Latte by the Sea is the best place for great service, excellent beverages and quality food. Recently, I enjoyed a salted caramel mocha. It was amazing. The baristas are soooo nice and make my morning coffee run enjoyable.
This is the best coffee place in the UTC area.
Check them out. You will be glad you did.

Ok; here is the deal. All the items are top of the line and local companies. Coffe from moto with 2 organic roasts and 2 regulars (double french and vanilla) plus everyday have a great breakfast burritos and for lunch recommend soups and sandwiches. PS Cold Brew the best around UTC. All baristas are a Super Stars

Place seems to be a hidden gem and when I drop my husband… I like to come and get a coffee here. The pastries come from baked in the Sun and their coffee brand is café moto. I’ve tried the Peru blend which is a medium roast very good. They also have breakfast or lunch items. And the gentleman cashier is nice and helpful. This little coffee kiosk opens at 7am I just thought I would let you know since it is not a page of info.

The growing empire of Latte by the Sea has added another coffee tent in the heart of UTC’s Technical Center. Several Tech powerhouses are located in this office complex like ProFlowers, ServiceNow, and DivX.
The UTC Latte by the Sea is one of my favorite coffee stands in all of UTC. They offer sandwiches from Lahoma Café and Soup from Decker Brothers. Of course there’s the great tasting coffee too. Hospitality is king here. All of the Baristas that I’ve encountered have gone the extra mile to provide great service.
Tips
Seems like the food is delivered earlier in the week. It runs out fast.
I love the Decker Brother’s soups.
