold
… Yeah, this is why people question the minimum wage increase. Just being honest here.

Always fresh great food here, the new staff made a huge difference good job Ray keep up the good work!

Waited 40 minutes for them to take the order of the person 3 spots ahead of us. Granted there is a drive thru but if you can’t handle a window the close it or atleast acknowledge ad say you are busy. There was no drive thru line, because I walked around the restaurant, and stuck my head in the window… good thing these places are like Starbucks and everywhere because in can take my business elsewhere! Eff this, if I could give negative stars I would because this is NOT thE first time the customer service has been subpar. Will not be giving this place any more chances and wasting any more time.

Worthless. Waiting in the drive through for 15 minutes, then they messed up the order 4 times and forgot the straws.

Terrible all around, won’t be back. Used to go once every couple weeks. Won’t happen again… Not like this will do anything at all. Just avoid.

This Jack in the Crack is same as all the others. The Manager is rude and acts like your wasting his time. Vagrants hang around most of the morning. Food is no different and tastes the same.

Quick fast friendly and convenient!
I gave up a one important thing for lent so I’m finally having junk food to make up for what I gave up.
I went thru drive thru and the girl was friendly I think her name was Eden? Idk.
Anyways she took my order just how I liked my #3 with ice coffee. #fatty
I only had one car in front of me so it was quick. Got to the window and was greeted by Eden (?). Paid, got my order and asked if I wanted sauce. Of course, can’t leave w/​o buttermilk. She gave me two woo hoo!
Off I went :)

atrocious customer service. came here after dinner because I wanted to get some mini cookies. I specifically asked the cashier for WARMED mini cookies. We waited for a good 10 minutes after I had paid for my cookies when the employee handed me FROZEN COOKIES! Yes, she looked down at the cookies and knew that they were frozen and still gave them to me … What the f? Horrible customer service and id give this place 0 stars if I could.

Good ol’ Jack in the Box. It’s my go-​to place when I’m out drinking to keep sober (or do so quickly). This location is a neat spot. It’s a drive-​thru and walk up service only location. The seating arrangement outside is just ok. The customer service was very friendly and courteous. It’s probably the best service i’ve seen at a Jack in the Box thusfar. My order took a bit longer than I would expect, but then again, I did order some pancake bites in the middle of the day. You know what you’re getting into with fast food so the quality was definitely what I paid for. Overall, I like this Jack in the Box, it’s a bit inconvenient to get in and out of if I’m trying to head east on Washington, so I usually skip it. However, I do feel their dollar menu is one of the better fast food ones around town, so I definitely suggest it if you’re looking to work within a budget. So if you’re craving something off Jack’s menu, then this is a pretty descent location to go to.

Living downtown, I don’t eat fast food as much as I would like. We usually just park in this jitb parking lot when we eat at sushi deli (I’m an outlaw) but I wanted yummy fast food.
The service was fast and great. Cashier was hilarious. They have bacon cheddar tots as well as egg rolls. My chocolate shake was perfect and had a cherry on top.

Hey, it’s a Jack in the Box. But I got to say, the staff here are super friendly and courteous even with all the «after the bar» patrons.
