I have only left a few one-​star reviews before and I’m super disappointed to have to leave one for this company. The whole story begins with me doing research about San Diego tinting companies. I saw their Unilocal reviews and was incredibly impressed! A friend of mine suggested that I look on groupon before making an appointment so I did and was really happy when I saw this company also had a groupon out. I immediately purchased it. 5 rear Windows for $ 129. I thought it was a great deal. I immediately sent them a message on Facebook letting them know I am moving in two weeks and wanted to set up an appointment in that time to get them done. That was last Saturday. I didn’t hear back which was not a huge deal. I then called and left them a message on that Monday. No word back. I called them back on that Tuesday and finally got through to someone. He said the soonest spot available would be tomorrow, at 1:00! He explained it would be an additional $ 75 for exactly what I wanted, which I was OK with and appreciated him explaining that to me. I was so excited it would be so soon and easy. They would even come to my work. I planned my whole day around it, made sure to park where he would have power access, where he would be in the shade. and made sure my car was clean and all set to go. At 1:10 I hadn’t heard from him. I gave it til 1:17 and called them. No answer. I called three more times that afternoon. No show– no call. If it was one of my employees they’d be gone in a heart beat. I called them yesterday, just requesting a call back. Nothing. I called once more this morning giving them a final chance and still nothing. I understand things happen, people run late, emergencies, whatever. I just expect a call letting me know. If I ever have to late cancel on someone– especially a client, I call. I have left 6 messages for this business with no answer and no call back after they NO SHOWED on me.
Pictures of my phone log to prove my many attempts to contact them and make this all go away. I hope groupon comes to the rescue on my behalf. (Which also might be the issue here. I know that many businesses treat you different after they find out you’ve purchased a groupon for their services)
I do not like leaving poor reviews because I know how it can affect a business but this has really upset me, inconvenienced me and let me down considering I leave for my out of state move next week. I don’t want another groupon user to experience this.

I had Ruben come out to my work and many of my co-​workers were happy with how my car turned out. They will be calling him for an appointment.
Also his method of payment was very convenient for me… he used a square.

Ruben was very professional. He called me this morning to confirm our appointment. He showed up on time. He had a great attitude and easy to talk to. Best of all he did a great job tinting my two front windows. Very clean and precise. I highly recommend him and will be using him in the future.

Excellent price, service and speed, Ruben did an awesome job. I had him tint the driver and passenger window to match the factory rear tint on a 2016 Ram truck.
I emailed him asking for a quote, he responded within half hour with the best price I had found. I then called him to schedule an appointment and he was at my office the following morning. He called me the morning of to verify the appointment as well. From the time he arrived to being completely done was 40 minutes. Ive already recommended him to my coworkers.

Ruben did a great job on my husband’s car! The price was great too! He came to my house and took less then two hours. He had different shades for you to choose from. I can’t remember the number I got on the tint but it was perfect. Not too light and not too dark. I recommend him to anyone who is looking for mobile tinting. Sorry picture was not so great.

Just had my expedition tinted and couldn’t be happier with the result I went with 5% on back and 35% on front I will be definitely recommending this company to friends and family best pack they came to my shop and did it.
